Renteazy are very professional in their services, meticulous and diligent in details, Well done in management of hand over process was seamlessly and responsive

One of the most Worth company and owner and service. Worth rules and they want only money. When you try to vacate your room, they charge different types of extra money and all are deducted from your deposit. And also after that they charge agreement breakdown like 10K. And also notify them before around 2.5 months before vacate. But they also charge me 10K for aaggreement. And one more with rules is renovation charge also 10K. In this way they chatge money.

My opinion pls don't book any kind of room in RentEazy. Worth feeling ever.

I came across the RentEazy recently in connection with the sale of a flat in Bengaluru, though it is not their main portfolio. The deal, though was complicated, ended up in an excellent way after long process of 3/4 months. The systematic preparatory work of the entire team including RentEazy made the final day business extremely smooth and hassle free and making the parties happy

Our experience with RentEazy, especially with Bhavya and Pavithra has been very good.
We approached them in Aug 2022 and by the end of Oct 22 they assisted us in finding a good tenant. Bhavya and Pavithra took good care of finding the right tenant, managed all the repair work before the tenant could moved in. I have been using RentEazy services since 2021. They have provided services of painting, plumbing, carpentry etc and have supported to get tenants as well. It is the value addition that they provide that sets them apart from any other rental agency. I value the fact that they continue to manage the property and act as the very important bridge between the owner and the tenant.

As a property owner, my experience with RentEazy has been very good. Bhavya and team took good care of finding the right tenant and taking care of property repairs before the tenant rents the property. Pavithra took care of the rental agreement formalities and financial aspects of the tenant owner agreements. I liked their professionalism and would recommend their services for property owners.

Shady business practices, unprofessional, never honor any words or commitments or timeline. Their field staff are just uncouth, ill-mannered and uneducated arrogant people. Never to use their services or allow them in premises, they can pose danger to tenants or owner too. Total disaster. I will not recommend to anyone, if you want peace of mind, stay away from them.

I interviewed multiple rental property companies and RentEazy came as a recommendation from a friend. True to the recommendation they have been great to work with. Ram the owner is professional and patient. He was very patient with all my questions over multiple calls. Pavithra and Bhavya have been amazing to work with. They both are quite responsive and prompt when I reach them. Overall they have done a great job getting the new tenant in. The house was cleaned, painted, repaired, agreements done and being in contact with the new tenant all done in a timely manner. All their agreements with me and the tenant were well done. Hoping to do more business with this team.

But due to unforeseen reason I was not able to retain that flat so i reached out to Bhavya and told her my genuine reasons.

They showed us house we visited the house finalized everything was ok but at the end moment they ditched us (bhavya) no proper communication from the agent side its waste of time seeking home from this agent side very bad service

Renting my property in Blore was made easy by RentEz team. They did a great job cleaning/painting/fixing my apt prior to rental and found the tenant which i needed. The contract work was a breeze and i didnt have to worry about paper work. One of the worst property management company in Bangalore Mr. Unni is the worst employees and his owner looted money lot from sister as we take property management for one year simply they will give extra quotes for the maintenance kindly don't go for cheating property management.

Renteazy Property Management company is one of the worst in Bangalore. I would strongly recommend that one does not use their services.
After reading some positive reviews about them. But my experience with them so far is anything but. When they said that they are bringing in a potential renter to our house to show him our house, they sent the renters by themselves and we ended up showing the house to the renters. Renteazy   also had quoted a far too low rent to the renters without consulting us. When Renteazy   carried out the background checks on the potential renters, they did a less than satisfactory job. Also, Renteazy  did not share the complete background information on the renters with us for us to make a decision.

   Renteazy is a totally unprofessional firm, they do not have a proper  office setting  even they dont pick calls only random mails they do send to us we need to keep on flow ups always they don't maintain proper updates miss promises to renters totally our experience is  unbelievable blunder we did engaging them
A series of misleading information, a lack of timely communication, a less than professional approach to managing and renting our house by Renteazy   made us walk away from them. I decided to write this review so that other potential clients can make an informed decision.

I opted for their service from October'2019. It has been prompt and smooth. Till date I did not have to worry about anything. I hope it will continue like this in future as well.

My property @ SJR Equinox, Electronic City is being managed by RentEazy and my contact person is Bhavya. Bhavya is very proactive, professional and reachable at all times. She rented the property and took care of everything starting from the search of the tenant, maintenance of my apartment and final move in of the tenant very well without any hassles to me. Therefore I sitting in London can totally rely on renteazy for my property as they have a excellent team which will do everything for you with regards to property management.

I am very pleased and thankful to RentEazy for renting out, inspecting, managing and maintaining my property since year 2013 with such honesty and professionalism that is rare to find these days. Especially, if you don't live in India and are on a look out for someone reliable and trustworthy. And when you have found one, life just becomes that bit eazy. Their maintenance cost estimates have always been fair and their annual fee to manage the property for the owner is also reasonable. This year, my brother who has moved to another city in India, has also handed over his apartment to RentEazy for managing.

Time has just flown by and this relationship of trust has just grown with every passing year. At times, I would even forget that I have an apartment and it's the highest compliment I can give to the team of RentEazy. The reason being, anything to do with the maintenance of the apartment or helping the tenants, were all taken care of and resolved efficiently by RentEazy without me having to get involved.
