I did purchase two products from reliance digital. They will not provide proper service once after delivery of product. Also product are not upto the mark. They are selling faulty products. Better choose other sellers rather than going to Reliance digital,

We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from this shop. It was a defective piece. After a number of visits by technicians, finally they accepted to replace it. But we have to struggle and wait for a long time to get a new one. Staff at the staff are very polite. But there is some problem with the system of reliance digital.

Highly satisfied I purchased iPhone 12 from the store, Fathima madam clearly explained and gave nice demo. I got nice pricing compared to other stores. Nice customer service thank you

We recently brought whirlpool fridge and one plus android t v from reliance digital habitat mall, both stopped working after 2 months, complained to a customer care of whirlpool they said service will be from reliance digital, but the staff are failing to do service and canceling the compliant without our knowledge, worst shop when we were purchasing the TV we saw previous customer were fighting for defective product and bad service, I m giving one star that is even more fr them. They are even not fit fr getting single star

Really excellent place. The store has all range of electronics and accessories on display and the staff is also very polite and knowledgeable about the products.

Went to have a look laptop. The employees are so humble and empathy to attend the customers. And they have a lot of patience to explain the products and answers often for the queries.

Excessive staff, but nobody interested in attending the customers, all busy on their own mobile's.
Visited again today after one month.
Reduced the rating further.
Wish there was negative Ratings.
This staff will and never improve.
A company like Reliance is spoiling it's Name which some incompetent staff.

Never buy big appliances here, we bought washing machine and 50 inches TV. Both ran into issues within short period of time. Service is so worst. They never care about the products they sell the moment you pay up your money.
Go to other dealers in the city even though the prices are more compared to here.

There is no proper response to us. I feel very discomfort they told same phone 17000.

Went there twice to buy a laptop and a Mobile phone. The options were less and prices were high comparatively.i felt it was a waste of time going there.

All the electronics items will get at affordable price, sales staff dealings (especially one Mr. Chandru Kumar Swamy) or customer interactions they did in such a friendly and polite manner, Normally customers only have a idea which means to purchase a mixer grinder, or a TV but sales team will communicate all aspects about that particular product, it is very helpful even though the illiterate customers too.

I got good response in reliance Digital. I wanted buy one plus 7 pro and I got there a person who is from one plus team. He responded very nicely. And I was impressed by them.

Staffs are very good and they help us to select good products.

Got a not bad collection, decent staff (sometimes a little annoying) but its good enough. You can go for it to but digital stuff.

Go there only if you've done your homework about what you're looking for.
They'll cheat you, trick you into buying what they want you to buy.don't expect any genuineness here.

People are just target centric. Once your card is swiped, they do not even care to give bill. Paid 35k for AC and had to wait for more than a hour for bill. Sales person has no idea about the models/price/availability/delivery and installation. Keep calling up multiple times a day till you make sure you buy from them. Pathetic

Payed 34 k for gopro hero7 black with accessories on valentine's day, they jus gave the camera and said that they would give the accessories the next day, its been a week and still waiting. They r postponing it until now.
Poor respose from the staff after i payed the money and got the camera, until then the treated me like there homie.

One of the better offline electronic stores in Mysuru.you can come here get an idea about a product you wish to purchase and decide. Staff is helpful and available to demonstrate.

Horrible experience.
We purchased A. C, Refrigerator and Washing Machine from them.collection is fine but they tend to push you to prefer Samsung only.
The engineers who visit post the purchase for installation are unethical and stupid.
They tend to damage the product while installation.they drag the electronic items and damage the product.while questioned they don't answer to it.
And since you pay for the those you buy.you tend to value them more.and these so called INSTALLATION ENGINEERs are assigned to screw it all.
