REPLAD Sofa repair

Ram Narayan has done very good repair work. He replaced one seater in the recliner. I really appreciate him for a perfect work.

Let me start with the behaviour as that's what has led to the situation.
Your employee named Shruti has no courtesy and doesn't know how to talk to customers.
It's been 3 month now since the sofa was wrongly done by the carpenter and since then 2 of them have contacted me to review the fault post my complaint and both of them had just one thing to say " Sir the sofa is not done properly and will need to be re-done"
Lady Shruthi has been uncooperative since the first time i raised this issue.
I told I would require face to face discussion to sort this out but, as usual she escaped stating she would be on leave then.

Good service by Mr. Tabrez. Feasible and quality of work was fine but didn’t quite meet the expectation.

Really good service by technician Tabrez. Sofa became almost like new. Costing is also competitive!

Ram Narayan did a wonderful job in changing sofa upholstery. He and his team completed the work very quickly and the work quality is very good. I recommend Replad for all kids of sofa repair/ upholstery change related work.

Sagar was really good, polite with senior citizen. Had patience to explain the carpentry problem and did a great job with repairs for our 2 beds and our kitchen cabinet. I would highly recommend him if you need to get any interior/ carpentry jobs to be done!

Very poor quality work. Please see pics. And i see all original reviews gone and only 3 reviews remaining with 5 rating.

The vendor referred by Replad used a cheap quality cloth similar to selected material. Quality of work is so poor. I did 2+1 sofa and all 3 sofa cloth got torn. On 2 single seaters they changed with another material but 3 seater image is attached. They are asking for me to pay more for the cloth. Replad is not taking ownership here. Overall very bad experience

What an amazing response - from first call to quick estimate and pickup and in just 2 days my repaired sofa was back.looking brand new. I especially love customer service attitude of Ram Narayan and the way he did the job. Bravo.will certainly recommend him wherever possible ️

We got our customised sofa done by Rakesh. It was a L-shaped sofa and a 2 seater manual recliner. From the time he came for consulting till the time he delivered the sofa everything was hassle free. The finishing of the sofa was really nice. I strongly recommend his craftsmanship. He gets the requirement right and doesn’t compromise on the quality and finishing of the product.
