I am very regular to this shop, one of the massive store in chikmagalur for all kinds of items at very afordable price, i am saving almost 2 to 4 thousand rupees on our monthly purchases as compared to other shops.

Worst service by Store manager Arjun. Unfit for manager post. Rude behavior, not satisfied with his service

We just heard about reliance super market has opened a new outlet in chikmagalur.so we been try to order via online.but i had a doubt the is there will be a delivery to our location.so i entered the pin code and it show it ll be delivered to the address.

We are working in a resort so we ll need a large amount of products which we cant be purchase by person.so for the first time i came here to ask about the information how the things will work out. But after we reach here i have talked with the person who is in charge and he simply denied the door delivery option.

In website it show that it can be delivered and by person they are saying they cant.

Please tell us what should we do. We been travel here to do the purchase and we are in a disappoiment the we are not able to purchase in reliance super market.

And currently we are searching for other super market which they can provide us the door delivery service.

Retail stores are better than this. The prices low only for snacks and biscuits but not daily use items.

It is so much convenient here in Chikmagalur now that jio mart has been opened here.i really like this mart coz everything is so low cost and of good quality as well. ️

Service is good apna ek item basket me hi rahegaya tha next day collect karlia & Customer care se bath bhi kithi.thanks to customer care & Reliance SMART. &Staff.

Always wondering why a truck is always parked in front of the store and diminishing the aesthetic appeal of this place

It is a great place to buy groceries and stuff, I don't know why I felt this way but the prices are very low as compared to other stores in chikmagalur. The consumer service is also good.people are rushing towards the store because of the low prices. The cloth quality is not so good. Overall it's a good store.happy to see big stores coming chikamagalur kudos to reliance

No paytm qr code only phone pe that too SMS pay worst service but products are cheap and some don't have price tag

The store is been new and the store opened during pandemic and doesn't listed on Jio Mart. No contact number to contact for ordering.
I visted the store and they asked during lockdown only Home delivery is done so provide your contact number we will call and take order. But they haven't called and taken order, this the name and frame the store manger is giveing to Parents company Reliance Induatriers.
