Came here to see the basic 55inch television and the staff started giving demo and comparison with basic tv vs new Upgraded technology tv. So i thought why can't i go for new technology tv with all new features.lastly changed my mind and upgraded to new one LG 55C3

Worst experience and no Staffs will attend properly. Today I have visited Yelahanka RD. About to buy smart phone. I have asked floor staff I'm looking for smart phones. No one Staffs not shown interest to talk and bad experience

Purchased Elica Chimney on Diwali without any discount/offers can anyone imagine. And they show we have all Debit & Credit card offers with cashback nothing works at Bill counter they make you wait for more than 1 hour and say offer is not valid, tried with Indusind, HDFC, Kotak Bank. And it's been week now each day morning I will get call for installation " Sir I'm coming In one hour" that one hour never comes. When you call back after one hour to same number no one responds. After week when I called Lady executive who attended at store. Answer I got is that's not our business where while purchasing they will say when you want installation you let me one day before sir will arrange. At last Reliance Digital YELAHANKA NEW TOWN STORE SUCKS, won't recommend to buy anything from this shop.

Don't go to this particular Reliance digital Store because it's a very small and has a very less options better than go to a big Reliance digital Store where you can have a multiple options with the multiple offers. As u can see they were also having some good offers like 40% discount on TV only challange was option was very limited.

Customer executives speak like outlet owners. Clean and good stock maintenance. Prices are satisfactory.

Worst customer handling and delayed delivery. CRM officer never responds to the hotline number though the phone available next to him. Installation is not their concern on the product they sell once… it’s like government duty for them and doing favour to customer. Never ever will recommend reliance digital.

It's a good place to purchase and also to visit. Ppl working here are good, they help us in getting whatever products we want with good explanation. Offers will be available during festivals.

I visited This showroom on the first day of it's opening ceremony. The staff is cool and friendly as a first day customer I was planning to buy a new laptop.and I found the model which I liked too.but the 2nd day I found a manufacturing defect in my new laptop immediately I reached the outlet.and I'm telling this frankly the show room manger "shabir ". He actually understood the problem and gave me new model replacement within hours.so the service and care for customer in this outlet is excellent.if any one planning to buy new Electronics.u can particularly go for this outlet in yelahanka new town. It was really a good experience making purchase here. Anyways thanks for my immediate replacement.
