Very good infrastructure, but customer service is not much expectable.very poor executive performance and unwanted things including in bills, I went buy mobile added antivirus scratch card without customer knowledge, free gift is added in bill, but not given.they alone what they are doing for customer.better do not visit this center, I not blaming reliance store the people in the center.

Worked with Rajesh to have an issue addressed with regards to a hob that I purchased. Rajesh was very helpful in having my issue addressed. He explained the issue and set expectations on the timeline for the fix. He kept me updated with reasonable intervals and followed through til complete fix of the issue. Rajesh deserves a pat on his back for fantastic service offered and excellent display of professionalism.

Yesterday I'm purchasing my 1st new laptop.sai kumar suggested to me properly and best model this person very knowledgeable.

It was good really. Almost Every brands item you can find. Too crowded when we visited. Too many staffs they kept. Many were reluctant not enthusiast enough towards customer. Some were really proactive to show you or brief you about items which you were browsing actually. Overall good though. Three floor store it is and all kind of household items one can find.

I have purchased infinity ear buds 15days back and it was not working one side today I visited to kammanahalli branch and Rajesh and team given good service and best support to get replacement thanks

We had bought an iffalcon LED tv back last year and display was gone too soon. As brand didn't have replacement spare, they approved a full refund as it was in replacement warranty period. Even though I had to shell out additional amount to buy a new one, process was quite smooth and store manager, Rajesh helped me through this and Augustin was quite knowledgeable about the products and helped me with my selection. Hopefully this purchase lasts long.)

Please note that we wanted to purchase an IPhone 7 plus on Capital first finance.
The executive entered the IMEI NIMBER mentioned on the box. The message read that this IMEI number has already been sold/ used by another customer.
Therefore we were unable to buy the product. And moreover our agony hasn't stopped here. The card limit was Rs. 50,000/- which has also been blocked. We need to purchase this phone at another retailer.

We are thoroughly disgusted with the shoddy service at Kammanahalli Digital store.
Please ensure that we get back the limit of Rs. 50k into our Capital first card.

Honestly speaking useless place. They keep stuff on display without having stock and arrange from anywhere. Then when you compromise and try to buy something, they will scare you that operating will not work after one year. Laptop will destroy etc.sales team is painful.

Good location, right on the main road. Parking might be a slight problem. Shop is spread over 3 floors, with different sections on each floor. Well laid out, with attentive competent staff which is well informed about the products being sold. Multiple brands are available which is great from a customer point of view because it makes instant comparisons possible. Overall a good experience.

Purchased HP Pavilion gaming laptop here two weeks back. Environment is chaotic as this place is crowded with people. But still we found someone to assist us provide details on different laptops and helped purchase the right one.

I use to go to this place and I was happy with the service but this this this staff member was really arrogant spoke very harshly wanted to buy a phone that's it, and ended up coming out feeling insulted by him as he called me a lier even when he wasn't a part of the conversation and when I asked him I don't want to talk to you, he showed attitude made inappropriate hand signs and body language,
I felt very bad as an customer I never want to visit the store and I kindly request you guys as well plz do not visit this place they will confuse you and wast ur time, they are not at all respective and I even took his pic he is smiling say do what ever you want to.and I know my review will have no affect on him and no charges will be taken cuz it's very clear that the store doesn't care for customers and will never do anything, so I request all of you plz do not visit the store this was the worst service I've ever been provided in my life and I'll make sure that no one from my family and friends will visit, as we usually go here and buy, was planning to buy 2 more phones but this was just phetetic.

Had the worst experience. Bought a high end HP laptop which stopped working within 3 days. The staff showed no interest in supporting us, did not follow up for replacement. After replacement it was said that if the laptop stops working after 7 days please don’t come back to us we won’t be able to help.
No confidence in this place. Bad staff experience.

It's getting over heat at the time of charging
I thought of since it's new phone may be after updating the software it'll be perfect, but every day am facing the same issue, I was facing problem for other 3 handsets which I have 3 to 4 months old A21s and M30s and A80 also, I vent to indiaranagar authorized service Center, I explained the problem.they are least bother about the issue, they are chargeable for 3 months old phone also, finally asked what kind of service you people are given for Samsung BRAND customer, I felt really bad and registered cuplent at Samsung customer care, I asked they about 3 days old Galaxy F62 is getting over Heat they said within 7days only replacement or refund, finally I came to Reliance digital and explained Everton to Dilipan, he started to Remove the SD card and booster Aap and kept for charging 10 to 20min its not getting heat, he said getting other brands are getting even more heat this is not at all issue, this type of service will not help to customers, without SD card which brand will recommend am not Ata t all happy with the Brand quality I suggest not buy Samsung brand very delicate products and also if I face same problem repeatedly kindly refund

Sales persons should attend promptly to customers, instead they wait untill we call them to explain. Prices are best over other retailers, but you have to research yourselves to get to know features of electronic appliances you buy. Purchased a Bluetooth headset, showroom manager was helpful in explaining discount & offers at store.

Reliance digital is one of the best Retail store there all are well qualified experienced staffs and good product knowledge, In Reliance they are giving good offers and right time delivery.and second thing is After sales and service are also good.

Yesterday also very bad experience at Reliance Digitals. We wanted to purchase MI mobile. Sales officer who attended to us was not aware of the stock availability and started finalising the rate etc. Also because of getting own discounts from other mobile company they were trying to convert customers mind set and were trying to pull customers to buy other company mobile which was not at all appreciated. Hate to visit Reliance Digitals nowadays due to lack of experience staff

Don't buy any appliances of their in house brand "RECONNECT, " you would waste your money and regret forever.
Had purchased a RECONNECT washing machine but the refuse to provide any after sales services after the warranty period, so it's a piece of scrap now. They say it's against their "Company Policy" to even provide paid service.
Horrible customer service, escalated even with their Customer Service Head but he is uninterested in solving any.
Save your money guys, buy better brands.
