Exceptionally pleasant experience with Mrs. Bhavani at Reliance Digital when I walked in today to port my SIM from BSNL to JIO.
Kudos to have such staff who are not just knowledgeable but also very pleasant to treat a customer and share all the details clearly

Recently I visited to jp nagar Reliance I brought a tv in there I got a very good service and the staff venkatesh explained me the offers and I got good experience in the store

IT is Very Good for Jio ESim and porting my experience is SuperbSpecialy Mr Rupesh Yadav and Ankit they are very cooperative with Excellent Experience help me activation ESim in Noise Voyage Smartwatch

Did not see much covid protocols whether it was checking for temperature or masks. The sales reps had masks on their chin. Thankfully, it was not too crowded. Did not find the brand of cooler i was looking for and left quickly.

Very responsive staff, they know what they are doing. Liked the recommendations and options available

Not a good place to buy laptops, lack of knowledge with the specifications no discounts, no accessories, no proper information on the products and if we ask for activation key for windows they don’t have and refused to give the activation key. And the available discounts was not given to us.

They have good deals. Online payment is only with Paytm. TV collection and Laptop collection are good.

Few days back I went to Reliance Digital for enquiring about AC and the thing I did not like is that they told whichever brand we will buy servicing will be done by Reliance digital only. When I asked how much much they charge for servicing, they told it's 2500 and 500 will be visiting Charge extra. So please think regarding this before buying AC

Firstly, all I want to say is train all the sales executives on providing suitable details about products.
During my visit I had to purchase a phone, which I asked them for the details regarding the specifications and other protection for it. Well guess what the reply I got from them - Please see the specifications board, which I felt awkward.

When a customer has arrived to purchase anything, if we had to see the boards, why would you hire sales executives.
There was one sales representative who was maybe on leave during our visit, so the other executives kept on calling him for each and every question we asked them.

And even during the time of payment, they were so adamant to even provide the information about the EMI's and other options.

On last note - Would've walked out of the store without purchasing anything, but what to do I had to make a purchase, so had no option.

Overall one of the bad experience.

Worst after sales service. Irritating employees. Avoid buying anything from this store, they don't care customer post sales. After sales installation takes days together, they are not even bothered, customer service pathetic, they avoid customer calls,

Worst staff, having no knowledge about anything. I came to know about one voucher which I am having and they waited me 30 minute and with no result. I left store.they called someone and then that person called someone to confirm this but noone having idea

I went there to get a duplicate sim, staff was quite nice and easy to talk to.got my duplicate sim in less than 15 mins

Sales staff are too busy with themselves! They are not ready with "demo" items! They fumble and call someone!

Reliance Digital has the latest in electronics and mobiles. They are by and large reliable and in the event they do not measure up to your expectations, be it a bad service or a defective product, you can always drop a line to their HO. If nothing else works that will!

Pathetic service by staff's as well as manager.
Lack of product knowledge, they just try to sell their product worst experience with relaince allover. DISS APPOINTED.

Classic franchise, you'll find about any electronic devices you need here. Prices are standard as well, usually items sold at MRP unless there's a festival sale going on. Phones are kept on display which you can check before buying which is standard. Staff there are helpful as well. I will recommend checking price of the item online as well before committing to the purchase.

Very bad costumer relationship and post sale service.
When we were buying a computer worth ₹ 80000, they told us many things that impressed us and while billing we asked them for the things they told us and they suddenly denied telling we didn't say, so they cheated us by taking our money.
So, recommend you not to go to reliance digital jp nagar.

I don't know anything about the reliance products or staff. But jio staffs, they are lazy and old. I was sent there from another 2 jio stores regarding my jio connection. Wasted 200 rupees and they want the documents I dont have. To take either prepaid or postpaid, none was required, but to change from postpaid to prepaid they need so many things. This was my 4th store for it and wasted total 500. Later I ported to vodafone.

The staff is helpful. Lots of options but Still some brands seems to be missing. Price is same as online price

Reliance Jio representative are very careless and not responsive. One of the worst experience I have ever faced.

If u r north indian then u need to learn kannada firt because the person sits there doesn’t understand hindi or english u will say something he will reply something

Good customer services, especially I liked the way they help customers one named saravanan he's such a talented person which I would like to recommend for.

If your buying something here, dont think of service
. Once the billing is done the staff will never respond to your calls. The staff's are very unprofessional.

Very spacious and helpful staff. Went twice, once to buy mobile phone and another time to get Jio sim, never faced any difficulties. Highly recommend this store to others.
