Worst experience. The owner/stylist charged 3.5k per event for my wedding, hairstyle + makeover. He couldn't give me an easy hairstyle I asked for. Lack of experience with male clients. Waste of money.

Horrible experience!
My gf got her upper lip and nose burnt because of their improper waxing. Pathetic service. They don't even provide any bill. Keeps saying printer broke out. No proper catalog for the services offered and the services are all extremely costly. Only if yu r looking to spend money and get infection or injury then this is the correct place. # Money Apple#

I am in love with this salon. Specially my 3 year old daughters haircut was superb. Its very difficult to get kids haircut done as per our wish.
They have good staff, reasonable pricing.

Very costly. They charged 472₹ for 1 year old’s head shaving using trimmer.
Definitely avoid this place. There are other saloon nearby who provide better service at less price.

Infection alert!
I came here for a facial and the beautician pressured me to get waxed.
I got severe follicutis on my back and arms after getting waxed here. I had itchy pus filled painful boils on my back for which I had to take medications and creams. It took over two months to heal and left scars. They are not clean and probably using the same waxing pot for different customers to cause such a severe infection!

Very warm and professional treatment from a employee called Nagu. Will definitely recommend to others. Also good hygiene practice for this pandemic situation.

This was the second time I have to ask for bill copy in span of couple of months and reply was printer is not working. But this time I insisted that I should be given a bill if not on paper on whatsapp if the GST is being cut.
Got the bill on whatsapp so happy about it.

I hope they maintain it. The excuse of printer not working will not work. The bill copy can be whatsapp/email/sms as well and they should think in these lines

No fuss saloon. We get all boys haircut here every month and happy with the service. They honour appointments so call and go!

They won't recognise you even after a year of being a regular customer. The customer relationship skills are 0. The people who work and provide the service are good, however most of them keep up-selling the services all through the time you sit there. I think their bonus might be linked to it. Sometimes it's okay to just let people be is what they should learn.

Excellent and Relaxing service whenever i go there once in a month. Ask for Nagu and he will do all the jobs excellent.

Very worst to worst place for grooming and haircut. Rates are way too high and service is very bad. They don't even bother to clean the mess after shaving. Don't recommend this place.

Decent but costly and also, they try to upsell you a lot. If you are a guy, a haircut is worth it. However all the hair massages and de tanning stuff aren't worth it.

I would have given four stars, but this saloon deserves only two stars, as the slim lady sitting there was so rude for nt paying exact change, haircut costed Rs413 and I paid Rs420, she was so rude telling me u give me exact change rather than asking me to return change I am disappointed
