Happy with the service provided by staff during the purchase, but the same enthusiasm is missing post purchase. Have been waiting for 3 days and even now no call either from Reliance or Godrej for installation of newly bought Refrigerator.

Quality of product is not gud as well as staff behaviour.they r not rdy to exchange when it is not working in 5min

Like any other reliance store.the staff only wants to sell which they have targeted on.

Even if customer wants something either they don't have new piece or they dont have packing or the product paper not available. Better to purchase from online or any other digital store.

I ordered Jio sims from this store for porting to JIO post paid. Due the Delivery Boy Mistake the porting was cancelled twice and there was no refund was povided

To be honest this Store deserves negative rating. It's been 4 days and refrigerator isn't delivered yet. I wish i could have ordered from amazon. Store manager simply make false promises and they couldn't handle their own logistics team. What a joke. Never ever buy from this store and save your mental peace.

I purchased an AC ONLINE. THEY SENT THE INSTALLATION TEAM TO INSTALL AC WITH A MINOR PERSON (UNDER AGE), then no one else came to install the AC.they took the money to install but utterly failed in delivering the installation service for 15 days. These people are looting customers with no resolution provided anywhere on emails or on calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THE FRAUDULENT RELIANCE DIGITAL. DESERVING NEGATIVE RATINGS ALL OVER.

THEY ARE INCAPABLE TO PROVIDE ANY RESOLUTION FOR FAILING IN THE SERVICES. I HAVE WRITTEN TO BM. BADE THE HIGHEST ESCALATION MATRIX PERSON STILL NO RESOLUTION.

Went to purchase symphony hicool portable air cooler. They have kept old dead one for demonstration. Sales girl reply " sorry sir we have only this dead one for demonstration".

This store is place where you can get most gadgets.
All reasonable prices and sometimes good offers.

They just say cash back on hdfc but cash back on emi option will be given after 3months and u will forget it n they won't give u cash back, there will be no good offers from reliancedigital zero down payment is the biggest fraud going on reliancedigital is making the best mark in this fraud.

Customer service is Nice and if product is not available they will arrange the same product from other stores

Had been there to buy an Ipad and it's accessories and it took me four visits and hours of waiting to get the complete process done. I had opted for EMI for the payment option which at first they asked to get it done through their EMI provision and since they were busy they asked us to move to IDFC bank. We sat through there. Where due to some issue they checked our credit score twice and even then it didn't work. And was then asked us to get it done through HDFC and another civil score check there. And another half hour over hours of already being there. It gets done. Then they tell us that multiple civil checks is not good. Which they did from their end because they had an issue. And then they say that we should have gone to HDFC first and it would have been done quicker. But it's supposed to be their job to help the customers and not tell us which would have been better later.
A very bad experience.

I bought a Samsung Washing machine.
MRP: 43589/-
I was told that 'only' if I choose 6 months EMI and use ICICI credit card, I will get 10 to 15% cashback.
That was totally false information.
At the end, I had to pay 45384/- including the EMI charges.
The cash back that is promised in very fine print is 3.8% (1656/-) which also will take 90 days to get credited.
I am unable to substantiate the fraud as all the talk about the 10 to 15% cashback happened verbally with the salesman 'assuring' me that the cashback will be smooth. They never informed me about the extra EMI charges.

In the bill, in very fine prints, the real details are hidden, which I failed to notice.
Overall, NEVER GO FOR EMI schemes. THEY are completely OVERCHARGING without proper information.

I have visited Reliance digital for 2-3 times and enquired for the BOSCH make washing machine but staff is always approaching to buy a SAMSUNG make washing machine and they are telling that NO STOCK for BOSCH.

Staff gauge you while interacting, after long hours of products discussion and finalizing, they get enlightened tht d particular model is not in thr any reliance stock Bangalore.

Lazy service, salesmen uninterested in customers, more interested in talking to each other and playing with the phones/laptops on display. Prices are far from competitive compared to e-commerce sites.

Worst staff no proper response, i bought a new laptop asus and for that they gave one pendrive for recovery of windows and I went the next day for the recovery, they told to wait for 5 mins and no one came and when I ask the staff, they just told to wait, one major problem is that they only aim at a particular brand or product and particularly in laptops genuine products like asus tuf gaming they won't show at all only they aim for dell, in dell that too i5 processors start from 55k with basic features and if we ask for asus ryzen series they tell that it's out of stock, these people do heavy gambling

Don’t visit reliance digital in Sahakaranagar to purchase the products. Stuffs talks rudely to customers and thy not ready to help what we required to buy product. The staff are kind and courteous. They approach you to assist and if you are just looking around they let you. They have all the electronicss you need and home appliances. Phones, TVs, laptops, home theaters.
Car Parking is bit of an issue

Worst dealer in terms of consumer confidence. They give all false promises when they make a sale and dont stick to any of their promises. Regret buying my washing machine from this particular store.

Purchase directly from the store but don't depend upon Bajaj Finance fellows. Even you have card and limit they say not to this product or not for this state or charge high rates. Bad experience with them thrice at different places.

Don't ever buy Apple products from here. The moment you get out of the store, they don't care an iota of you or your product. They sold me defected product and now giving false directions. It's better to buy from genuine Apple store.

Fabulous brands are available in the stores and I'm extremely happy to see the company grow in size being a shareholder. The reliance manufactured products like R-connect are truly awesome & they are a great gift for lower/ middle segment of people. Not a good experience. Specially with whirlpool products. No proper service nor customer satisfaction. I dont recommend anyone.

Worst experience. I don't recommend anyone to visit thay store.

1. Product not delivered since 2 weeks.

2. Called customer care ; they would say they will connect to store department and let know about the dispatch. Nothing happens thereafter.

3. Horrible experience ever faced and still wondering why did I even opt to go to that store.

Customer service terrible over here. I went to buy a laptop and they showed one Lenovo laptop. I told them to pack the same, so then the drama started. Salesperson started telling me that that model is out of stock it will take 2 hours to get a new one and I had to pay full amount in advance. But they were not sure about delivering the laptop on same day even if I pay fully. Later they promised that it will be delivered on same without advance payment. When I called after 2 hours they told me that it's out of stock and forced to buy a laptop which was 3k more than the one which I wanted to buy. I believe this is some cheap trick to make sell costlier laptop. I will recommend Reliance Digital to anyone.

The salesman are helpful but often without knowledge. Great product range, but rarer items you won't get here. Also, every brand has only some products here, not a replacement of online electronics shopping though. The only plus point is exchange of products and all is easier, plus they have great customer service.

Very Responsive staff with immediate service but in reliance digital we have to search where is jio apart from this there are many other company's attractive brand ads and variety of product availability plz make Reliance brand products as first preference

I visited for home theater purchase. The service and reception was worst. I waited in the section for 20minutes and then one person came. He seems have no information on sound system. He just shown two models and got busy on phone. Then another guy came in. He said most of the sub woofer in demo are not working. Someone has to teach him how can customer get sound quality without sub woofer in home theater. Later he also got busy on phone. We ourselves looked around and walked out. It seems they have no intention to sell any product. It is good if we know that upfront, so we don't have to waste our time there.

Very nice place to get very lomg range of products. Most of the electronic otems are available in this place and are kept for exhibition. One can use the items and feel the comfort. Response from the store is also nice. One can go freely and can see the wide range Mobile sets over there. And to this additional jio centre is also available at the corner of the store.

I am editing my review almost having in touch with it for one year and more. Provided the fact that I had shopped almost all my appliances and electronic I teams here, last Sunday I visited it and purchased some more items. Oven stock was not available and they said that they will deliver it within 10 days. It has been almost 13 days and I am following them up but even after that I have not got my oven. The agent was supposed to call me but he Nevers made a call. When I called him every time, he kept telling that some more days.
Its a huge store, you may get everything under the roof but service is very poor

This review is specific to exchange of your old product when buying new product. We bought IFB machine and finalized the exchange price of old IFB machine.

Reliance digital hand off the pick up of old IFB machine to external vendors. These external vendors create lot of issues in giving you the agreed price:

1. For my IFB machine, reliance digital had finalized the price at 1,500 Rs.
1. When the external vendor called, he immediately said that I will only pay 800 Rs. He made multiple excuses that I need to handle transportation cost and so on. He asked me to send the photo and talk to Reliance digital store, as he will only pay 800.1. I had to call Reliance digital and they got the external vendor on call. Vendor then agreed to pay 1500.1. Vendor then sent someone to pick it up. That person seemed to be trained to say that the machine looks very old. He then called the vendor and explained something and vendor said that he will now pay 1000 only.
1. This went on for some time. I didn't relent and finally got 1300.
