Resside serviced apartments

Please don't book any stays here friends, there is nothing is proper, even there is not even a receptionist to help you, they are not providing soap, water etc, room was not cleaned.

I had booked two rooms for 4 people, on reaching the place, was informed they only have one room. If they had informed over the phone, would have saved traveling 26kms. Non- responsive. Had to request them to cancel the booking. It was tough to find an alternate due to Christmas weekend.

Budget hotel, goos service, room sizes are also big. If you want to atay in city blindly go here.

Pleasent and cost efficient stay in Chikmagaluru for travelers. Food has to be availed seperately. Swiggy and Zomato services available for nearby restaurants.

I have nothing but the best of words for them.
They have free parking.
They have good lift service.
They have a very nice and caring staff and best of all the location was within city limits.
The rent price for two days comparatively to all other service apartments was the best when we took the apartment.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Location of the apartment is good.bus stand is near by and restaurants are also near by. Overall good service.

Booked thru OYO by paying full payment and once reached hotel at night, they didn't allow check in. With little children and family had very hard time to find another place at the eleventh hour. Staff is very rude. Don't book this hotel

I booked a 1 BHK apartment for 2 nights.apartment is well maintained.rooms and toilet are cleanly maintained. 1.5km away from ksrtc bus stand.

NEVER book this hotel from OYO or any other Website partner. They will accept online booking and payment but once you reach at hotel for check in.they will denied saying that we are not getting payment from online websites so we can't give you room. So after reaching the place you have to find another stay with higher price or they will provide you stay in there hotel in much higher price than you booked from online. So Ultimately they will spoiled your vacation by fighting with them and online partner website for refund.

In my case, I have booked hotel from OYO and paid full money online before reaching at hotel.
Once we reached at hotel for stay they denied to provide room.i have with 9 month old baby and it was 9: 30 PM around. I have fight with OYO at night and wasted around 1.5 hour and end up by paying them double charge for one night stay because we don't have other option. Hotel is making fraud by accepting your booking online but not providing room so they will get extra more money from your pocket as dont have option to find another stay at last time and forced to book his hotel.
It was very pathetic. Hotel manager behavior was very Rude.

I advised you to NEVER book this hotel otherwise you end up with spoiling your good time.

Worst ever stay and horrible staff, while booking it online they don't allow you to book an appartment and provide a deluxe room like any other normal hotel and on requesting for a serviced appartment asks to pay extra for gas and utensils which was not included while booking and will not provide receipt for the extra amount paid. The breakfast provided was from the road sided shops and not a buffet at all.
