WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

1 They tried to cheat us by to showing one model and bill different models

2 Clowns made us wait 2 hours just billing the selected product at Reliance digital Indiranagar Bangalore.

I suggest avoid this store

I got one refregaretor and washing machine one month back your showroom but still your technician not fitting properly this is tooooooo bad experience I called many times he not received cal also I will give you another two days time for your showroom your technician is not coming. I will come and complete your higer authority.

Executive are carring, but the worst thing is they don't have demo piece to show the product to customers and they ask the customers to buy without any demo.

Service and customer interaction is 5 star, I got great deals on tv and home theatre purchase. Would have given 5 star if there were wide availability in the gaming section.

Perfect place to shop home appliances, laptop. TV. Smart phone. With lots of options of payment. They have 100% 0 costs Emi options and discounts from brands side. Good experience.staff where having good behaviour. With high quality of communication with customers.

Thanks to the sales executive and senior sales Rashmi and Lakshmi, because of their professional suggestions we were able to make a bang for buck purchase (Dell Inspiron 15). Keep up the good work ladies.

Went to this store for food processor, stock was not available, one of the executive told, he would call back once stock is available. Till date did not receive any call.

I Odered a bag from the website they sent me a bag that doesn’t look anything like the image and they are not ready to return it because they mention images are for illustrations. Don’t buy anything from the website. It’s a big scam.

One of the best place to purchase electronics items. Staffs are well known about the product and explaining very well.

The variety here was the best in our radius. Prices not the lowest but still a good rate. We got guidance and were well attended in both the fridge and the TV sections.

Madhu from the TV section was extremely knowledgeable. Stopped us from making the wrong purchase and totally helped us with buying the best.

Very good outlet with valet parking in Indira Nagar, Bangalore. Well stocked with a good variety of gadgets & appliances. Well staffed and fast service.

Visited this place yesterday It was a great experience, friendly staff.good collection of refrigerator but price are litilebit high then the online.

Like the service and product range, they even have the latest lenovo legion pro available which is currently out of stock

Worst experience don't buy things from them. I bought HP laptop and hardly used within six month it's so slow and when requested for service they gave JP Nagar service center address and they are utter useless.they didn't provide any service at all.they don't even know how to install or upgrade.

I don't recommend them. I'm really so angry. Don't trust them reliance are fake. They don't sell good products all are damaged. Or may be damaged within 2month

Never go for reliance digital.instead by from local shop. I am following up for service for 10 day old ac from last 10 days

I had bought symphony cooler in the month of march to help with the summer heat. However in a month's time the cooler became very noisy. Apparently the fan inside the cooler is touching somewhere. Had called for assistance as it was well within the warranty period and had also purchased an extra years warranty in vain. Was then greeted by a very rude and dismissive person on the customer care call who had no sense of communication with customers. This is not the first time I was investing in a cooler, when I am being understanding about the delay with the service because of the covid, one at least should address the customer the right way.
I was then to take help from symphony customer care and there has been no progress there either. Neither do the reliance digital people check upon customer's need of servicing nor do the symphony people. Very disappointed with how things work around here. Both will not be seeing me as their customer in future.

Avoid this place completely as they are not doing any temperature checks or hand sanitization while entering store Amid surge in corona cases throughout banglore today. When I asked the guard about it he seemed totally surprised as if there is no corona. The store is AC and hence more chance of spreading virus. I went to next croma where they are following covid protocol and bought what I wanted. Being a premier brand in india they don't care about safety of customers and employees is surprising.

Pathetic service. After purchase they don't care about the installation and service. Having difficult time for the installation of A.c. Even Samsung refused to help on their product as they too dont want to install the AC.

Worst response and no value for commitment. Specially branch manager. Third class service. Suggest to buy from other showrooms. They are marketing for the worst products which is not running and convincing you for that product with an offer. They don't have control on technician and have setting with them for bribe.

Pathetic services. You have to follow up a million times for installation and still be lucky to get it done.
I bought TV, Home Theatre, AC Microwave, Washing Machine from this store. Ideally you would expect to be treated with care because you bought so many items. Contrary to that, several follow ups were required to first get delivery done as per scheduled date. The delivery folks kept saying that they would arrive in 1 hour starting at 9 A in the morning. Finally the products were delivered after 6 PM. It is the third day since delivery and niether AC nor RO is installed. RO is an essential service. I just cannot believe how irresponsible can Reliance Digital be in handling such things! We have called the store as well. They are now no longer interested which is quite obvious. The TV installation was done quite unprofessionally. It had to be corrected many times before they could get a basic wall alignment right. The team declined to install soundbar saying that the customer need to do it themselves.

We buy from these circus of stores so that we have a surety of mind that delivery and installation work would be done nicely even though the costs are higher as compared to the e-stores. I would simply recommend that you buy from Amazon, flipkart. They have a better connected eco-system to serve customers.

I am not entering any reliance digital store again.

Worst experience ever! Ordered TV waited till promised One week delivery date only to know i will have to wait two more weeks! No value for customer time if you are looking for telephone communication!

The place seemed clean and had a variety of products. But the team on the floor didn't seem interested in showing me the products. Had to keep checking with them what other laptops they have from other companies. Was not too happy. Then was given some absurd information that laptops don't need antivirus as they have an SSD harddisk.

Poor service very casual approach no one attends to clients no sign of even a welcome smile as if they are doing a favor to us, it's the other way around

I've spent ₹48,374 there for a laptop on June 2020 and went for a service today (December 2020). I was wondering how they can treat a customer like this. Very pathetic service. So disappointed that they have forgotten it is about customer service. I am never going there again.

Very bad customer service. The staff informed about cash back offer and then said it is invalid during billing. Took too long for billing. Hours to buy a single phone. Staff is very bad. Left the customer alone. Very bad manners. Manager also of no use.

Not preferable The Worst Executives I have seen any showroom. They couldn't even talk to me for a second. There were 5-6 executives around, no customers around, we were the only customers, yet nobody explained to us any product solutions. Will never go to this store anytime.

I'd never step in to purchase any electronic items from this store. I've got some reasons listed below and you should consider too.

Incorrect billing fraudulent unauthorized charges - The total amount of the item charged was more than what was invoiced without my knowledge it was only when I got home I was able to verify, that my card was overcharged. Later, next day when I reached out to store manager, he acknowledged the error and refunded the amount back told me not to escalate or raise this as an issue. I’m sure I’m not the first one to have come across this situation and the question is who takes the extra amount swiped? Is it the associate does the store manager have percentage in it? This is highly criminal to overcharge beyond what’s billed in the invoice.

Have an item delivered a week ago but I still can’t use! - I must admit the support service is the worst I’d rather prefer walking into my local electronic store get the technician and fix this in one day than follow up for a week. The store manager and the Area manager do not acknowledge the fact that there’s an issue that needs to be looked at on priority when a good delivered can’t be used to due to inadequate QC being done.

The above was a mini summary of what I’ve been through since the day I bought an item. I’m sure as hell convinced that never would I ever step into Reliance Digital for any of the electronic items I have in my wish list. I hope that no other customer goes through the pathetic service of ordering an item from a bunch of con artists when there’s a need for an electronic item to be bought.

Got fantastic service and a great price for a Q95T. Abdul Fazil was amazing to deal with. Got it delivered the next day and with a Samsung Service guy coming 2 hours after and a Reliance Digital Service who would've come if the Samsung Service guy didn't show up. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Easily accessable from Main road, Parking facility available, courteous staff and lot of variety of items. But, before settling for a deal, check the online price (Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Paytm etc) for a better decision making.

Don't know what's wrong with this store, recently we had bought a water purifier and sales person are so irresponsible that they don't even know what model suits our water requirements. Due to which we had problems fitting as per our necessity. Also when we tried replacing the one they delivered us two times defected and for one process they entire day. Had worst experience with Indiranagar Reliance Digital.

The staff at the indiranagar branch had very poor knowledge about the products they were selling. They clearly had over 20 floor staff, we couldn’t even see one who actually wanted to help. They seemed disinterested and we didn’t end up purchasing anything because of the lack of assistance. However, the lady in charge of the Bose speakers department seemed to be the only one doing her job.

The worst customer service you get post the product is sold. For getting the servicing of aquaguard water purifier i bought, these people keep circulating mobile numbers to get help and at last stop attending calls even. Refrain from getting a bad customer experience.

Extremely poor experience. No decorum maintained at all. Poor service. Waited for 3 hours and still could not get a Jio sim

Got best deal on MACBOOK PRO will recommend this place for many reasons.as I got the best customer support and the apple sales guy who was there was very helpful and made things happen. I visited many other electrons (iplanet, croma, pai) but found the best deal here.

Very bad customer service they permiss to give along with mobile screen gard. I been there 2 times for this but they says they don't have stock why because it's free with mobile?

The store is on the main road. Parking infrastructure needs to be improved. Compared to other electronic physical stores, prices for some items are lesser. There are attractive offers at times even for smaller purchases. However prices are not lower than the online ones. Staff is courteous and helpful. Delivery of items seem to be prompt.

The range of products is fine however the services provided for delivery of products and assistance by the staff on products is extremely poor and callous. The staff doesnt know the status of products once payment is made and they conveniently forget about updating on delivery. Further, wrongly inform customer without checking the facts and even lie in face of the customer. There is absolutely no co-ordination on what manager is saying, the cashier/staff member and the assisting agent, even the delivery boys would bugg you for tips and force you to sign the receipt the moment they arrive. They go on troubling you to try not check the packs or open boxes in their presence.

I bought refrigerator and cooler. Delivery was Delayed. I tried calling on store number 50 times it remained unanswered for whole day. I called on tollfree number few times they kept saying product is on way and would reach which never did. The next day they told me delivery driver cannot come as he already came lying right under my nose wherein o told them to check with their agent as i have complained called several times and waited.

Finally after taking trouble of following up with them they sent the products by delivery boys third day who further got into argument as to not even touch my own bought product boxes (now how do i check for damage goods in case! God knows). I called store number again which remained unanswered for more than 20 mins. When received the Assisting agent confirmed that technician would come for installation and discription so I should not open the boxes then. Considering that I send the boys away after receipt.
Next day to book for technician visit i called and they say "not required you do it on your own. "! Service deficit.

Extremely disappointed with this particular store. A serious no for future purchase here if this is the status before delivery one can well imagine on aftersale services.

Place is good but the sales executives here are too intruding. They would force us to have a look at certain random dated models. Not a good place if you are looking for a peaceful shopping experience.
