Regenta Inn Bangalore

The room was clean and spacious with good amenities, all the staff were very friendly. Overall the stay was good, I recommend this hotel.

We booked the room as it was nearby the airport. The rooms are decent but the service was a little delay in everything. The kettle was not in working condition and so the AC.
The service and maintenance could be better.

We enjoyed staying here friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast is very good, location was perfect near to airport all around great place to stay.

Had been there only for their restaurant. Have good parking space. Service was good but there was a food delay. Portions were small for the price, taste could have been better n the big let down was food coloring used, it was too evident on our fingers.

House keeping was very poor, no channels were subscribed, and the breakfast was below standard.definitely Not of Orchids Group Type

The receptionist is rude enough and acts busy even though we are the only one there for stay at time 8 pm, I think he is the head or lead there. Don't forget they don't allow outside foods!

Food is a little expensive, but it's close to the airport and they'll help you with regards to printing documents which is nice.

It was just okay… no hot water or amenities till we question… and the food from in dining is worst… it was stored food… non recommendable

Poor infrastructure, poorly maintained hotel and lousy food.peopke should desist from staying in the hotel, unless you want to be disopppinted.

Nice hotel for a decent stay. Has good food and other amenities are also good. Near by a good Medical store is there. Overall good to stay.

I must say it was a very short and pleasent stay. Very helpful and understandimg receptionist at night shift.

Rooms dirty. Bathrooms sticky. Mattress horribly bumpy. No toiletries. Dirty towels.
No options in breakfast.
No cooperation of staff.
No alternative for kids. They won’t make anything for your kid. They just don’t care.

Single word horrible describes it.
They don't even ask your permission to go inside your room

I was looking for a day stay in Bangalore. So i booked a room in this hotel using Mistay website. Booked from 8AM - 7PM. Amount 2143 precisely. The average charge in other sites for regular check in & checkout for a day was around 1100 - 1200. Still i was ready to pay this amount hoping for a good experience. I reached Bangalore in the morning 5am. Sitting in railway station thinking i should not reach hotel too early. Then i reached hotel around 6.40 AM. The receptionist told me to sit. I was hoping they will let me check in atleast by 7 or 7.30. But literally they made me to sit exactly till 8, Although the room was available. & In Mistay it was mentioned breakfast included but they denied for breakfast (anyhow i am least bothered for that).
My say is Although customer booked a room paying double the amount & even when rooms available, not providing room is not a good customer service.
As a frequent traveller to bangalore. I will never visit your hotel again. Thank you for the service given.

Staffs were really helpful, Overall room was nice. But they provided me used bed sheets and blankets specially during this pandemic situation.

The stay was not as they advertise. Rooms were not that clean. Washrooms were not that well maintained. They even missed the basic sanitary things in washroom

Clean and hygienic.
The room was spacious and had all the amenities, like locker, fridge, kettle etc.
Near to Airport, they also have a pick up and drop service for the airport.
Food is a little expensive considering the taste.
They have valet parking, they are following Covid regulations, there were stickers on the floor and sanitizer in the lobby.

It was a good Hotel in sadarali Gate, out side viewing room very nice, serving the food very delicious and service parsons also caring &wow grits

After being exposed to what one might define as a disaster (read: just believing that the system is true)

We eventually managed to procure an online transportation service.   Many of the bookings we tried to book lead cancellations from the providers due to location.

In essence, eventually and probably due to the mercy of the universe l, we arrived at Regenta Inn Bangalore (the repetition is for your remembrance if you're ever in the area.)

From start to finish they couldn't have been more accommodating, professional, kind, courteous and all around what one expects from an international travel institution.

Good stay. Great support and nice ambience. Easy access to airport. Surrounding atmosphere is good with peacefulness. I would definitely prefer to stay in the same and also recommend the facilities to all of our friends and colleagues.

Good hotel for nap before or after flight journey incase of early or late flights and very good hospitality and food

Stopped for a brief lunch after landing. Tried the buffet and thought that the food was decent and the service was pretty good.

I stayed third time. Multiple issues this time. Linen was not changed from previous use but was put in place assuming they are new (I was able spot female hair, stains on sheet and pillow). Shower head was leaking, only one towel (that is hard & rough with multiple washing) was given. You can spot chocolate wrapper, tooth pick and other trash in hallway.

Worst experience. They changed my room because bathroom floor was oily and too slippery to walk.

And gave me a room without any working key. They told me to call house keeping every time to enter my room!

At 10.40 pm at night and tired after whole day of traveling we are helplessly stuck with this!

The rooms are too small. The staff is cooperative but the cleanliness is not good, the property needs more maintenance.

Very nice budget hotel near to Airport.

It is almost 4 kms from Bangalore international airport.

MacDonald is there near to this hotel.

Breakfast is good and complimentary there.

Rooms are good but when you call for some room service they took too much time to attend.

They take too much of time in Check in and during billing too.

Swiggy, Zomato, Pizza Hut and Dominos doesn't deliver in this area.

It is good for a night stay but will not recommend for a stay more than a day. I normally take this hotel only for last night when I have to take a flight next early morning

Overall I would say if you can ignore few service issues you can drop in here.

The manager and staff are very courteous and helpful. Room is clean and food is good. Access to airport and availability of Uber/Ola around the clock makes it convenient. Recommended.

Average place. Just closer to the airport highway. About 20 min drive to the city. Food isnot that much tasty. Anywy Mcdonalds is very near by. Also this is very close to bangalore airforce office. Room cleanliness is the average. Near at sadavahalli gate

The experience was so bad that we had to stay in that small lobby of hotel with our huge family They were totally disrespectful and did not even took any steps in order to clear their mistake. The management was so bad that if we would complain to them then they wouldnt even here it and just wont care for their guests. Thats not kind a behaviour anyone looks upto. The experience was horrible and hopeless.

Not bad for a nights stay if you have a early morning or connecting flight to catch from Bangalore Airport

Wonderful place to stay near airport. Challenge is to get there. I travrllef from Hyderabad to Bangalore and wanted to reach this place for stay. But was denied a ride by 5 Uber cab drivers as this place is close by. After all that a driver accepts to offer a drive with a very sad face though Uber charges me 678rs for this 7km ride. Hotel must offer pickup drop from and to airport.

Very poor and horrible. Billing is a big problem. I checked in at 12.02 AM on 1st July and checked out at 6.00 AM 1st July. They issuea bill as 12.02 AM on 30th June and check out 6.00AM on 1st july. Such bill would create problems in settling the bill in office. I literally had to fight with receptionist to correct the bill for no mistake of mine.

Good rooms for stay only.food is good. 15 min drive from banglore airport.its on highway so market is not available.

Good place to stay near airport.nothing to really mention about food.saw some cockroaches also running on the cut fruit platter.informed the service team.they seemed to not care much about it

It's such nasty place and better to stay in hell. This kind of hotels should be closed by Bangalore corporation.rooms are dirty and staff will disturb your life like hell and no commitment should be fulfilled by the stupid fellows. Totally it's a wastage of time, money and energy. Its not an hotel it's a hell
