These people are crooks. They charge extra without any reason. If you ask, they’ll mention the price has increased, which is beyond the MRP.

Happened twice and noticed the second time when they charged 500 more.

Be very careful when you are giving your Credit card for tap pay and always ask for bill. Check the bill properly for product prices.

Excellent customer service. All brands are available. Good parking space and good working peoples in it. Loved to visit again

I felt very bad experience with RBP Wines and Spirits, Sarjapur today. I was supposed to pay the bill of Rs. 1,860.00, as the billing person did not provide me the bill. When asked about the bill, he provided. When verifying the bill, the amount was Rs. 1,857.00. When checking with the billing person, he arogantly mentioned that he rounded off the amount to Rs. 1,860.00 (which is the day light robbery). That is not True and he should take the actual amount as its a MRP shop. After arguing he paid Rs. 3.00. I have done more than 30+ Transactions with RBP and not sure how much extra amount I paid without checking the bill.

Have decided not to visit RBP again and looking for other Shops like Maduloka, DRB Spirits etc,

Request the RBP Management to look into this.

Good collection of alcohols and the being able to browse at your own pace is just cherry on top.

Good liquor options and sides as well but be very Careful with the Billing guy as he can manipulate with the prices and always ask for the bill

They always take more amount of 7 to 10 rs from the bill cons are too much.
They don't wanna give a bill. Always a printer issue. This isssue that issue. Always want to take more from the mrp. You will not know if you don't calculate. 165 ka cigrt they wanna give in 170. Why they wanna loot after such a big crowd. This is not good.

Shop is good with good collection and parking. But they always charge 10-20 rupee extra unless we calculate before billing. They will never give bill also. Happened twice for me.fortunately I read reviews before going. To check whether it's true i waited for them to tell amount and exactly as mentioned in other comments first time they told 10 extra and second time rs 5. I asked for it then they reduced. Be very careful if they are not giving bill. Always calculate before billing. Otherwise go to maduloka near Wipro office.

They do not give bills and cheat customers. Please be careful! Bunch of fraudsters sitting in the cash counter.

They are cheating to customers for rs 1,50 Paisa, 10 paisa.
Today I bought Black and White they made the bill for rs 3284: 00, whereas cost is 3283.90. Why to give 10 paisas more?

I paid 2720 but nothing got delivered. All numbers look like fraud
Edit: Excuse me, I am not high and did not order post closing hours. It is your responsibility to keep fraud numbers in check against your shop’s name. Adding this comment will save atleast others. You should update your official number or stop home delivery advertisement in your shop

They are not giving on MRP always take more than what is in the MRP. It's a big scam they do. Better go to some real wine shops who sell on MRP

Excellent customer service. All brands are available. Lot of brands have price increase and showed the circular as well as new mrp stickers. Staff is helpful

Not giving bills.not adding some drinks in bill even if you ask. It was good in the beginning. Now ita shady.won't recommend

Excellent Rate, Just in one word before stepping in think 100 times rates are very high.after you receive the bill your kick will be down.

Worst place to buy, ideally they say the prices are increased and charge more, as per the govt regulations you will have to replace the product with the latest MRP reflected, and this place NEVER provides a bill, the billing machine is never working according to them. BE CAREFUL!

Can you update the contact number of the store? The numbers mentioned below are people are all fraudulent numbers. They ask us to pay and then don’t deliver. This will ruin your store name as these fraud team is using your wine store name.

A request to the shopowner, please look at the reviews and remove any unsolicited contact number posted by graduates claiming your business.

FAKE liqour sold. I bought Glenfiddich 12years and Glenfiddich 15 years. I'm 100% sure both were FAKE. Waste of money. STAY AWAY. Amazing how they are able to make genuine looking bottles with fake liqour. Feeling utterly cheated!
