I went for shoulder impingement rehab and Dr. Fiza was absolutely great. She understood the issue well and with the help of needling, cupping and modalities, I was able to attain my full range of motion within 8 weeks, which is incredible for a sports injury like this.

I'm thankful to Re-Live and Dr. Fiza for being so patient and attentive with me and help me recover effectively.

I being cancer survivor had multiple side effects of chemotherapy. Muscle pain is one among them. I was asked by hosmat hospital to undergo physiotherapy for my knee pain. Since hosmat is far for me to commute, i decided to go to re-live which is close to my house. Met dr.indu and explained my problem. She is understanding and good heeler. She infact added few exercises to my treatment (which was not mentioned by hosmat) which helped me to recover fast. I am thankful to Dr indu and recommend re-live to anyone who has to undergo physiotherapy.

I went in for post natal workouts along with my toddler. We had a ball working out with Fiza. I was on the lookout for a toddler friendly place wherein, I could take my daughter, be at peace knowing she's around and at the same time focus on both my physical and mental well being. Fiza was brilliant. She has deep understanding of her subject and is intentional about her client's well being. She and her team made sure my daughter was put at ease along with focusing on me regaining back my physical fitness post natal. I would highly recommend Fiza to anyone, especially to new mother's who are struggling to find some 'me time' to regain back their fitness. My daughter knows the concept of fitness and works out along with me, and that liking was born out of our sessions at Re-live.

I write on behalf of my 84 yr old mother Mrs Chithra. She had to take ultrasound for her compression fracture of her spine D12. Dr Manjeet administered the treatment at our home.she was very good, competent, patient, caring and my mother was very happy.
She is feeling much better and I recommend Relive, a clinic I personally have benefitted from over a decade with pilates classes and physiotherapy for shoulder issues over many years. Dr Fiza and her team whom I have also personally used are excellent- Drs Tanuja, Ankita, Helen have been very good, always knowledgeable and have helped restore my conditions to normalcy.

I have been taking personal fitness classes with relive physiotherapy and wellness clinic. I found Tanuja to be very good with her work. The staff is friendly and approachable. My classes are online yet I feel that I dint miss being there in person as the flow is seemless and my issues are addressed very well time and again. I feel better in my body strength and overall fitness. My asthma and BP are in better control and I am truly enjoying the workouts. Thanks to Covid it has helped us adapt to the new changes and online classes seem to be the new norm. I have always longed to workout with them as I have heard so much about their team and dedication. Now this online classes platform has made it possible. I visited Relive clinic to resolve a niggling shoulder pain that had been cropping up every few months for the past couple of years. Dr. Fiza diagnosed the issue and put me on a suitable treatment and rehab regime, resulting in a quick recovery in less than a month. Am really happy with the sessions and grateful to be back to my regular fitness regime sooner than I anticipated.

One of the best physiotherapy unit and as well as Rehabilitation centre in Banglore I should say. I have taken physiothery from other clinic also. But here after Electrotherapy section we have an exercise rehabilitation regimen which is will give us complete relief and make us back to normal daily living. Thanks to DR FIZA and DR RASIKA

Ineffective and disappointing. Dr Fiza assured one manual session with her would reduce 60-70% of my neck pain but it increased so much that it took me 4 days to just get back to the level I had visited her with. Charged 3 times what any decent physiotherapy centre would do for one session. Not a great experience

I have been taking training for my full marathon with staff at relive clinic. I must say that I have developed great energy levels and I am more confident about my back and knees. Workout on core and flexibility have been excellent. Would highly recommend the place for Pilates.

Dr. Manjeet Kaur is brilliant in her work, I had lot of stiffness and pain in neck and shoulder.
It's getting better after 5 sessions only. She is very patient and calmly does her job without any hurries.

I am soo happy that I found Fizza mam for all of my pains. I am 17 years old and she being an awesome physiotherapist had a hunch that I have fibromyalgia after spending a few days with me.she did a few machine treatments and helped a little bit in reliving my pains.later on she started rehab pilates for me and I have really loved the way she has been patient with me and been friendly with me throughtout my experience till date.

I had gone to Re-Live for post surgery rehab after a wrist fracture. I consulted Dr. Fiza and she treated me for almost 3 weeks. I must say that she did an excellent job and my mobility improved considerably after every session. At the end of my treatment I am able to do all my routine activities
