The store staff provide biased opinion on the appliances. The cost in other reliance digital stores are better and competitive.

WORST EXPERIENCE!
The store executives try to blame the customer for their mistakes and make the customer suffer. I bought a Water Purifier from the store. At the time of booking, I informed the executive (a lady who was assisting me on the payment) that the registered mobile number is INACTIVE and asked her if the number can be changed. She said that change of number is not required and asked me to just provide the alternate contact number and informed me that the delivery/installation agents would reach me on the alternate number. However, both delivery & installation got stuck as I was asked by the store & agents to share the OTP sent to the registered number (which is INACTIVE). After explaining all this to the Store Manager, he blamed me saying I should have provided the correct contact number at the time of booking and I did not educate an executive who is not aware that an "INACTIVE" number cannot receive any calls/text messages! Waah! To add, the Store manager was not even ready to share the Delivery agent number when I requested for. He said it should be in your call history. Extremely customer insensitive behavior! And the worst part is I spent 15-20mins of my time going through IVR options and explaining this issue to the Customer care only to realise that I was given a false promise of same day installation with no complain even registered on my concern. I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants a customer friendly shopping experience.

Very poor service. They show some other model and bill to some other model and then trouble their customers.

Please don't buy any laptops there. I brought Lenovo i5 10th generation. I used only year after laptop got damaged.for that I spent RS. 58,500. Please don't purchase there.

Situated in a busy road, many brands under one roof, some offers are really good, parking is an issue.

Very good collection of house hold items and electronics. Staff is very friendly and they are happy to explain all product features and competitive products. They're also good in suggesting the right product if you are unsure/undecided. Nagarjun, in 1st floor, is especially helpful and takes personal care in attending to your needs.

I bought laptop here not many options to chose and sales representative will try to sell what ever they had instead of what we want before billing they say that we will provide extra goodies like bag but once billing is done they say that bags stick is done or he flips his words and says "i said ill try not for sure". So, have to be careful

This place is best to be avoided. I had worst experience buying my TV from here. Salesman was simple plain cheat. He made false claim and sold the tv and later on misbehaved. Also these guys keep on pushing LG products no matter what you want. I feel like writing name of that sales person but that won't be fair I feel. But beware if you are here. If sales person is too pushy, just come out and go somewhere else. And when things start going downhill, they will hunt you in gangs. It's your money, your choice but my only word of caution is be careful.

We hired Haplun services for our baby's first birthday and he did an amazing job. We were very satisfied with the decoration and the service provided by them. He decorated the room exactly how I wanted and that too in a really short span of time. Highly recommended!

Great store. Very friendly and helpful staff and got a good price. Installation of the refrigerator happened as per schedule and the store staff stayed in touch all through.

Very bad behaviour and irresponsible peoples are working. In this big show room we can not pay by Card. Only cash or Paytm payment only. Otherwise we can not buy from them.
I don't know how they are doing business like this payment options.

Poor customer service, I think they are ready to serve to rich people or by seeing people's personality, by this attitude they had lost good business. Don't judge people by seeing their.

Good collection of all electronics. Staff was intelligent and could resolve all my queries regarding different phone models.

They have good range of products. And they have polite and very helpful staff. Mr Nelson attended me and helped me with purchase. He put efforts to get me same price and discounts as Amazon festive sales price/discounts.

Poor customer support. While shopping here worth 25000+, someone broke our car window glass and they all were knowing it. But when police asked for witness, reliance team was not ready to support. They spoke so unprofessionaly that the hr HR policy is not allowing them to witness customer loss during the shopping. Totally inhumane policies. No customer friendly people.
They are also not suggesting us any alternative support. Simply we can buy products and they get out us.
I recommend it's not a safe or comfortable place to shop. Very bad experience and loss I got with reliance digital, Marathahalli shopping time.

THE SALES PERSON HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITEM BEING SOLD. I PURCHASED PREETHI FOOD PROCESSOR FROM THE STORE BUT THE SALES MAN DID NOT EXPLAIN THE OPERATION NOR ANY DEMO. HAD TO COMMUTE LONG DISTANCE TO STORE TWICE TO LEARN THE OPERATION. THE STAFF IS VERY CASUAL AND CARELESS. THEY REQUIRE REFRESHER TRAINING TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD.

Very good collection of electric gadgets in almost same price as ecommerce sites. Parking is very congested.

As everyone knows all brands under one umbrella. Staff behaviour is admirable. Especially Mr. Vijay who explained water purifiers and vaccum cleaners. He has good knowledge in the section and well explained to me. Very satisfied.
Price for the home appliances are also competent with online market.

Nobody picks up the phone here. I tried many times but seems that they are working on govt mode.

On 12th March I bought Ifb 7.5 kg front load machine, they told me by 13th it will get delivered and installed.
It only got delivered and I m chasing them to get it installed but nobody is picking up the call. Pathetic service

Never visit this place, came here to buy a AC, everyone busy on Phone not even bothered to ask what we need, I was searching for people to assist, still they made me wait, I left without buying after 20 min of waiting

Bought a laptop there, staffs were nice and got a very good assistance. Got few goodies and a good deal.and it's a good place to buy electronic gadgets.

Love this place. People were very good. Purchased galaxy tablet s5e at 25k. Cheapest from any online Shop. The persons there assisted me nicely.

Reliance digital is fraud. Please do the research on social media especially on twitter before buying anything from reliance digital.
They will convince you with false hope to buy the product. But if ur product gets damaged within a warranty period or you are giving it for servicing they will not help you and u can loose ur money.
They have not returned my mobile after i gave it for repairing.its not only me many people are there who didnt get their products back after given it for servicing. You can check on twitter.

You might feel happy u got nice product with good discount. But when time comes to install the product or service it u will be like a dog.only barking and no response from dem.

Their customer service is third class.its waste of your energy and time. U will be only one to take follow up and it will end with no solution.once they got the money their work is over they will not consider about customer problem.moreover in the end u will be blamed for everything.
Never buy any kind of insurance from them for mobile and anything.u will loose ur product.

So guys, if you want to save ur money, time and energy stop buying from reliance digital. There are many good branded shops than this which provide good customer service. Make ur friends and family aware of the customer service of reliance if they are planning to buy anyting from reliance.

I am going to file complain against reliance digital and amtrust for fraud and cheating the customers.

Becareful of their unfair practices.
Recently, I had visited  Reliance Digital Marathalli, Bangalore store to buy several systems. While looking forward to buying a smart TV, one of the sales executive recommended a HD LED Smart TV. There was a free Bluetooth headset free with this TV.  When I finalized for billing and asked for the Bluetooth headset, the person went inside and came with a revised price and inserted over the old price. He said the Bluetooth headset can't be given at the old price. I said how can you change the price once the customer finalizes the product. He said the offer is no longer valid with the old price. I had to leave the store without buying anything.

Please do not buy any product from this store, they have very pathetic customer service. I have been following up from last two weeks in getting a pre sediment filter installed, but nobody turns up. Every time they create a new service request, expect you to follow on that and finally you receive a message that your service request has been cancelled. It's very frustrating to call them daily and ask for task completion. Please go for any other authorized dealer instead of going by the brand. Still, I am following up with my concern and getting no positive response.

The place has wide variety of digital products and got a good quality ear phone, here you can port your sim from others to jio and you need not provide many documents, only need to carry aadhar card.

Its having good varieties and some are old stock. Visited long back and bought refrigerator and printer. Their service is not at all good and few of their staff also. They need to learn more how to interact with customers. I totally stopped to visit all reliance stores and their shops.

One of the worst store, don't buy any items from this store, the people sitting in the second floor (customer service) they are not ready to listen to problems related to products which we bought from there even they don't know how to respond to customers.

Even 1* is waste for this store.

Don't value customers time at all. Service is worst and pathetic. Shows interest only in selling the product, where delivery and post delivery services are terrible. Bought a refrigerator and got it delivered with damage and it took another one week to get the replacement after continuous calls with the staff who tries to keep on postponing. Most important the replacement itself was again damaged, asked for refund and an another one week to get the refund.
FYI please don't fall under their ResQ services which says 10AM to 10PM services but when called at 7.30PM they say the support stops at 8 so only by tomorrow the service happens and that tomorrow never comes unless we personally has to make calls to them get the services done. Fake words and fake services. Worst experience compared to all others.

Most pathetic reliance digital experience. Employees don't know the product well and make commitments before checking the stock. Sarjapur reliance is better. DONT BUY HERE!

Prices are competitive no cashback offer I took two bluestar AC and shocked to hear later that it is not covered under Blue star warranty but only seller warranty, If I know I would have not purchased.

Good electronics and digital collection. Got car parking unlike other showrooms on this road. Big showroom with nice food chains around the showroom and very well connected to bmtc services.

Super area to go and visit because you will get many offers that too in low price as compared to online sites such as Amazon Flipkart. I buyed Sony super bass xb10 as 2799 as original price was 4,990 in online it's 3000 so if u can walk and go u can save few bucks buddy.

The sales agents are super welcoming, great attitude & a blissful service but slightly missing basic knowledge about few products as well as resource allocation

You don't get latest product and most of the time salesperson do not have knowledge about competitive product and product features.

Purchased laptop over there its not working properly, they didn't respond properly, don't know what to do, lenovo technical team also not responded, don't know what to do with that lap, don't buy

Horrible customer experience, Reliance does not value it's customers at all, NEVER going to buy anything from here anymore. Will advise other fellow customers to visit CROMA but not at all Reliance

Billing experience was worst and it will take minimum 30 minutes to complete. You can select the product in 5 - 10 minutes but for billing they will take minimum half an hour time. Their billing app won't work properly and network issues are there. Unnecessarly we have to waste our time for their fault. Collections are also less compare to their competitors

Nice products at good price BUT the sales man will demotivate you which brand you want.they will say goooooood what they want to sale ex: - Samsung washing machine is better then LG, IFB, And BOSS as per price/service/and bla.bla.

I went buy refrigerator, only 3 stars refrigerator they are selling. One sales man explained me clearly how refrigerator is works.
