I will not even give a single start. I am currently travelling and have a leakage at the top of my seat. It’s leaking right on my face while sleeping. Bus staff was rude, I will not recommend to ever travel with Reshma tourist. Pathetic behaviour n service
They exchanged bus and inspite of telling location is near vidyapeeth they told to wait in Anand Rao circle but bus came to netkalappa circle around 11 pm
I sat around 8.30 Pm on bud and asked conductor at 11.30 fro washroom I couldn’t control at all, he clearly said after 1.5 hr even after requesting they just closed the door without answering. Yea don’t think that stopping for 1 min will shut down the reshma tourist. I will never ever travel with this agency anymore. Just pathetic……. If I get infection just for bladder full, Reshma tourist is responsible to pay all the charges, also I will complaint to next level, as even after 2 hrs of requests they clearly ignored and kept running the bus.
I was literally bagging for just 1 minute to stop the bus. I will do complain to every possible forum
Worst service and worst behaviour, also bust reached 45minutes late, and I was just waiting for the bus.
I'm in the bus right now, I felt so bad for I'm not getting my seat which one I booked, i informed driver but he is not responding properly, he is neglecting my words, I felt very bad, in future I never book this bus. Worst experience.
It's quite a satisfying journey with Reshma Travels from Udupi to Bengaluru. The bus is well maintained and had kept the scheduled timings both boarding and dropping. Short halts were given by the bus at suitable places and intervals so that, the passengers can go to fresh rooms/attend nature calls/have beverages like coffee/tea.
However, the mobile charger switch box fixed just above the head was not working and I could not charge my smartphone. Smartphones do consume more power to light the big screen and the journey time is almost 12 hrs (starting from the home to board the bus to reaching the residence after getting down the bus).
Hence, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE THE TRAVELLERS WITH MOBILE CHARGING POINT by such a long route Bus. With this shortcoming, I'm giving only a 4 star rating. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5 star rating.
Not customer friendly Pick up point details no one knows No contacts mail or msg sent about status for customers waiting. Do job well looking customers convenience and comfort first & always
The Bus is good and well maintained, The only reason I gave 3 stars is there is wrong info given to customers under to get the booking. I explicitly asked in prior if the bus goes through a specific route initially they said yes and later the bus went in since other route and I had to get down in the middle of the road in Siddapur Junction.
Horrible service of reshma buses asked me to get down one stop before horrible service. Highly recommend not to travel in such bus if you are unknown to this place
Not maintained. AC Buses don't have window. Its packed with plywood. Feels like Traveling in container. Traveling from Bangalore to Pune. Bus is stinking bad. AC filter not cleaned. Buses are not maintained properly. One good thing is that they go very fast and don't waste time during travel.
Reshma Travels is really pathetic worst service. I was traveling to Bangalore to Mumbai. From start Bus had issue with some technical issues, bus is cancelled after 4 hours.now they transferred some other bus. Bus driver, staffs not even bother to tell us
I had horrible experience with anand travels. They don't have any value of their customer.once you are in the bus they are the god.they will not listen anything.this bus is so dirty. If you ask to clean it they will tell we are not free to do all this for all customer.after paying fare equal to flight fare this is no where expectable.all five star reviews are paid review.fake people gave those review.no one can give this bus 5 star if any one actually travelled. Traveled this bus with your own risk.
Bad experience My brother Victor Bharat traveling from Kumta to Mumbai on 8/3/19 at 6 pm he reached at Mumbai next day 2 clock afternoon very bad experience bad service bad staff and somebody robbed brother money also and bus got stop at belgoan for 3 to4 hour also very old buses r there of Anand travels plz I am requesting all of u don't travel by this kind of buses no guarantee to reach on time
I was about to travel from Haveri to blore, booked bus was supposed to come at 8.45 am but the bus picked me up at 10.31am a dealt of 1.45 hours. Inspite of their delay the staff'behavior was rude/worst (he called me and said if uva not coming in 2mins we are leaving u). When I enter the bus the seat was not at all clean, covers, eatable things were on the seat, I requested the staff to clean the cabin instead he said to take the last seat.
Bus driver and conductor behaviour is very rude. When asked about approximate time to reach Kollur they said don't know. And also when asked to stop for going bathroom they are very reluctant. Worst behaviour.
Very bad experience. My journey was from Bangalore to Pune and pick up point was Koramangala. When I got in the bus the conductor told that the bus is going to Goa and I need to change the bus in some later stop. When I asked in which stop I have to change they didn't say anything and told only to wait. The bus started and finally after 1: 30hrs it stopped and told me to change the bus where the conductor of the next bus was standing. He took me to the different bus. My seat was U8 and he told the original bus is changed and told to seat in u9. When I went to U9, I saw the seat was not proper and requested them that I will be shifting to U8 as per booking and also no one had occupied till that time. They didn't listen to me and told to adjust. I don't understand that what do u mean by adjust? If a passenger needs to adjust only then why should we prebook our seats? Horrible experience.
