“I recently purchased a washing machine from Reliance Digital, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by Ms. Rohini. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me find the perfect washing machine that suited my needs and budget. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I highly appreciate her assistance and would definitely recommend [Store Name] to anyone in need of home appliances, thanks to her outstanding customer service! ”
Worst experience ever. I purchased a Aqua guard water purifier. The sales lady assured us free replacement for filter candle if the product is in warranty. End of the story. There is no after sales support or service. They will ask to install resq app for service and when you raise a request the technicians who visit your residence will ask you to shell out 4k to 5k to purchase some package stating that it will provide me some additional benefits over my warranty. When I asked them what happened to the promised brand warranty - they will tell you nothing is covered under that. Cheaters running a successful scam, fooling customers into buying additional packages. They made me run for 6 months for filter candle replacement finally making sure that the product went out of brand warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
Worst customer experience i have ever received, Employee named Manthesh gouda please learn how to talk to customer. I bought a camera there it stopped withing 1 month of purchase, and when i asked for service they started talking rudely and when i asked for can you give me one copy of bill from your end he started teaching me things you should keep bill like this that.and other employee when i was there to purchase he was like if you want 100 copies we will give without cany questions. Fake alert don't but from this store few of there employees should learn how to talk to customer.
You can find large variety of products here and they have special offers and clearance deals on some products, staff behavior is really good and they are helpful.
The staff needs to improve their service. You see the immidiate resistance and change of attitude from the staff of they guage that you are checking out stuff and seeking options rather than outright buying the stuff. The frontline staff role is to engage the customer and woo him with choice and to push him towards purchase. Instead when you are that disinterested attitude you will end up walking out. What is the purpose of displaying tons of mobile there. The condesending and judgemental attitude is cringe-worthy and better off buying online.
