One of the best supermarkets in town. But product availability is a bit of a concern. Demerara sugar isn't available quite often. Vegetables are of reasonable quality and also fairly priced. Loyalty program is also quite rewarding. Also the payment methods are so many. Quite often gets encountered with software issues while billing and can expect huge delays at tills. Apart from these, it is a great place to shop.

You no longer get fresh vegetables and fruits most of the time, anymore. It is far more convenient to buy online from Amazon or Big basket, you get a far superior quality at a slightly higher price, but it worth it if you care about quality, variety and convenience.

Employees are so not available to even attend to the customers. 24/7 only assembly of stock keeps happening and there is no time for the employees to even do the billing thereby keeping the customers on wait for long. Also there is no place to move around and purchase the essential items as all employees already block the way by just sitting in different areas of the store and leisurely arranging the purchasable products taking their own sweet time.
Sometimes, right as you enter in, there is a rotten smell inside that's spread through the centralised air conditioning system, thereby reflecting the hygiene of the store and the quality of the perishable goods like fruits and vegetables sold there.

Helpful customer service, sometimes there are billing issues and low quality fruits and veggies. Check the expiry date on packed food items

Good products, littel costly to compare others, but they equal it in the quality. Best quality products.

Its very sad that such a big store doesn't have QR code scanner or gpay option.whereas nowadays even the street vendors have QR scanner.

Customer service is at its LOWEST. The store has absolutely stupidI and rude emplyees. The store seems to have employed rowdies who literally man handled me today. The employees do not wear uniforms, masks and maintain distance, I can share the video & photograph to prove if required. I think they are not competent enough to be at the store. I hope my feed back is taken seriously and action is taken. Wish u the very best.

2 wheeler oarking issue's. The store was crowded with peopke and the billknv counter only one kady was present. Store mgmt needs to provide customers parkinv space n 2 functional billing counters with staff needed. I visited the store now. Staff wew helpful

Nice shop, friendly staff, have been shopping there for last 2 years, new manager recently joined has improved the cleanliness and pricess at the shop

Good to buy products for our basic needs however should carefully double check the bills before leaving the cash counter.

Not enough people to help on the register. Always shortage of staff where there is good flow of customer.

Cashiers are too slow, even though counters are enough but no cashiers at peak hours in evening

They make people so dum product which is getting expired the day we are buying or the next day all come in offers and buy and get one free people pls do check the expiry date and take it home.

Very poor service and support at store located in Oil Mill Road.billing staffs are rude with customers.billing process is pathetic.either the billing machine doesn't work or the staff doesn't manage the queue properly.especially by the lady Manjula. I don't think Anil Ambani has as much bad attitude and temper as much as she has.didn't want to give a negative feedback but I had to koz I had negative experiences multiple times.

A usual store with home and personal products, with fruits and vegetables makes it an ideal store, though its high prices and setup put me off and visit rarely. Items don't look that fresh.

They do have discounted table with some items, at rare times good.

It's a store who resells at much higher prices, except few show. The group is known to make money from hard working people. Not ideal for me, it's upto you though.

It's clumsy, not organiser you will be asking staffs for each and every product location. And most of vegetables are not fresh. I don't find most of the regular products here. You will be having hard time.

Located all across the city. Can generally expect to find one somewhere close. Ease of shopping here.
