Purchased a Samsung Tv by availing the exchange offer. Everything is fine until you make the purchase. It's been more than 20 days since I made the purchase. My old tv is still at home no efforts are taken, calls are not reverted, very pathetic customer care. If you are planning to exchange your old fridge or washing machine. Please be ready to have two of them each because they are never gonna exchange it.

Horrible Horrible service, it is 10000 times better to order from online stores like flipkart and amazon the delivery is seamless here in reliace digital first you have to call several times for delivery then for install and the delivery people are horrible and rude

They have stock with variety.but for some reason we felt staff was not interested in sell & toward customer rather they we standing 2gether and talking

Staffs are supportive but many are not aware about most of the products and latest technology.
The biggest issue of these types of offline store are fully catalogue'd old outdated products from home appliances to smartphone or anything matter.

They have to work to update their portfolios in real time else will soon out from industry.

Worst. Bought Sony LED from Reliance Digital in apr 2019 with additional warranty. It got repaired in June 2020. I need not get any proper service. Sony technician person advised me to avoid buying from Reliance. No proper customer support.i launched complaint n June 2020. But issue was resolved in Jan 2021. Worst

The empolyee here told me to wait coz these guys who do topup went to lunch As a customer these people make you wait more than 30mins just to do 50 rupee topup i ususlly dont write review but this is not a good customer service.

The service providing by the staff will be too bad and there is no proper consultation about the customers

I don't know why the jio person always sayz, e aadhar is not valid. I visited few reliance digital including this store, for getting a replacement sim but they all say e aadhar is not valied for them. Bring original aadhar. When i asked, What does it mean, they say it should be laminated.otherwise their system will not accept. What an answer. How system will know its laminated or not. They are simply lazy people, because i get it done in another store in my native using my e aadhar. Knowingly i asked does it matter e aadhar/original aadhar. She said aadhar is aadhar. But in Bengaluru both has a meaning. Jio is dreaming of digital age, but their employees still in stone age.

I visited Reliance digital shop at elements shopping center, Nagavara, Bangalore showroom for purchasing iPhone 11 dated on 18-DEC-2019, I checked with the conveyance official (Narayana swamy and his team) for offers and value subtleties. I had full money sum and furthermore needed to check EMI cost too. According to the discussion made with official I received for platinum card EMI choice, they checked for the qualification and 9 months EMI choice with no expense EMI charges of 16 % and the total cost of portable is 69900/ only and emi every month is around 7800/ - just. I concurred with terms and states of them and gave my sibling card for accusing who is of me since I entered the store. Once subsequent to charging I was stunned, I was charged for simple EMI 16% and month to month sum I have to pay 8293.57/ - according to the bill. I asked them for what good reason I have been charged extra 4500/ - by and large all out at that point, they were sorry for miscommunication. I requested to drop the exchange and gave the item back. They said it will take 7-10 days to do that. Because of restriction of bank, They committed error and putting it on bank process. At the point when I requested composed correspondence they are denied to give one, they just recorded on a similar bill as refund. How do am I expected to acknowledge this.

We got the product deliver and provided 2 numbers. The installation person calls 1 number and then does not call back until evening. He is so arrogant and refuses to fix the water heater on said date. When we talk to him, he keeps lying about everything, calling reliance digital does not help in anyway. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER GONNA BUY ANYTHING FOR RELIANCE DIGITAL THAT REQUIRES INSTALLATION OR SERVICE FROM THEM. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT.

Very small store and the staff behaviour is worst, i have visited this store 3-4 times, only if you buy big products they are interested, if you ask for any other accessories they do not bother to assist you, and the jio counter is worst. Jio team doesn't even responds, when you asl any questions regarding their services.

There are lot of gadgets and appliances, wide variety to choose from. Im only skeptical about the bizzare offers that they have. So not believable.

While buying the item i informed the store that i am shifting my house and i would need the wallmount installation on the coming weekend. The store agreed to it and informed that i just need to call them a day in advance and then get it done.
Now when i bought the product the delivery was done and i was told not to open the item, the other guy will come up and open the packet.
The other guy came and he just unboxed the TV and then informed that the installation is complete and if i need a wall mount it won't be a free service.
I called the store to confirm on this and they rejected on the previous offer.
What is the use of buying the item from a offline store if i dont get proper benefit.

Bad experience with jio wifi device jmr541.battery expired/faulty for two consecutive products. Good thing is got the money back because the 2nd battery is also faulty.

Great place. You can see and test the best devices in the world. I just wish the ppl present there would allow us to see more about the devices. Some of these ppl have bad behaviour.

Have bought multiple stuff here and has been a very good experience. But today while buying AC the attitude of the sales person was very disappointing. Some people don't know how to identify potential customers. We were being thought of as window shoppers who are passing time looking for air conditioners. Bought AC from another Reliance store the same night after visiting this store. Bad experience here.

Located inside elements mall, place has good options like other reliance digital stores.
Certain staff are good with proper knowledge about their domain. Some try to seek help and never return. Offers are usually same across all the stores.

It is a good place to shop gadgets. According to price wise it is affordable. All kinds of gadgets such as tv, mobile, laptop, home theatre, and many other electrical appliances of every top companies are available. They even give offers according to the festive season. Overall it is a good place to shop.

The store is good but the collection is limited and the staff are not that enthusiastic to explain the features to customers

This shop is located in the junction of CBI road and RT Nagar 80 ft road. You can easily see the place from the road.

It has good variety of electronic products mostly LCD and LED TVs. Very less mobile phones.

A small JIO store is also available here. You can get new connection, do porting for existing number, get a new JioFi device and recharge as well. They work on Sunday also and it's less crowded during Sunday.

A very nice destination for shopping but process are a bit high compared to online and adishwar stores. They don't give good discounts also to attarct people.

Staff does not respond properly.i had called them for product availability (a tempered glass) they said it is available and I confirmed it 3 times. And when I reach the store after an hour after I had called them they say "out of stock". If they had said that during the conversation on phone I wouldn't have travelled or wasted my time.

Store is always empty. People come here mainly for jio subscription and reacharges. Requires patience as it takes time. But staff are friendly

Pathetic service and no place for parking vehicles for customers. The security guy keeps pestering one very regularly.
