Today.this is very bad experience they aligated and humiliated me by telling as a theif I don't recommend this shop
The faculty badra mistake led so many complications and co-workers.
It contains only second hand quality products instead go for the the Vishal mart, orange, shud etc.

I bought samsung tv from Reliance Digitals, Chikkamagaluru. Home delivery service is not provided here. They told us to take it ourselves and even after 3 days after buying the TV, its installation is not done.

Customers please beware of this store. They are cheating the Customer because of reliance name and popularity. I purchased a forbes waterfilter fom this shop four months back at the time of purchasing they assured if any default apperies we will give the service with in 24 hours. Unfortunately my water filter is not working from last one and half month.same thing i complained to concerned people of reliance digital chikkamagalur shop but I didn't get the service till today. When I called.every time they tell the reason and escape from the responsibility so I request the public don't fall into this scam better to avoid this shop.

Worst showroom in Chikkamagalur. Some Staffs are not responding to the customer. They are so busy with their mobile phones. Worst.showroom. They are Not responsible staffs.they are totally waste.not up to the customer satisfaction. Recently planned to purchase a new phone for personal use and got a better guidance from employee Shruthi to go for Samsung which was under my budget with better features that was required for me. The whole experience was good though

Worst customer service, arrogant staff. We called many times for installation but got poor response. I took LG tv from here producy delivered on Saturday, but installation team came on Tuesday, almost 3 days
