So this is my second review of this hospital. In Jan 2023 my Father was there for Gall Bladder removal and he is doing fine now.

This Month one of my friend got Surgery for Epididmal Cysts in two days he was discharged. One Front Desk executive Mrs. Sujata helped us from Day one from insurance, to getting into hospital was seamless. Dr. Sudhamshu Reddy is so humble that he only got the surgery cap and put on patient himself as nurse forgot.

The two wards boys do some Nakhra by saying we have lots of patients etc etc but i feel they end up doing more than what is expected from them by Management. One boy got my Phone charger which i forgot in my room. The rooms feel fresh and newly painted.and now i today got my Father In law to this Hospital, with some Uric acid issues. I have to mention that Dr. Suriraju is considerate, "His one tap on shoulder to patients and relatives" feels so comfortable and soothing. God Bless!

Will share more about my Father in laws experience later as he is still under treatment in a private Room No 101 for kidney and uric acid related issues.

My mother was received at the Emergency ward and transferred to ICU, excellent care at both sections. Very considerate doctors and nursing staff. Excellent personnel at the reception, and billing section.

Hopeless Surya doctor physician and scanning department also not good. Even MD is also doesn’t bother. Because of them pregnancy aborted.

You are at the mercy of the doctor assistant, no system. You have to wait for hours even though you're on time and people behind you get in first.

One of the best service in urology department especially the doctor Suri raju he is best friendly and very supportive in all the way.and best doctor in also. And in mangement wise Ashwini and sujatha also they very supportive in all the way and quiries.

Very bad experience especially with the receptionists, they only think about money. Doctors are good but the other staff not good, behaviour also very bad, not answering properly always thinks about money more than patients condition

Scam they always want a patent to get surgery.they are careless in OT.many got other parts damaged while surgery BEWARE

Recently my uncle got operated in Regal Hospital for the spinal cord and as doctor informed in prior, he is discharged on 5th day and hi is felling better day by day.

The operation cost was very low compared to the other hospitals nearby.

Hospital was so ventilated and open space for natural light and air flow. Felt very comfortable.

We are very thankful to the S. P Patil sir and his team. For such a good support and concerned about the there patients.

Only one suggestion to the maintenance team to look into the cleanliness and its maintenance of the bathroom.

The Regal is one of the best hospital near the Thirumenahalli area.
A convenient and ease access for quick and immediate access.
All time whenever we gone to Regal gets treated with best quality and fantastic staff.

Doctors and Hospital staff are very good.

Have visited regal hospital many times in last 2-3 years whether it is for my kids or for my eldery parents or for myself. Always have got very good treatment from very efficient doctors as wells as other staff members. Special thanks to dr Obul Reddy who is very dedicated friendly and more over efficient.
Only suggestion is to improve special rooms quality in terms of resources availability.

Poor rooms, no cleanliness, staff is lazy, doctors also dont visit the patients frequently, not giving proper.

If you are trying to visit here, PLEASE DON'T. Better go to some other large hospital in the vicinity lile Columbia Asia or Aster CMI

Nice clean hospital with all facilities. Had got my wife admitted here on account of covid and we were lucky to be treated by Dr Obulreddy. He is honesty simple & straight and very approachable. Pls keep the good and noble work going.

Regal hospital is one of the best hospital in banglore. The surrounding atmosphere is soo good in that hospital, and well experienced doctor's, such a good staffs, and the caring of the patient is also good, doctor's are so friendly with patients, such a clean hospital and all facilities are available in regal hospital.

Good experience in regal hospital. My father was admitted for Hernia surgery under doctor Suriraj and the best laproscopic surgery was done. He is the best doctor. The staff are very helpful in the hospital, very good nursing staff. The co-ordinaters Sudhkar sir Siddesh and Harish are very helpful anytime here

Awesome experience with Regal Hospital as a patient they treated me good the doctors well experienced good quality knowledge & the receptionist responding well & educating the patient in terms of solving the query regarding the insurance claim 5 star to the reception department

Absolutely bad service, each time receptionist asked to come at 1: 30pm, and Dr arrives only at 3, patients have to first wait for Dr, after that wait for their turn to come another couple of hours, specially making the aged people is not right and exactly at lunch time they make you come and wait, my mother suffered acidity, missed her bp medicine etc were the result of the wait.thanks to Dr for coming late and thanks to rude receptionists for not managing timings well. If you ever get appointment better go after two hours of the given time.

Based on my experience I don't recommend this hospital to any one. Reason recently we had visited this hospital for blood test for my wife for glucose tolerance test none of them are not aware what is amount of glucose to given for patients. Because of their. Negligence we had to revisit hospital second time also same issue. This report was not accepted in other hospital.
