Store attendees and staff was superb but billing system is pathetic.they should try better network in billing area.sales person was really good and he sold us the products in 10 min but billing took 45 min

The Invoicing system is very painful, Needs lot of improvement in software upgradation & connectivity in the instruments for payment.
Staff is very helpful but system is very horrible. One hour to invoice one laptop today.

Reliance digital service is very good. They will respond and attend to the customer needs very quickly.l found products prices are quite competitive compared to Amazon etc besides extending discounts. Their stores with variety of products worth to be visited.

Quite a well stocked huge store with friendly salespeople. Purchased my laptop from here and got MS Office + complete setup for free here!

My experience was with ResQ at the store
I had purchased a Panasonic TV 65inch along with ResQ 3 yrs extended warranty with them 3 yrs back that was seamless but all things went for a toss the moment there was a TV issue.
The service engineer was prompt after my complaint but following the logging in there was no reply from ResQ for nearly a week. Only after repeated calling to customer care number and going to the store they informed that they were working out a plan for refund of 60% as they don't have the parts. The service team numbers given were not reachable and one Mr Nirmalya was not even responding to any messages and call. They were just trying to shoo away the customer by irritating us.
Finally I was able to get the refund due to my persistent visit and keeping track else they were of no much help.
The only person who was of utmost help was the executive in the desk at the store Mr Abishek, who would follow up and give a feedback. I really appreciate the help and his patience during my impatient journey with ResQ. I feel the ResQ scheme is not adequately staffed and the processes are ill managed and the executives have no basic training to handle service jobs.
Really pathetic experience.

I was here for purchase of Microwave oven, when I approached for a model. Nobody bothered me to show me the unit and explain the features. Nobody was interested. Not professional at all.

Worst Experience, Staff giving false promises, and not telling the actual offer, just to sell the product they will say something. He was saying gift is applicable for 26 Jan Purchase, and as gift is not in stock you can collect after 1 week, now when we visited the store to collect, he is saying you have already got discount in warranty amounting 2000, which he earlier told that with 590 rs you can get additional 6 months warranty, now it effectively costing 2589 rs.clear case of mis-selling to the customer just to sell the product.

Good place, parking is available and close to Royal meenakshi mall so this place can be explored incase you don't find the gadget or appliance in mall, outlets.

When I went to buy laptop I have waited around 1 hour to complete the transaction they make you sit in a room and then they set up the laptop which is unnecessary

Polite staff great service, when you visit this store if you have anything to do with Jio walk all the way down to the end, there sits gentlemen's who take care of all your issue and concerns with Jio stuffs.

Though it looks like a one table setup they are all geared up with latest end to end devices which enables blazing fast service.

Good place to buy electronics and appliances.staff will not bother aand they assist on demand basis.products hqve excellent offers too.

This regular shop for our all electronic needs, for the locals who make purchases, as the service is really good. Very well deciplined staff. Rates are very reasonable. Huge vaeirity of product's makes purchases easy.

Worst place. I went to purchase a jio hotspot but there the executives are not at all responding to us. They ignore customers.

Bought my iPhone Xs here great people good support and got few accessories for free. If your going for finance they delay it a bit but overall experience is good.

Very bad experience. Customer service is bad and the sales people give wrong commitment before buying and while billing they change all the statement or abscond or say they are not aware because they are very. Please do not go to this store. Not worth for even 1 star

A well laid out store for digital appliances. Not crowded so you can get undivided attention from the sales personnel.
