Went for buying microwave and at the time of billing sales person Tanvir told us this product is under exchange offer and visit tomorrow with your old appliances and next day when we carry and bring old appliances we are told our selected appliances were not in discount. Tanvir didn’t came to store and we feel cheated because we selected food processor as well. When we asked if some one can come to phoneix mall parking to help in carry or if any cart will be there he mentioned it in not in policy but could have actually asked someone to pick from parking. Really horrible experience and have to wait for 1 hour to get things done. Now I will think twice before buying from this store

During my recent visit, my primary intent was to acquire a smartwatch. I wish to express my appreciation for the exemplary service provided by the employees. It was my inaugural visit to the establishment, and I am thoroughly satisfied with both the product and the level of service extended.

It was Excellent experience in the Showroom inside Pheonix Mall. Salesperson Raghavendra explained each and every qns which we have asked and it would have costed his 30mins of explanation. He also suggested some alternatives but not forced on it. I suggest this shop for all purpose of purchase
Better to visit Reliance Digital in Pristige Shantiniketan Mall, they ll try to match the online price. Here sales reps will time pass for sometime and then they ll say not possible
Had really bad experience with them.i got my samsung phone and they made me wait for almost 1hr.my unboxing user experience was totally spoilt. Cause the sales person did the unboxing. Took the phone and started using and started installing something. I continuously asked him why, he said that's required for the discount. Honestly next time i won't buy anything from Reliance digital.
This is the place to go to if you're shopping for white goods for your home or entertainment systems, laptops, etc. The choice of all well known brands is phenomenal. One will be spoilt for choice. We went to purchase our fridge, washing machine, microwave and split ACs. The service was absolutely outstanding. Special mention to Syed and his team for patiently helping us with our choices and giving us all the technical specs as well as excellent deals and after sales service.

Order No RDF35222813 Philips mixer grindr ordered online by reliance digital for home delivery, they don't provide any demo so we only have to open the package, ordered on 17 Jun 2022 same day delivery once we open the package surprisely there are many finger prints on machine and one Jar also broken so I raised complaint on 19 Jun for Replacement of Jar, we paid 13,995 to receive already damaged and used product ah? Still I didn't received any solution from them, never trust reliance digital they are cheaters.

Very pathetic service i had in reliance digital i have placed an order on April 4th still now i have not got any update about the order i have coordinate with mrs Prem who is a staff of reliance digital in phoenix market City. Very bad experience with this peoples. I buyed 2nos a/c they installed after 2days but that time a/c was shows working.next day only not working. For that I called many times keeping on telling tomorrow tomorrow till now didn’t work done
Bought an expensive camera at a good discount rate. Am happy with camera bit they didn't have stock of the bag that's supposed to come free with it. They want me to return in 20 days to get it. I wonder if it will ever come. But also how odd that they have the cameras in stock but no bags. Wish they had planned better or could have offered to deliver the bag once they get it.
Good experience, the shop ppl were friendly. We went there to chk out convention microwave oven. They have samsung, LG, IFB, Panasonic brands. Since our requirement were more for convention, the shop ppl suggested to go for OTG. They had good models for that as well, they showed us the options patiently. Finally we bought Philips OTG. It was a good experience.
Only suggestion to customer.keep asking questions and note down the details with pen and paper.as they keep changing the discount policies as the discussion continue.ultimately the deal has some points changed which you did not consider

One stop solution for almost all the daily use electronics and gadgets. Prices are competitive when you compare it with online portals. As this place gives you an experience too I would recommend atleast in terms of electronics it's advisable to test before you buy anything. Place is quite big and every section is fairly placed. We get a good option when it comes to product and their range. Perhaps for the new launch products sometime the display or demo aren't available. But there are chances they'll have the boxes or stock available for sale. If they'd fail to give you the product they'll try to make it available in a day or two and will definitely get in touch with you to have it. Finance, Offers and discounts are always there but not on every product.
Good place located inside phoenix mall, could not see any new models in i7 laptops.showroom staffs were busy in gatherings and gossiping, not concerned on the visitors. Little disappointed on their customer services.
Sold me a faulty sony product, no help from day 1 with replacement by them or even sony.consumer case pending since 4 yrs and even the product isn't with me. Basically there is no use of having a dealer in between. They don't chip into anything. If you are unlucky with a product be it online or Store you will have to just handle it alone. So just buy cheaper online. I strongly feel amazon would have been better and I would not have incurred losses. I'm never buying from here again.
The salespersons and the department manager Jagadish are cheats. Don't buy anything from this store. They'll lie and sell you the product but won't bother when you have issues and want to return it.
Its one stop shop for electronics and you will be spoilt by the choices. I got my recent purchase of Sony 55" 4k UHD TV from here. However dint like the approach sales rep take. In the store they should be bothered about any product or brand sale but i felt that they are somewhat biased towards the new brands which cropped up in recent times in big TV's like bpl TCL, iffalcon, MI TV etc.sales rep would should u the costliest TV only though there are cheaper options available and would try to influence ur decision but it seems that's becoz they get more commission from the bigger brands than the Chinese or new ones.
I happened to buy a Canon colour and black printer ink cartridges on 15th august, 2021. Which I only happened to open on 18th of august for use and we see that the packaging was tampered with and stuck back together with cello tape. When we opened the packaging the cartridge happened to be missing the usual orange seal as well. We still gave the benefit of doubt saying maybe the item packaging was only damaged and the product might be in working condition. We tried putting the cartridge into the printer and the printer was not reading it at all and shows faulty.
Now we call the store to find out how and when we can get a replacement. Finally when we got hold of the store manager - MR JEROME, asked us to bring the item to the store to get it replaced. When we mentioned to him we are not even in town in Bangalore, he said we had to bring it back in 7days or nothing else can be done. We tried explaining to them that we have been cheated here by being sold a used and defective product and he wasn’t even ready to acknowledge it! He told us that we should have had the common sense to have checked the weight of the printer ink cartridge when we bought it and realised it was empty if the weight was less. That response of the manager showed audacity to responding to a client’s genuine complaint.
Finally the superior manager has agreed to exchange the product once we are back to Bangalore by 1st of September. Hopefully it will be done. Will update the post then.
Writing this post to let you guys be aware that Next time you wish to buy a printer ink cartridge please go with a weighing scale and check if it is full or empty with mr Jerome before leaving the store.

Worst customer service, by samsung and reliance folk, had to travel 26 kms to buy the product after confirmation from the team member, turned out both were lying and trying to nudge off. Again at store they said the product is not and samsung folk said to deliver it next day at home.but when called next day, they stopped picking up the calls pathetic service
Bought dell laptop from this shop. Reasonable price.one of the sale person Mani explained the technical spec very well and showed us multiple laptop which helped me to decide the laptop as per our needs.
Don't waste your time for purchasing any electronic goods here as when you call they will say different price, and once you go there, they will say price got increased. I experienced the same issue today with this store.

Very bad experience buying a 65" TV. It took 8 days to deliver. The installation guy drilled holes till other side of wall. That too the position was way above viewing height even after explaining where to fix it. Will never buy again from this place.
Not going to buy even a match box from any reliance outlet ever. I bought filter and unfortunately their extended service plan AMC of 2 years. Now everytime I have to call dozen of times for servicing, and they start ignoring the calls. Worst experience ever. They don't pick the calls and not answer the emails.

Useless Staff At the time of billing the price variation was there.when checked with the staff, they completely diagreed what they said in regards to the price and directly they denied that they dint tell the price.

Very bad experience from relaince digital, pheonix mall, bangalore UNPROFESSIONAL AND DODGY SERVICE When the technician came they just stuck the machine without fixing it properly. They did not have a fresh new piece in stock. Now when I call they they dodge my calls. This is not a leading electronic store but worse even ashamed to give one star.
I had purchased oneplus TV from Reliance digital Phoenix mall. They have given me a damaged piece. Screen of the TV is damaged and they are not ready to replace it. It’s been one month after purchasing it. The display is cracked internally. If we contact reliance digital for the issue, they say to contact product support team. They are not ready to replace it and they will blame the damage is done by us. So they won’t fix the issue. If you buy any product and that had any issue be ready to take the blame on yourself.
I bought a washing machine from here. While I cannot comment about the product as I just got it yesterday, I would like to share how the store customer care fooled me into giving feedback for the store themselves. They asked me to forward the delivery message to them, when asked for the reason they told this is required to close the call. In good faith, I shared the message with them which they used to give feedback themselves using the link given in the same message. When called for the same, they refused at first and then did not pick up my calls. Cannot trust a store that can trick their own customers like this. Surely, I am not going to purchase from this store anymore.

Had visited here in late 2017. Had a pretty great experience. They have a great collection and good salesmanship. We were looking to buy a few appliances from here. One of the floor managers was with us for quite sometime to help us with our purchase. Gave a good explanation and demo of the products and was directing the salesman to help in our purchase. We got a pretty good discount for buying multiple items. Delivery and installation was timely as well.
Note: They have some kind of a tieup with Samsung and try to push Samsung products across different categories. But they also give pretty good discounts on those.
Reliance digital is always the best. They've very good deals always available on almost all products. I got my tv, speaker, laptop, headphones, iPhone, iwatch. I got the best deals compared to any other place.
Very bad place for shopping electronic and applicants, if you want buy something specific from soesific brand will sujest you go for something else witch is basically miss guide fraud. They clearly trained to sell stuff that Is not a good quality with convincing you it's better of better one. I asked then if there is return policy garantee like the amazon they said yes. But when I received the cooler at home and noticed how bad quality it's they didn't even accept to exchange it not even return.
This is how Reliance owner became richest man in India. Next time I will either buy from local shop to support them or online because of good return or replace policy.
Guys in Phoenix shop are bunch of cheats and useless folks. They do not have time to resolve your queries before buying. For them just throw the money and take whatever they want to sell and make max commission.
The sales, service and delivery is very poor. I got cheated by them. During sales they are giving misleading information. Their delivery also very late. They do not keep any promises which was made during sales. All the staffs are very unprofessional. So stay away from this store.
