Highly disappointed with the post sales service. Immediately once the purchase was made and the payment was done, there is a sea of difference in their approach towards their customers. The sales representative Asma was excellent and really helpful till we paid for the mobile device we purchased. Once the payment was made the quality of serivce goes down immediately.
Even though, I wouldn’t blame Asma for the lack in service, the person responsible for giving us a demo and brief about the device was missing and then finally he shows up. The mobile was purchased by a 75 year old man who needed a detailed demo of the product and Mr Kiran who was responsible to give us a demo hardly showed us anything about how to use the product nor he gave any demo of the same. He probably assumed that everyone must be well aware of all electronic products including a 75 year old customer. I wish Reliance Digital Orion mall gave equal importance to its customers after paying the bill like it gives while making the sales. Really disappointing with the after sales service. I had to come back home and then go to a nearby mobile shop to understand the basic features of the phone and take help to install a few apps which was supposed to be assisted by Reliance Digital. Highly disappointed and really unprofessional

Very bad experience. We bought geyser from relience online, delivery service was fast but the app was not updated the delivery status it's got updated after 2 days. For the installation it should take 24-48 hours but they didn't get it installed we have to call cc everyday for the update but they didn't provide any solution and only respond that we will escalate. Even though after 8-10 they didn't send anyone for installation. We have to install it from outside and didn't even reimburse the installation charges.

Worst, senseless and rude after sales team. I am trying to exchange a defective product which is still under warranty from last 2 weeks but they gave vague reasons like we don't have stock and our internal system is not working to cancel the product to give a different brand.

These guys doesn't have control over their own brand products and that useless sales guy asked me "who asked you to buy this product? " Coz some stupid sales person like you asked me to buy it by giving 2 years company warranty and no clue of this store manager.

I have bought iphone 13 … staff is fully supportive… i wanted green colour there but it was not available at that time but they have done arrangement from getting from other branch

I bought tablet today. Unfortunately I was really disappointed with their service because of one staff, Pavithra who I met. I think she doesn't know how to treat customers or has no intention to service.

Don't buy laptops in this reliance digital because they cheat on customer while creating recovery drive

They had a wide variety of electronics and the staff was very accommodating and patient for finding what we needed

Careful while specially want to buy phone here. The iPhone store person is having zero knowledge about data transfer and simply erasing data before taking confirmation from customer and then blame customers. He don't have zero sense to apologize for his mistakes

Service is ggod but offers r less by ambani group. Mr. Manu and Ms. Kusuma were very good at dealing and explaining the details to us. They r very worth to the customers to choose the right products.

Rude staff. My phone battery was dead & since it was raining I couldn't go out too. Didn't find any other store that has iPhone cable. I requested for a 5 min charge to make an important call but they denied bluntly. It was on 10th Jun, 22

Great service from Pavan. He is the one who check laptop before delivery. My MS office was not working, he updated with the latest version, Sat for one hour, he was handling at least 5 customers, with patience,
