Refwash products are really good. There was some leakage in the washing machine while it got delivered but the technician was quite responsive and he solved the issue within 24 hrs. Since then both refrigerator and washing machine has been working fine.

Two brothers operate in Bangalore - Syed Amin and Kaif. Purchased a second hand refrigerator and washing machine from here. Both were not working on delivery. Delivery guys and both brothers were rude to respond and refused to accept that the machines weren't working. When I refused to pay the balance amount, they did some quick fix. It's been 10 days since purchase and the fridge stopped working thrice. They don't pick up calls so need to WhatsApp them asking for repairs to be done, which is usually 2 days later. Both brothers now don't pick up calls or respond to messages. Wouldn't suggest this place - it isn't a business, its a dump yard.

I bought a second hand washing machine and refrigerator from them in Bangalore good price and products thanks to mr.kaif he suggested the best combo to buy and made free shipping and instalation

The service is very bad, despite spending Rs. 6,900/- rupees the issue is not resolved. The spares replaced as suggested by Technition. Further our repeated call to rectify the issue no one turned up till date.we escalated the issue over phone and

They have done great job in fixing my washing machine problem by replacing motor and gear box, which the official servicing Centre technicians unable to identify and rectify the problem.
Refwash technicians are highly experienced in quickly identifing the problem and fix with right solutions.

I got a technician named shed kaif.he is professional in his work he find out the problem in just two min.n he repaired it in just 5min. I recommend to all people to use there service.

I don't have any words to write for these people.
Their technician came and did a fraud work and almost charged half the price of my refrigerator and even took some of the original parts and replaced it by fake ones.
I called them, from two days they're telling we'll send a technician.
And now today everyone related to this fraud company have blocked my number.
If I call from some other number they pick up and put it on hold.
They don't even have a proper backend to take complaints.
Spend a few more money and get authorised service only.
This is going on from a month or so.
They don't even know how to talk.
You guys are cowards.
For your reply that you don't know me
Why have you blocked my numbers for your fault
And why have you replied and sent your technician for the first review
You guys can't repair things atleast learn to tell lies properly.

It was an excellent service. Mr. Arman identified the complaint and repaired with required spares. Now the refrigerator is under observation.
