In mantri mall reliance digital store Few staffs are really very indecent, they don’t carry the dignity front of customers

Had a great experience with the sales executive Dilip Kumar who explained all the features of T. V.

Bought LG washing machin 9kg, after instalation came to know that it is defected piece from store.now we are struggling to return it no one is responding properly from store also and from lg company.
So pls my advise is not buy from reliance store from mantri mall.from last 10 days we keep on tracking but still no responses realy very bad experience #mantrisquare#reliancedigital#tatacroma#girihas#pai

We have been continuously calling reliance but we.are not getting any response, Blame game is going on Reliance on LG and Lg on Reliance

Staff very poorly organised. I was left waiting twenty minutes while they dithered over a faulty card machine. In the end i just left. Shop somewhere else

Mr. Srinivas has been customer centric & ever willing to help customers politely & patiently.

Ther are not good, once we buy the product they don't even bother if anything happens.they will not attend ur call also.very bad experience. I don't think its a better place.

They have a legend brand known as AIWA it make me remember of my childhood. I bought the AIWA RETRO PLUS BLUETOOTH SPEAKER amazing quality and superb sound. Easy to purchase.new products to use as demo.good staff.

Lot of staff, good amount of products on display but for a digital store, there is no UPI payment.

While billing they didn't asked me about to adding the gst number in invoice. Therefore I have lost nearly 6000/- even I informed also they are not replying. Staff are very bad

You can get all the electronics products and with good discount. Coming to employees.they judge the coustomer (if they have money or not) then only they ll show the product.
They don't show the product - telling the price and if you okay they show you. It's totally embarrassing. Coustomer are comes to buy the product not just see, if that employees motivate the costumer they would buy more.
Motivation is important, they must have adopt it.

Cheaters, we brought a high value refrigerator on bargain price (original price Rs. 2.5lac) since it was on display we were offered Rs. 1.44lac, we took it on finance, after follow up for 5days, we got fully dented one on delivery without original accessories.never knew reliance can stoop to so low levels

I had very bad experience with reliance digital mantri while purchasing refrigerator. It's almost one month still purchased item is not delivered. Now they are asking me to select some other model. Even I am calling them and asking update but not getting proper response and staff's used to tell lie sometimes.

Customer service is poor. Recently I bought iPhone from reliance store, on the same day my phone get problem I ask them toreplace the product, but they didn't. Ask me to go iPhone service center.

Don't buy any large products in reliance digital because reliance delivery services is wast and staff also take time day day but they finally not did the delivery again give a call and told you give more 15 days or you take other brand product

Staff ignores waiting customers and is trying upsell before even closing in on actual customer requirement. Amazon worked out better.

Somehow the purchase part is good but u have got a free coupon on mail or they will have told u orally that there's a free gift with your purchase and need to be collected after a week or month, then they have all false resons

Worst staffs, no enough knowledge about the products. Some of them are busy themselves checking their own mobiles during customers shopping.
No one is picking customers phone call in the outlet once the sales done.

Large number of appliances on display and demo. There are far, far too many gadgets there for anyone to be an expert, so don't believe the salesmen there. They have very superficial knowledge, so do your homework before you visit the shop.

They do showcase a vivid range of electronic products but at times the choices within a product type can at times be limited, hence it's not unusual for quite a few customers to go through the rack they want and walk out without buying anything.

However I once bought "BOAT" brand earphones for my cellphone and it has come a long way, so I can safely say their product hasn't disappointed me in this single instance.

The billing at times can truly test your patience, especially when a new employee is still trying to figure out how to work out the Cash register.

It is a good store but it still can be better.

Worst service. Booked 1 week before and asked them to Install on Saturday. Called at least 20 times. After sometime store people switched off their mobile number and store number they put that in busy mode. I have ever seen such a worst service people.
Even in store people not aware of the offers they are offering. They have put holdings hanging ball over the place and still they are not aware of those. When enquiried multiple times then they availed the offer by which I was able to save 3K.
Representatives behave as if they are providing offers from the pockets.

I bought a 420 liter fridge from this store and was delivered at my place on 30th June. The customer service is a nightmare, it has been 4 days since and the installation is still pending. I must have called them 20 times and every time they will tell it will be done in next 30 minutes.
