Reliance has good store here. Generally there are better discount in offline than online so I always prefer to check here. Also, staff let you try and understand the product.

In my first visit Mr. JayaPrakash has helped me to choose headphones. He was soft spoken, aware about the headphone segment and a good salesman. There is always more to learn in this fast changing technology world.

Overall Reliance digital has been my go to place for all my digital requirements. Keep it up

Never ever even think of buying stuff from Reliance Digital. Most unprofessional and uncaring level of post Sales support.they will sell you moon at time of purchasing and leave you to regret it the moment you accept the goods. Made mistake of buying my home applicances like Fridge, Washing Machine and Water Purifier from them. And then the pain started. #1, wrong contact details printed on invoices. #2, Dented and dirty Fridge delivered and then refused replacement by offering Rs 500 Gift Vouchers. #3, Sold their so called ResQ plan which actually is nothing but their way of exttorting money from you for giving nothing, as when I needed real ResQ (water purfier started leaking in 9 months), they made it a problem for me to work on directly with Aquaguard.
If you read this and still decide to purchase, your call.

Very bad service, we have taken washing machine from this store and everytime there will be an issue with that and they will either not pick the call or will pick and drop without speaking, service person will not be sent even they wrote 3 years service warranty

Never never never even step inside this store. They will be behind you and force you to buy and after that they will just avoid you. They don't deliver and after a lot of battles we got them to deliver and then they don't send anyone for installation. No amount of fighting or yelling or mails helps. Totally useless store. I don't know why they even bother to keep it open. Wishing there was a huge black Mark I could give as rating as even one star is too much credit for them

Useless staff, misguiding by speaking about zero interest emi offers just to introduce to different high interest plans.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had purchased a Diakin AC on 21st March, 21. They convinced us to pay extra and get Reliance to do the installation. The installation guy did not show up on the day of installation. It has been 2 weeks and we are still chasing him.

If possible then try avoiding this place completely.
Sales guys will tell you any lie to sell product.
They have products which are bit expensive (called premium by their guys) and are not available online which is like regular product available online at low prices.
If anyone really wants to buy something then don't fall for their NoCost EMI and cashback because that's a biggest lie. In my case interest rate is highest I have ever seen.

This is one of the worst reliance store which i have ever seen, no proper response to customers and one lady who works in enquirers department talks very rudely with customers they doesn't even no how to talk.
My sister had purchased a TV and the executive had billed for the TV which is non available in their store and which is not available in other stores as well (They said it would be deliver in 1 or 2 day's, as they will get from the other place) and its been almost one moth still they are not able to deliver or cancel my billing every day they would say that they have sent request to billing team to for approval.

I would suggest please avoid this Reliance store, where store manager is not available entire week to talk to customer and for the very poor customer service.

This place is good for going through electronic items. It has wide range of computers, TVs, microwave, hair dryer, etc all.

Very bad sales support. Don't believe anything for anyone in the store. Big cheaters. Check the item. Even if the say it's in warehouse before u purchase because if u pay in advance. They don't refund incase of any issues or u don't like the condition of the item they deliver. Also BIG CAUTION: what u see. U will not get what u have paid for. They usually send open box, display units carefully packed and many other things.

Parking available. Big plus in Bangalore. Service is average. They do have exchange offers on refrigerators, TVs if they are in working condition. However I don't know how long it would take for them to come and evaluate the appliance

Place is good but the staff is very rude they just want to show or sale what they want. Not satisfied with the care from mobile zone.

I went there for sony headphone and sony a6400 camera but they have very limited stock of camera. For actual record there were only 6 models of camera and none of a- series. And no Bluetooth headphone of sony.

Whilst we got a really good deal (or so I think) on all four white goods we purchased a couple of weeks ago from this store, and whilst the staff were generally well informed and helpful, fact is there were 38 staff members in that store, a number that far exceeded the number of customers that Sunday. It was overwhelming, especially when we were about to pay at the counter.

It's a worst place to visit. Products are good, staff is full of people who will lie that you are not eligible for EMI on products. They told me that in LG products, EMI option is only available for products costing more than Rs. 20k. Then another salesman said it is avialble only above Rs. 15k. Then I checked the website of Reliance Digital and there many products were availble for EMI (even those which costed less than Rs. 10k).

I showed that to them, then they changed their version of talks and said that in that particular product which I was looking for EMI option is not available. Then I searched for that product also, there also it showed that there is Zero Cost EMI is possible. Then they said that website is showing but if we do it and there is interest rate applicable, we would not be responsible.

Also, the salesman are just focussed on selling products which they prefer to sell. They would not be interested in showing or explaining the other brands which you might be interested in.

So, if you go to this store, take care of all these things, don't get persuaded by the salesmen.

Place is nice with easy access on main road and lots of parking space. But the staff in Fridge and Washing Machine section were rude and un-helpful. They were interested to sell only their preferred brand of product and the moment customer moved to another brand, they don't even care to explain the features and pricing details of the product. Had the worst experience for such high value product purchase. Would avoid this showroom in future and only visit for hands on of an already shortlisted product.

Primarily caters only to mainstream electronics. I visited recently to pick up a replacement power adaptor for my D-Link WiFi router but they didn't have it even though they sold D-link routers: (

It was a bad experience wherein I bought Motorola mobile phone which was a used product and when we approached them next day regarding the issues we face like slow internet despite of having 4G service and the phone was heating. They did not acknowledge our concern and said the mobile will not be replaced and no refund. We were in a very dificult situation. Don't buy any electronic product from here. This store keeps second hand products and sell the repaired products.

I disliked the store because their lack of interest in the customer. They barely wanted to sell something. That too after 10 mins of opening of the store.

Nice store. Keeps varieties of electronic gadgets of companies like apple Samsung and different laptops are also available. Not really cheap but you can get a lot under one store so that way it great and you can compare different sets at the same time. Spread over more than 3 floors the location is good and visible from the road.

Store with quite a wide range gadgets and other electronics to choose from, staff is also very helpful.overall a good job experience.

Visited this store for Jio 'router'/4g wifi dongle.amazing customer service by mr sukant, he was patient and explained in-detail and configured the device and had it activated so quick that entire process took less than 15mins (faster than pizza). Kudos to jio staff @ reliance digital store kaikondrahalli.

Service is atrocious. The installation guys for AC never turn up when they say they would.

4 different people called for installation and wanted our address. Try calling the landline for reliance digital it keeps getting disconnected. So, you have no option but to wait for them to call or go there personally.

Please don't buy anything from this store.

A good place to visit for any digital item that you require for your household.
Friendly salespeople, good offers, with freebies and pushing you for buying at zero EMI. Great layout of the showroom and eager sales person to explain everything in a layman's term.

Very late delivery. If u purchase ant item it will be like online delivery they deliver after 4-5 days. My flat just 500 meter away from shop but they deliver after 5 days

I expected the sales team to have promotional freebies which almost all retail shops give especially when u are a regular customer and have bought many items from there. We just bought a Samsung phone now.

Terrible sales experience. Bought two air conditioners with the promise that installation would happen within 24 hours. Much after 24 hours, no response from the sales person. Sales in charge was a Mr. Adnan with absolutely no work ethics and will do anything to boost his sales numbers.

Good customer handling. Dedicated staff for each section. Nice discount and offers. Post installation service is also good.

The person who was showing mobile for me was taking with me so badly and i was not happy with him i couldn't purchase for here.
