They are charging to port sim
But porting is free and no new offers reliance must solve this

These guys are thieves, not returning my balance money after transferring them due to gpay issues. If I call them not answering my call

Nothing is there.even I am looking for Sim card which is also nt available at that.we can't expect such available from Reliance store

Went there for SIM activation issue. The store personnel tried to help. But in the end, he couldn't help with the issue. It may be because of lack of knowledge or initiative. Atleast he tried to give me some meaningful information, which I did not get from another store.

Hopeless i think they should close it the seats are torn the peaple working there are arrogant and not helpfull bad experience

I went here to port my Idea sim to Jio. The guy working there was really helpful and informed me about the whole process.

They expertise in whatever they are meant to do. But the only drawback is that they charge extra for home delivery of ordered sim

Star is not supporting the shop supposed close at 10: 00 but they do not work after 9: 00 as per staff ver much disappointing

People are not so friendly. They give very short answers to escape from the customer questions.

Had to wait for long time for number porting due to other customer issues. Or else my experience was really good at store and my request for sim port from Vodafone to Jio was successful! Good bye Vodafone!

Worst staff. Zero knowledge. No service mindset. After having so many bad reviews better act on the staffs or close this shop.

Worst attitude and pathetic staff behaviour.
Think it’s passed in from Jio leadership.
Jio is becoming bad to worst right from network to customer care be in store or centralised call centre

Staff were courteous and their work around were quick. However 2 stars only because the store was untidy and air-conditioning was not working so it was suffocating inside. Nowadays, an average store is more pleasant than this store. Please get that resolved.

Not worth the visit. They always have old piece to sell. I had bought a earphones. In a month it was broke. Not worth the effort.

Good service overall. First couldn't able to find the store, wrong location was updated and the store was covered with Jio signboard, you will not be able to check the reliance name on it. Staff behaviour is good. As mentioned its mini store, so expect the things which can be carried handy like new sim cards, earphones and speakers etc.

Over enthusiastic staff. I gave my other cell number for number to port and canceled immediately, but the mistake was made irreversibly

Very calm and patient person at the desk. Explained everything very well even though I did not buy anything since their server was down.
