Hotel is nice but staff dealing very bad don’t stay this hotel, expecily duty manager samson, I check out just 15minuts only I stay here.don’t come with family this hotel

Recently visited regenta place.the breakfast buffet spread had wide variety n superb in taste.the service of Arpita n Manish was too good.

Worst service, non cooperative staff, specially male staff (reception person), specially when you are sponsored by the company, they will take undue advantage when sponsored by company. They will add service charge in all your bills.

Very basic. Service standards are ordinary. Rooms are clean but run down. The only reason I gave it a third star is because of its location. Dead centre in the heart of town.all the party spots on MG Road and Brigade Road are not far from here.

Nice place to spend time with family, food was good buffet spread nice two non veg starter, two chicken one fish main course good collection of salads, three sweets ice cream along rice rasam jeera rice paper etc.

Badly needs a renovation everything looks old and bathroom need to be refurbished, and food is average not great

extra bed was told during check-in time, but till night it was not managed by hotel.

Its downright ok.the rooms are small and you need to be really agile to move around.food is definitely a plus point

Odd location and badly designed hotel.looks like a n old hotel acquired by Royal ocrchid n renovated the rooms. Service was bad, no hot water in the bathroom, no one to carry luggage. The food was decent though.

Well placed business hotel. Have all basic amenity for a comfortable business trip night stay. But if you are looking for a exciting spacious hotel for family and functions, may look for better options. Height of conference hall, lobby, prediction area is challanging. Food taste good.

Maintenance and services are good only 4 stars because as of regarding bathroom space.that's it overall good.

In case you want to travel keep in mind that Ubers and Ola become expensive and unavailable during rush hours. Try to travel outside of these hours to avoid waiting forty minutes for a cab

Good Hotel but TV channels are not many. At Bangaluru even they don't have even free TV Channels. No customer orientation. Hotel has to correct

Room was stinky coz window doesn't ooen. You can't take fresh air from outside. Also did not like mattress quality.

Situated near to major landmarks. Good restaurant on site, Tiger Trail. Rooms are dated and need an upgrade. Check-in & Check-out was smooth. Room service was also good. Room had a mini-bar as well. Hotel is geared towards Business folks but appears worn out.

A very silent and decent hotel located at the heart of the city. Staffs are very friendly. The premises is maintained well. Food is clean and tasty.

Worst place to stay and never faced such a worst hospitality like washroom are dirty, expired soaps and gels are keeping. Air conditioning not working and room servicing not happening on daily. Water also not offering from the management

It gives a fresh feeling when u r there with very cool Titanic movie. Instrumental song.
Staff is very friendly and managed.
Shivajinagar bus station is nearby to it.so one can stay here and can move easily to any place as buses are available at nearby station.
There is no such crowed in it.it very peaceful and calm inside it.though it is located in a very busy and hassled area.
U can access free parking and wifi.there.

Vintage hotel. The pieces of furniture and linen are also pre-historic. Except breakfast Food is pathetic and should be completely avoided

Initial impressions Smelly rooms with no windows, you have to call reception 3-4 times in order to get something. Clear mis communication will house keeping and reception and they provide wifi password in slips for per user to use in 2019 considering bangalore being an it hub, pretty bad. For every device you need extra username and password.
At this price there are better options available in the city being 3 star hotel

I normally keep on going for training nice hotel, very corporative team of staff, good food to the room is a little small but it’s worth staying.

Worst, poorest in service, extremely old rooms, very bad smell because of old furniture, seepage of water and leakages, careless staff. Let’s stay for 1 hour experience and believe what I have written. Terrible experience.

Unprofessional staff. Lady at the reception was second name for harassment, was too unpractical for rules. Appeared Iike visited any government office.

My room was good enough for me. But late at night when I turned the AC off, I think I heard mice running around in the shaft. I could not sleep that night.

Very shady place. Had to cancel the booking post arrival. Never stayed here moved to different hotel later.

One of the old timer standing tall in Shivajinagar. Favourite for hanging out during the week end. The forest themed restaurant is noteworthy.

What a place. Stayed there for 2 weeks and experienced one of the best hospitality ever. Right from front desk to housekeeping to FnB. The staff is so warm and courteous. Loved every moment of stay here. Kudos to the entire team.
