Negatives: -
1- The Wi-Fi in the rooms cuts off and sometimes does not connect to the laptop.
2 - There are no clear instructions upon entry, information number, and breakfast times.
3- Breakfast is the same every day and some tools need to be changed.

Otherwise, it is very excellent and worth a try

Very bad response from the management. I have booked the hotel through agoda and the hotel management is not ready to provide the gst bill. Each time they are saying they won’t be able to provide as the booking is through agoda. Agoda is just a travel agent and they’ll be able to provide the receipt only. Tax receipt should be provided by the hotel only. I won’t recommend this hotel anyone.

Worst place for your stay in Bangalore, bad service, staff was rude, bathrooms were used when we arrived, and room was not at all sanitised, we asked them to change the room but they denied and when we asked them to cancel they offered no refund, total waste of money and time. Would never recommend to book here.

I'm a regular customer in regenta they never failed to satisfy me good service and good break fast with multiple food options including English breakfast.
I got it for 3k including breakfast that was very economical for me.the distance between metro station and the property is only 1 km so u can save some money.
Service of all employees especially indiranagar manager 'Siva' was very kind and supportive Thank you Siva.

The property is at great location. The rooms are neat & clean.
Front desk is extremely unprofessional & rude and I will tell you the situation. On my way from my office to the hotel I left my money holder my phone and room key in the rick and I tried my best to find it but was unable. I reached the hotel in my own stress of losing my stuff and just went to the front desk and informed that I missed my room key. Without even thinking once the guy at the front desk named Sanjeev says irrespective you have to pay a fee of 300 for misplacing the key. I tired to tell him that this has never been in the past in any of my travel and he bluntly answer even it a cost for us to purchase the cards so you have to mandatorily pay 300 for the keys. Without any further discussion I paid him his 300 bucks and also told him this is not the way the front desk to behave with the guests. My entire company was using another hotel when ever we travelled to Bangalore and this time I thought of exploring Regenta Inn and was a disaster.
Request you to please get some pleasing and mannered staff specially for your front desk who are the face of your brand.

4. Mini bar not working. I happened to see multiple complaints regarding the same in other reviews as well.
5. Maintenance issues in the bathroom, interrupted us during the stay because of their work.

Horrible expirience. One of the worst expierience one can ever have. Woke up in the morning with NO WATER, NO TOOTHBRUSH, NO TOOTHPASTE. Had to use bottled water for washing face. WORST STAY EVER!
Dont even try this hotel, one pathetic hotel.not so neat & clean, ok looking room at 3.5K is totally not worth it. Dont ruin your peace of mind by opting out such a substandard hotel.

I had requested for an early check-in before travelling, but was informed that they're fully booked. Upon arrival, when I agreed to pay the "early check-in" fee (INR 1900), a room magically became "available". The room itself was terribly disappointing! To call it tiny would be an understatement! I was travelling alone with one bag, and still didn't have enough space to unpack. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with a dank smell. There was no dental kit included in the toiletries, and I had to request thrice to get one. The room had a minibar, which was not only empty but also not working! During the two nights I stayed, the water bottles and coffee supplies where not refilled. Considering that the stay cost close to INR 10000 for two nights (without breakfast), I was expecting way better!

The place is centrally located to all the hustle and bustle that is Indiranagar. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t really comment on the food. The place was clean and the staff is polite.

Good budget friendly option considering the location. Parking is very limited and not covered. Breakfast buffet was very minimal. Apart from that everything was good. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

It's a value for money hotel with luxurious feel. Staffs are good and cooperative. Neat and good interior. Well maintained. Over all a good experience

Had a long stay for 14 days over here on a business purpose. Very Tiny rooms and bathrooms were way too small but cleanliness was Top notch. The food was pathetic and had the same taste with no changes in the food menu. Everyday it's almost the same and the staff doesn't have the basics to top up the food in the buffet whenever it's empty I had to reach them out every time. Just because it's located in a prime location it's an okayish hotel. The services were also not up to the mark. I won't suggest this business hotel for shedding in 53k for a long stay for a span of 14 days.

Have stayed there for a couple of business trips and the rooms, cleanliness, staff everything is top notch. To top it up, the breakfast has a wide spread and the taste is awesome. Would continue to go there for any Bangalore visits henceforth. Also the proximity to Indira nagar and Metro is an added advantage.

A small budget hotel by Royal Orchid group. The rooms are small but comfortable. The washrooms are very small. The food is generally served a la carte. Taste wise it's ok but you may prefer to eat outside as there are lot of options available nearby. The staff is not very experienced or maybe trained. More than the comfort of the guests they are concerned with their comfort and cost cutting. Other better options for hotels nearby may be explored.

Fantastic location. Every restaurant and bar was just 10 minutes away. The staff was amazing and their guest service was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in Bangalore

I was good suggesting to my friends, clients to visit in Regenta inn indiranagar. But never thought that. 2yrs of experience with Regenta inn. Would be a worst experience ever. After 6months i visited in there. In Room no. 309/ 1st Have faced issues in bathroom shower taps and hot water wasn't coming after waiting 1hrs. Just for freshup.had waste 1hours in bathroom.also Had to calls them staffs but they didn't understanded that issues. And next day at 10: 11am theirs main staff manager was calling 2times, was forcing for room check-out before 11am. As a maturity.even you know what time you should have to check-out. In my personal experience. I had visited in 3star to 5star hotels but never ever had this kinda of poor, worst experience

Good, clean and efficiently run business hotel. Well located in a quiet residential area yet close to retail and hotel options and walking distance from 2 metro stations.

My stay was enjoyable as all the hotel staffs are very professional. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely recommend if you are coming to Indira Nagar then always make priority to stay at Regenta Inn.

The location is prime. The hotel is very good. It's a business boutique hotel. Nice decor with good staff behaviour. Overall my stay was good. Breakfast served was good as well. Just one suggestion, their should be couple of more nonveg options including some options in egg. Currently they only offer eggs with limited choice i.e. Plain/masala omlette / sunny side up. Cheese omlette should be included. Special mention for their staff Prasad (Reception Manager) and Shib Shankar (Restaurant staff) for very good service.

Well maintained and clean rooms, nice hospitality all the staffs are decent and behave very good with the guests.decent loading to stay for both family and official visits.

Cannot comment on food since I never tried but the ambience is absolutely nice. Definitely book next time when I'm staying in Indiranagar and would recommend if you're searching for a great place to stay with decent price in Indiranagar.

Will never be staying here again due to issues with service and cleanliness. The hotel has potential but the helpers and management need to be trained on providing quality services.

The hotel location is good but there is a lot of ongoing construction around the hotel. The room was small but was designed well with quality furniture. The breakfast buffet is okay and nothing really stands out.

I stayed in this hotel twice (4 days each) and had issues with showers in both rooms on both occasions.

The hot shower did not work (despite the helpers trying to fix it twice) and the water pressure wasn’t great either. I’d have hot water for only 2 minutes before it got cold. The service wasn’t efficient or quick - had to call them a few times just to resolve one issue. This happened multiple times for various issues. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly and I had to wipe it myself. Also, the walls were stained. After a long journey to Bangalore, the least I expect is cleanliness. Also room 205 which they showed us had mold on the wall which I could smell.

Considering this is an upscale hotel, such inconvenience and service shouldn’t have to be tolerated. I was extremely disappointed in the management style.

Further, only two devices can be connected to the hotel wifi. Other devices would have to be connected to a different wifi for which I need the help of the helpers.

I won’t be staying in this hotel again.

We had two days stay here.rooms were neat, breakfast was good, people were helpfull too.the only problem was parking.parking space is available only for 3 to 4 cars

A place near 100 Feet road and very near to Indiranagar Metro Station. Staff is helpful and supportive (Specially Ranjan who is always ready to help all guests). Currently due pandemic restrictions they only provide breakfast. Rooms are good and well maintained.

Very compact rooms not enough space to move around freely if you go here with family.location wise it's okay very close to main road and no kitchen available you can only order from swiggy or zomato.

Room not cleaned. Same bed sheet placed back again. Water glasses in the room were not cleaned again. Staff friendly.

The rooms are good, well maintained, smaller than I expected.overall, comfortable and ambient, has a dine in restaurant, slightly expensive food, more than average taste.

We went to ask if there was availability and immediately the receptionist was rude. They are not accepting foreigners or non resident indians, and he told us to 'get out and find another hotel. ' Even if it's their policy to not accept foreigners, it doesn't give him the right to be rude and disrespectful.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff is cordial, respectful and always helpful! Although my booking was at the last moment, it was handled in a very gracious manner. Would love to stay here again!
