Hi All, I rented a unit here by believing the sales guy words he promised me parking and common facility usage at free of cost before I signed contract and after I signed contract he changed his tune, mover in the same building Regus competitors are renting spaces at half the price of what Regus is charging and I took this to Regus management notice Mark Dixon is head of Regus and Harsh Lambah is India head they worse than the sales guy they formed company to loot people and they dont even courtesy to respond to people like us, please find screenshot of what I wrote to them in email but still these corporate thief's are not moved.
NEVER RENT FROM REGUS its a company which loots your money. Alternatives are so good in Bangalore.

USELESS Management and useless sales team REGUS = CHEATING
Management folks especially Mark Dixon and Harsh Lambah are worse than beggars sorry for my honesty I cant use more bad words than this but you guys proved you deserve to be called Cheats and beggars. Fix the company or get out of that company you are making us suffer and you dont deserve to take salaries.
Regus is inside Brigade IRV center, Nallaurhalli which comes in Borewell Road. It's approximately 500 Meyers from Tesco office and Vydehi Medical Hospital and Sai Baba Medical Hospital.
It is also close to Information Technology Park, Bangalore (ITPB) in Whitefield, a Bangalore suburb. Equiped with Coworking space the centre has a spacious and welcoming reception area and elegant offices and meeting rooms. It is on the 9th and 10th floor of Brigade IRV center.

Although there are competitors but Regus outlast the competition by maintaining the quality of interiors and flexibility in terms of contract. Very poor response from the Regus where iam following up from almost one month for renewal of for agreement renewal, instead of Regus contacting customers for feedback and plan for renewal, here even after customer reaching Regus Brigade IRV Bangalore team.it's a poor poor response which is not acceptable
Worst place to run the business.they suspend services even there is no outstanding payment. Their team is world's slowest people to resolve any account issues and they let business struggle for days and weeks.
I went there for my UK visa interview. I was expecting a board outside of this premises to ensure vfs office is insider Brigade building. Nice place. They allowed before 30mins from your interview timing. Cool siting arrangments. Even there's a small Restrurant to have light meals, juice etc. They do have a small 4 wheeler visitors parking.
