Literally no one is assisting! Raised a relocation request on Feb 28,2024 via their call centre itself as location showed unserviceable and I've been using Fiber for 9 months! They told it would resolve within 24 hours. Today is the 10th day and still not resolved! 10/30 days gone and billed!
Customer care team requests to wait for 24 hrs each time you call them. 0 help! Escalated it 5 times!
Even I went to Jio Whitefield office and still not fixed. The staff didn't know how to raise it with the right location! How crazy and lame! Raised a new request again with nearby location as they suggested and agreed to resolve it next day. Next day, their field team requested to cancel it as they're outside 7 km radius whereas actually it was 3.5 kms! They can only prioritize new connections - as per their field team! They CAN'T DO RELOCATION!
Believe me, they won't help once you take their connection! They gave me their contacts and are not accepting my calls now! You will end up with a postpaid plan where you pay without any connection/internet!
If you cancel it and take their new connection, they'll come within 1 week! Lame business!

No set top service provided to me. Bad service jio u must close your company now. You are cheating the customer. I have already paid 999 plan and no one is coming to my house for installation from past 1month. Customer service is only escalating but doing nothing. JIO IS FRAUD! SERVICE PEOPLE ARE FRAUD!
