They never keep-up with their commitment, moreover they take your money in advance without any receipt.

Got done my corner sofa with manual recliners and a stand alone motorised rocker recliner from recliners india. Had called toll free number multiple times and was given Bengaluru store manager Mr Manas number as my metro city did not have a recliners india store (recliners india team pl put a store in chennai). Mr manas helped me out to customise the corner L recliner sofa by sending me the plan photos and incorporating my revisions. He was very patient and cleared all my doubts with video calls and made me select the fabric as well. Great support by Mr Manas and all my apprehensions vanished. Placed my order with advance payment in October 2nd week. The recliners arrived from roorkee in December second week. Mr Nethra arrived within 24 hrs of delivery for prompt installation. Pretty happy with great service by Mr Manas and recliners india team. Almost one month of usage and am a pretty happy and satisfied recliners india customer. Worth the cost.

They did an awesome job at home. The dealer drive down to my place to take measurement and shipped the products after manufacturing. The good thing is that no tools required to fit these recliners. The installer did all works within 1 hour. The seats are very comfortable and it matches with room ambience. Great work!

They have increased prices abnormally and discount slabs are also changed. My first purchase drove me to 2nd Visit. But totally disappointed with one of the staff behaviour and came out without buying anything. Management should think of this to retain customers during these pandemic times.

I got prompt service from the company, Stephen Raj sales person was verywell executed the entire episode from explaining the product, customizations, order and 4 week delivery. The only concern I had was the invoice gets generated only when the product is ready in manufacturing until then I felt the order copy I had didn't feel like I had proper receipt. I would recommend the company to look into this matter and give nice receipt in their lettered or some standard what is practiced by others.

It is a good recliners showroom in Bangalore. Many options for all tastes and varieties. Many luxurious and simple options available. I liked the interactions with them and found them to be reasonable.

Delivery was also within reasonable time but only delayed due to the farmer's strike in Delhi.

I bought a rocker recliner from these guys recently. The quality displayed in their showroom is good, but not what is delivered. The seat does not lock properly and the rocker is noisy. They said they ll send a service technician, but never did and did not respond to queries as well. Not worth paying so much and buying from here. Poor customer service.

The kind of support that "stephen" has given us is amazing and is FAR better than the other retailers out there. Got the exact thing that we ordered and it was delivered before time. Cheers!

Got the 802m motorised model for my HT room. Product is good. Only complain I have is that my foot hangs outside the footrest which is common in most recliners and gets uncomfortable. Wish they have an option to customise the length.

The product is good, material seems to be genuine, time taken was lil longer but anyways overall had a good deal

Product is damaged with in a year. Looks like they are selling very bad quality products (so called imported product). I have logged a complaint on 13-Oct-2019, but still I don’t see good response after that. I am following up with them for the resolution. (I have attached damage product pics)

Also, I see most of them are self reviews and I see immediate response from Owner with the same statement.

I went last Sunday to Marathahalli recliners India and found very nice collection and the quality of the product is really genuine. The staffs and mangers are very professional way they have attended me. I will definitely refer my colleagues and family members to buy recliners from here.

Worst service, not honored the delivery date missed the date already twice and update from until you call.

Please beware, Gross cheating going on at this place. Espicially be careful of sales person Avijit Naha and Niladri Ganguly as at first they will ask for any kind of token advance without the order being finalised with joined hands as if they are beggars, after taking the advance they begin to show their actual face by changing the terms of supply and above all threaten to use inferior products if prices not revised. I gave them a rs. 15000/- advance by cheque for a 20 chair project, but had to backout due to their false attitude. Now they are denying to refund the advance stating that all advances are non refundable. If they are gentleman then why would they deny refunds wherein their policy says minimum 50 percent advance is required to finalise the order and start production, where our order was worth rs 6 lakh so the final advance comes at rs 3 lakh. No worries i would snatch a piece of recliner from their showroom and would label it as cheater recliners / dacoit recliners (beggars). But guys be extremely careful as Recliners India can be dangerous if dealt with. Take care.
