Redof Homestay

The owner/manager doesn't want families to visit or stay in this homestay. Booked this arrogant homestay twice for my family trip (4 adults + 2 children) and both the time booking was canceled from homestay side.

If you don't want families to stay, then better change the name from homestay to hostel stay.

Amazing property in the middle of 15 acres of coffee estate. The host is super nice and the food is worth dying for.

Amazing food. Place to just be and rejuvenate. Has something for everyone -the food lovers, adventure lovers, peace seekers & just rejuvenators. Srinidhi & Adarsh are amazing hosts with great attitude. Would recommend this place definitely to friends & family. Would be visiting again & again.

Hospitality of Mr. Sreenidhi/Aadarsh and his family really very very good.
Food was delicious. Most of the spices/ veggie were fresh from his farm. We had options for veg n non-veg food.
Rooms and over all place was neat and clean. Best part is they are always around to help you in your stay and trip.

Prepared very thoroughly and thoughtfully by the owner who stays on the property itself with family though they give you your privacy and are extremely gracious hosts.

Rooms are clean and give off homely vibes. Bathroom is neat and clean and other accessories are provided as well

The food included is a MUST TRY thing. They make the food themselves and it was extremely tasty and prepared with care. Dinner was a huge spread with freshly caught fish, nattu-style chicken, three differently prepared rice and much more, all served on a banana leaf.
Breakfast was light but healthy and perfect to start your travelling day. It included lemon rice, dosa, chutney and bananas.

And the property has many other things such as a gazebo dedicated for bonfire's, volleyball court, lawn for playing various sports.

A very good stay, couldn't have been better.

Very well maintained, neat and clean, good service, great location for family or bachelor's party.

Srinidhi is good host, available most of the time.

If you want stay away from city, crowd etc, this is the perfect place. The hospitality was great. Srini and his team has done superb job. The best part is food which is so delicious and lot of varieties. Great experience over all.

Very good option if you are travelling in a group. The hosts are my dear people. And they prepare awesome food. Took care about everything. In evening they arranged everything for bonfire and even prepared us smoky barbeque as well.the place is located in a very calm and serene area.they have their own coffee garden and we got coffee from them while coming back.

This location and place is so good and also the people we had a great time.

Especially the food there is no words to describe. Every disch tasted so good and healthy provides wide varieties of dishes, quality like home food that we miss when we are on travel.

Will visit this place for sure again we went like a guest and we left like a family.

For the price and locality this is the only best homestay I've encountered in the Chikkamagluru.
Food was authentic and delicious for the all the time we had.
Co-operative caretaker and very helpful and not hesitant to clarify our queries.

This homestay is amidst beautiful nature. We got to stay at 80Y old home. It was very spacious, enough to accommodate 8-10 people. Host Srinidhi arranged camp fire in coffee estate. Food was very tasty. Hosts were humble and treated well.

Very clean and comfortable home stay and the staff is amazing they went over and beyond to help us and make our stay enjoyable, wherever we ask something they said yes only they never say no to us and the food is amazing including snacks I didn't expected such a good hospitality from a home stay, view is also amazing and everything is perfect here and cost is also affordable and we have been here for two days and the cost is 3500 including great authentic food I feel it is very affordable and I recommend this as a must stay place in chikmangluru

Srinidhi is a good host. Food was delicious. Though rooms are smaller, if booked for a known group or family, it's manageable. Location is good and there is an option for a small trek as well. Overall it was a good experience in this homestay.

Military rule.cannot make much noise, citing there are neighbors.
2 guys will just come and sit with you monitoring through out the day.
