The store doesn’t open at 10: 00 am they take own time to welcome customer,
Not responding staff they doesn’t want customer buy anything I came here to buy tv asked specific brand they straight away told no we don’t have they not ever bother of convince Me to buy different tv. Any how better next time

Such a pathetic reliance digital for my Fridge purchase. The rating don’t even deserve 1. We ordered the fridge, before the payment it was informed that Fridge can be delivered and installed next day. Next day we placed the order and made the payment then it was informed it is at different godown and will be delivered in 2 days then no call comes in after 2 days and with multiple follow up and after speaking to store manager on phone they delivered it in the night. Next day they send TV technician to install the Fridge means who does that, and the sales guy will stop picking your phone and you will be mentally harassed with this situation. Really worse experience ever with any offline shopping so far and hope this store improves their service else they should just close this center or give it in good hands who can actually handle customers in good way. Rest take your decision wisely before buying anything here, thx

If your looking for best customer service, then this is not the branch you would like to visit, I have the work experience, demo will take 5 days, you’ll get the order in 2 days but need to wait for demo person for a week, all they do is fraud, they give false hopes on the product and will don’t disclose any further details till the payment is done, after my payment they told me that the product will arrive in two days, which is really bad, I would have bought it in Amazon instead. I have huge respect towards reliance and this branch is quite opposite. Good luck.

You dont get proper response from sales team whether you visit in-store or call from mobile for any product availability. Not received good service till now. Waste of time

Good customer service. Went in to buy laptop. Variety of brands available. Prices are comparatively lower. Good collection of various electronic items. Process of billing is quite simple.

Parking space available is very less. Some have to park their vehicles on public road in front of the building.

I would've given 5 but they got me excited thinking that the iPhone 12 pro and 12 pro max was in stock because the products was in display

They take care of you untill you purchase the product. After bill is done they are least bothered whether you are in store or not, you have to run behind all sales people for help and they are least bothered too. In one word After sales is reall worst experience.

They try to sell only their digital partners (like samsung, LG), so if you are interested in other brands please don't visit this. They brain wash you to purchase those brands.

It was an amazing experience buying my OnePlus 9r where I even got a cashback of 2k. They were very much responsive to my calls. Do visit the store.

Please don't buy any product from here, I have bought AC from here and waiting from last 4 days for installation. 1. They have given me incorrect product with less option than what they showcased when I went to buy and finally I ended up compromising, as the refund will take a month time. Product was delivered next of the purchase, but installation, now it's 4th day and I am still counting. When I called them to check the status, they said my number was updated incorrectly in their system, so when technician called my number was not reachable. It's rubbish, pls don't waste your time and you will get better deals in Unilet or Pai. And the disgusting fact is they will have some branded exclusive product where you will not find reviews in YouTube.

Worst service it has been 5 days after my AC has been delivered and till now not a single person has contacted me for the delay and while booking I was told that installation will be done within 4 days hopeless and irresponsible behaviour of executives. I actually would like to rate it in minus.

Bought a aircooler from them which did not work from day 1.continously following with reliance and usha and no one is there to support.when we bought they told reliance will help in case of any issues and now there is no support from.them.extrmely bad experience

I would give a negative star if there was an option. Worst customer service. They don’t know details about their own product. They tell you different prices at the time of demo/sight seeing and during billing. The manager has a very bad attitude and consistently avoided answering to customers questions and concerns. DO NOT waste your time going here.

Worst service. First they mis sell the product. When you ask for refund they say 1 month. No replacement as they do not have the product which we had actually booked. Delivery on time but installation still not done even after 4 days of delivery. Call centre never responds properly and rr nagar branch never picks up the call or they just disconnect. Better close your shop when you can't give a decent service.

It's very good place for affordable laptops

, Televesion, smartphone etc. But they take time to do your emi process literally 1hour

Today I went for jio sim. I had done port of my vodafone no.to jio. There were two people over there one lady and one guy. Immensely arrogant. I had taken the xerox of my adhar card, they didn't see even. They asked my original adhar card. I said softcopy is there in my mail. They didn't agree and thats fine as every co. Policy. I asked any other id card will do. They said DL. I gave my DL.
The lady said, eyes are not matching. I mean seriously.
Then they said face is not clear. Its quite clear rather.

Getting angry I moved out.
Dissatisfied to the core.

Will never visit the showroom ever.

Worst service.

Left the showroom with anger and frustrated.

Went there today to buy induction stove,
Staff were busy chatting, no one bothered to attend us, staff are very arrogant.
Decided to buy from prestige showroom.
Very Disappointed. Store Manager was not to be seen to register a complaint

Staff horrible. Chatting most of the time each other. Very poor knowledge about the products. On toe to sell the products, later sales assistance zero. Most of them with high attitude.

Even though staff lacks knowledge in some of the products and offers being offered by reliance jio, they were able to contact their counterparts and get the necessary information to process the billing of TV which was offered by reliance jio fiber plan.

Bought JBL sound bar, sales point they are good but pathetic service afterwards. Delivery done one day late, but installation not done even after repeated calls, installation boy threatens saying if you open the box we are not responsible and none would come to install after repeated follow up. Reliance may end up losing lot of customers because of bad service. Never recommend Reliance digital RR nagar to anyone. I don’t even think they do care about customer feedback. Reliance.not reliable. Good luck

Options in Electronics are limited. The staff are helpful but not very knowledgeable on the subject. The prices are slightly over priced compared to buying on Amazon or Flipkart. I wouldn't recommend buying anything here.

I have purchased macbook pro.while purchasing they dint specify any terms like we only 48 hrs of replacement for the product. I had received a defective product which shut down when it reaches to 50%charge.so I returned back to the store 3day to the store.as I stay far away from the store.they sent me to apple service centre their the people checked the system and verified that they need to change the battery and top case and I got report from them. But the reseller is not agreeing to to it and replacing my macbook pro arguing sir we have only 48hrs pocliy so we will repair and give it so to get a repaired product am I suppose to pay 1.2lakh.thier is no proper response from the manager and he is like do ever u want.so now what should I do I need response from the team.my first experience turned into worst

Never ever opt these guys. People inside doesn't know a thing. Earlier when i had got my laptop they had told everything about assistance if needed in future which i wont be available in amazon and that made them unique itseems. After 6 months i just wanted to show the laptop and he treated me like "your business is done, please don't show your face" sort of attitude. I was my hard earned 57k i gave to purchase this laptop. I feel like crying. There is some virus in my laptop i just wanted assistance for hp recovery.what people man: (

One can expect every electric items in reliance digital. It is known for its service to be specific for its extended service. Good store to have a look and feel of an item before buying online especially. Price will also be same as online stores on almost all times.

Good range of electronic goods and good schemes. The staff is very proactive and explain the range of products very well.

Items sold hre are fairly priced as it is a showroom and their operational cost is more.
You can bargain for price on certain items only.
Managers here understand any issue faced with their sold products and they act upon it reasonably. I had a good experience with one such TV myself. Truly appreciate their good response and action.

Slightly overpriced electronics outlet. Staff isn't aware of the technical specifications of a product, and provide misleading info sometimes. Variety in electronics is also pretty less.

The website says they open at 10 AM but they do not open till 11AM. I was at their store at 10 AM but waiting as of 10: 12 AM.

My points in reliance card could not be redeemed by staff even though I gave card number and my details, as my physical card not received ever

Very bad experience with me.they fool customers by telling unwanted things and confuse customers with unwanted offers and after your buy no proper response from the store I hve to wait for 3 days after buying a Tv to installation.and before buying they tell they will give 3 year warranty etc etc.but after buying they will never give any documents for that warranty.they tell by verbally.you know that verbally warranty no guarantee.better don't buy from the Reliance store.personal experience.thank you.

Very lethargic customer service, had a very unpleasant experience here personally I'll never visit this place again. The employees here are more intererested in their mobile rather than the customers.

1. I feel the staff here should be trained on how to behave with customers.
2. We bought products worth thousands of rupees and this store doesn't have a single person who can gift-wrap it properly. They make the gift look as if we bought it in a hurry from near-by shop at last minute.
3. They took booking of an item and committed to deliver it in 3 days. Finally after all the fight, they delivered it after 3 weeks
4. The guy who demos iMac (forgot his name) should stop making false promises to people.
