Regenta Central Herald Mysore

A very good place for stay during business or a luxury trip. I have stayed at this place for more than 15 nights during different timelines and the stay, food & the courtesy extended by their staff is always extraordinary.

Very clean. No musty smell. Natural light outside rooms and in corridor helps. Hotel is very well maintained. Good quality products used to furnish room and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty with a moderate variety of dishes. Overall stay was very pleasant.

If you try to make a booking at the reception the price is nearly double.
We got for a double deluxe for around 3000 at the time, when we booked online on their official site.
Though a little pricey i would definitely recommend this hotel and would also stay again if I had an opportunity.

Very honest and trust worthy! They found us leave lots of cash in the room and inform us immediately.

The hotel is not flexible at all. Room service, reception, nothing is good.

Very good staff behaviour, decent rooms and good location.

Only thing is our room had foul cigarette smell from the previous occupants i guess it was difficult for my old parents to adjust. My advice please do not give smoking rooms to families.

It is centrally located nearer to the Bannimantapa and also the market. Easily accessible and has good food with variety of options. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Can be taken as option. The parking facility is also available.

Nice Place, Service was excellent Have a rooftop Bar cum restaurant. This is the best place where u can stay comfortably and the staff was so supportive.specially they make my baby's food so that my baby stay comfortably. Good place to stay. The market is just outiside the hotel with everything available, almost. Park Street is nearby at a walking distance. You can order food from outside as well.

Right from the check in we had nice experience with this hotel which centrally located not very far from the hub of the city.pretty close to the places of interest.located in a quiet location, it's maintained well and rooms are neat.liked the ambience.ours was an interconnected room which had a beautiful view of the tree lined road.breakfast was free.it was a well laid buffet.could have concentrated on idlies and dosai.it was not good.rest of the spread was okay.they have a gift shop inside which sells the famous mysore silk sarees, perfumes, incense sticks sandal wood and many other gifts.though priced high the shawls were good.language was not a problem.staff could speak Hindi and English as well.some could understand tamil too.

This hotels location is excellent and not too far from the station. Check in was smooth. Rooms are well laid and simple though slightly smaller. Buffet spread was very good and quite a lot of varieties and food was equally tasty too.

Excellent place to stay in Mysuru.

The place is in a pretty bad shape for a Royal Orchid property. The bed's just terrible. You end up sinking deep inside it if you sleep on it. I had to struggle to find a comfortable position to sleep on it the whole night.

The breakfast was okay, but the tea was bad. And they have extra charges if you want extra tea/dairy whiteners! So, one has to go out even for tea.

Third Class Staff & Disturbed whole night with different shoutings & Noise.

I will not stay if in the free rooms will be given.

Regenta Central Herald is very good for short stay. Employees are very friendly and service is their priority.
Mr Shashidhar guided us to select the best room for our family.
Ms Samraddhi Nayak was very good with the service. We had our dinner at restaurant at peak hour in the evening. All employees were handling room services, buffet and then table orders also. There were managing it very well and ensured that everyone is happy.

This a great pick if you're considering a short trip to Mysore.we got a free upgrade to a top floor balcony view.food service is a down side tough. Just a little more considerate towards the guests time will do the job for getting a much better review. Just an example - we ordered for ginger tea at the restaurant in the evening and it took almost 20-25 minutes for them to get us just a couple of teas, what do you say to that.
Apart from that the experience was great.

The rooms are decent. But there was a problem in the suite room's hall, the AC wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else was alright. The bathroom
and everything is very neat. Had a good view from the room's balcony. That too during dasara time, the lighting view of city looks absolutely fabulous.

This hotel is Black spot for hotel industry. Worst experience ever. Here you will have privilege to eat hair along with food. The room is oven. Their AC don't work and on asking to run AC they say that they won't. Arrogant staff.

Average stay, breakfast was just ok. AC cooling was not sufficient although it was raining outside.

If your going with small kids, This is not the hotel, This Hotel manager claims they don't have a microwave in their property, so you need to make food hot for a small kid or baby, This team will not co-operate, In Room dining takes a lot of time to get the food and they have very limited food options, would never recommend nor would never visit this property, Family unhappy is the last rememberance you need in a trip.

The hotel is quite nice and feels cozy. The complimentary breakfast was the best part with so many varieties has been served and awesome taste.

Quality of food is totally worst actually they served us spoiled tomato rice, almost all are not fresh, waste of money

It's a terrible experience with them. Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel demanded extra Rs 800 per guest as my booking was only for 2 guests in 2 rooms.

Agoda didn't agree for refund as it's non refundable against cancellation

I'm not bothered about the money here. It's the way both the Hotel and Agoda behaved. Had to wait in the hotel lobby for more than an hour talking to Agoda and the hotel agent. Had my aged parents waiting in the car outside the hotel.

Surprisingly, the hotel guy couldn't give their own contact number when I wanted to escalate it.

I'm even more surprised that it's managed by Royal Orchid. Hope they take note of it

Power cut issues do u believe it.every hour in the night their was a power cut so suffocating place but in thd day tym was good.so giving three star.

Before booking this hotel must read this review: In this hotel there are extremely heavy humming noise in each rooms, it's very difficult to sleep, I complaint with hotel staff they told me, it's coming from centralised AC plant and that cannot be stopped.

Stayed here on a trip.some school kid lost her phone.the hotel was honest enough to ship it back. This has won many hearts.

It's a very good hotel. Very centrally located in Mysore with most of the attractions nearby. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. They also have a gym for the work out freaks. The breakfast menu is very good and exhaustive with a variety of continental and Indian dishes. Do also try their Dinner buffet where you will find a variety of dishes salads and desserts. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Good but the food was not any good with the value of money though the rooms are pretty good to facinate the stayer while the staff of good and caring

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. Dining halls are super, rooms are big, very comfortable for 3 people but can accomodate 4 people too, pricing is also reasonable.
Food is good too! You get everything here. This should be a heritage site!

Good place with cozy rooms situated in the centre of Mysore city. Rooms are spacious with clean toilets. Breakfast spread was good too, but the items served were the same for two days. Over all it was a good stay

Centrally located. Mysore Palace, Cathedral, Zoo all places are nearby this hotel. Mouth watering Breakfast. Lots of variety.

Bad experience during morning while checking out.
Arrogance with the guest and expresses that they don't have any issue and no problems if the guest dont stay with their hotel. This was expressed by Keerthi Kumar (Manager). Please avoid staying in this hotel. No great in this hotel in respect of Room, Food and Service.

Clean hotel, nice food, value for money but is little further from any noisy place

Loved the buffet and the decor of the rooms are nicely thought through. The front desk is extremely hospitable and warm.

We stayed here for official tour for 3 weeks. Good hotel in the outskirt. Buffet having wide varities but the rate is on the higher side. Faced som3 issue with door lock in between our sfay but they resolved tha. Hotel reception is ok ok. Parking is also decent. Room was cleaned and maintained. Housekeeping cleans the room daily.

Amazing breakfast with what a wide variety of tasty foods and what a welcome drink, you could drink that all day, the staff is pretty well behaved and very much helpful, the furniture is pretty high quality wood and the bathrooms are worth staying in for a while, got a good deal and found it totally value for money, have a good time.

Location is fab. Hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly. Rooms are good and breakfast is also good.definitely recommended

The air conditioning didn't work even after repeated complaints to the management. I would even say that this is a 1 star hotel after the experience I had with them.

Nice place Its locatwd in bannimantam, thé hôtel and ambience is Good however it doent have the pool. This was only négative point otherwise this is best

Staff at the reception is not friendly. We had to extend our stay and they asked us to vacate one of the two room immediately and the other in half an hour.while checked on make my trip, they still had ample number of rooms vacant.

Nice 3 star hotel in Mysore. It's themed around natural wood to have a soothing ambiance. The service is also top notch and all amenities from dental shaving kits to shower caps and earbuds also provided. The restaurant offers really nice cuisine but pricey. The complimentary breakfast is top class.

Rooms were in excellent condition and i was satisfied with it.
The choice of food in the in house dining was very less, they should have had more of South Indian dishes.
I surely won't recommend this hotel for South Indians.

Very poor service in the restaurant. Sunday afternoon for lunch whatever you want to place an order answer is NO (Not available) veggie platter, hara bara kebab. Finally order to bring whatever is available. Stewards are not trained.

1) property is on the main road and allows easy travel to other parts of the city.
2) staff is well trained and hospitality is assured.
3) rooms are clean and offer optimum level of comfort.
4) buffet offered for breakfast needs to be better managed. Quality of food as well as housekeeping levels need to improve to ensure guests consider this property worth coming back to.

Good property, well maintained. Reception staff try to act very much professional then they are. Don't give a dam customers. Staff here seems to work only as much as they get paid for and don't take services as there priority.

In the kind of budget quite priemum hotel.
Location is ok good for business travellers.
Rooms are quite compact. Not for big family.
Early check inns. Late check outs. And room types don't ask reception fest see your vouchers they wont answer you not will they help you for any thing.
