Posting one star since I experienced bad service. I had ordered for a medicine which was not available at that time. They assured to get it and asked me to collect it the next day. He did not ask for any advance payment and the next day when I called back to check if the medicine was available the person over the phone responded rudely. He asked me if I had given any advance. If not then they have not got the medicine. Did not expect this response. I later ordered the same medicine from an online app. It was delivered to my address within two days without any hassle. Online pharmacy apps are really a boon unlike the so called age old pharmacy who do not even know how to respond to a customer

When u have options better avoid this place. Though it is a big place with many workers, manager here is logicless. I bought a baby feed 1 week ago which is unused so wanted a exchange for same price. They told exchange not possible after 1 week. (Logic less) So better go to other places when u have options.
