Very disappointed service! Bad response from the employees after the sales. Visited here and ordered refrigerator the initial response was good. But after that, I stay in 2nd floor while delivering the refrigerator some four reliance digital employees came to my house and lifted from ground floor to 2nd floor and the employees chandrashaker and team demanded 1500 rupees which i end up paying that amount which is kind of looting mentality the employees have and I opted for exchange for my old refrigerator but once the delivery is done I called multiple times to the outlet but they gave false promise that they will arrange for pickup for old refrigerator within a week but they never did that. Since I had a very terrible experience i dont recommend this outlet

It was a wonderful experience with reliance digital while getting new Jio phone connections.

Thise is today activity in reliance digital mall Actually i am need to washing machine from bosh company but Very bad experience.i am so many calls for our team but Not response to calling and other product delivery related inquiry. Finance team and employ is not provide real information and any other information by products.
After all bad response for reliance digital showroom. So don't visit from Reliance Digital Showroom

Had ordered Samsung s22 plus through reliance digital website and the phone was delivered from this store. Unfortunately the piece I received was a defective one and had to return, but Yuvaraj was very helpful and helped me in returning and getting a new phone

Don't visit to any RELIANCE DIGITAL please. I bought 4 products in this diwali but unhappy with 3 product out of 4. They show you nice product demo and deliver a different product. I purchased a mobile in dussera they sold mobile even without showing demo. I asked for demo and sales guy said there is no opened box piece of same mobile. And after using just 3 to 4 days, I went to complain for mobile hanging problem they convinced me to use same mobile phone, is this reliable service? And dont see the 5 star reviews, that all given by their own staff I think. And now one of my cousin book a TV by my recommendation and he got same experience and get delivered a different TV.

Very bad and wrost response from the employees until buying so good response but for delivery and installation work it's very wrost harsh response. So disappointed!
