Came here for my fathers eye surgery my father lost sudden vision in march 3rd, due to some other emergency we could not meet any doctor at that time, I researched and came to know about retina institute of Karnataka, so took an appoint with dr hemanth murthy sir and went to meet he took the case very properly and suggest us to go for surgery, the surgery is a huge successful it was bit tough surgery and went very smooth. After 2 month even we went for my fathers cataract surgery with dr Nagesh and that was also a successful. The most important thing is post surgery 1 month consultation is free. You can blindly go for this institution. Thanks to dr murthy and Nagesh sir.

Consulted Dr Manjula for Uveitis treatment. She is very friendly and patiently explained the cause and treatment course. I felt at ease with her the most, after consulting 2-3 top doctors for the same condition. The waiting period will be high any day of the week. The staff are also welcoming. Overall a nice experience and would recommend to others.

My wife has had two cataract surgeries and we are extremely satisfied with the surgeries and post operative treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The management is absolutely shoddy and irresponsible. Patients are made to wait for 3+ hours during post surgery followup visit. Absolute mismanagement when it comes to managing the crowd. Although the treatment is good, I'd suggest you to give it a miss considering the shoddy staff at the reception and the mismanagement of crowd.

We visited the hospital for my mother's eye chek-up & cataract surgeries! The Doctors are very good and extremely reassuring to the patient - Dr. Hemant Moorthy, Dr. Nagesh, Dr. Suresh & Dr. Iris - all of them are very good and capable. Excellent doctors, courteous staff. Unclean toilets and sweepers should complete cleaning before 9am. Lift too slow.

Very good team of doctors and staff. Dr Hemant Murthy diagnosed accurately and gave the right treatment. The issue cropped up after 13 years and second round of treatment saved the eye. We come from Chennai now (from Mumbai earlier) for periodic check-ups as we don't want to risk this important sense organ by referring to any other doctor, though there are many practitioners in the cities mentioned.

This is my first visit to this institute and I was truly impressed with their way of work. I consulted with Dr Hemanth Murthy & Dr Monisha for my yearly routine check up. They did a very through check up. I'm truly impressed by the way I was diagnosed. Very humble and Zen like attitude of the doctor which puts you at ease. This is a very rare sight to see now a days where everything is commercialized. The fees they charge does not put a hole in your pocket. Further more, I observed that there are a lot of senior citizens who are employed here and the staff from the entrance to the reception are just so kind. Recommend this place to everybody who want to seek medical advise for their eyes. Rest assured you are in safe hands!

My wife had to undergo laser treatment for about three sittings commencing from 10th December. Though appointments were given on 10,17 and 24th at 1.30 pm, we were made to wait for hours without a doctor. Even today we came at 1.30 pm and now the time is 4.30 & we are still waiting for the specialist to conduct laser treatment. My review should not be taken negatively, efforts should be made to improve the service to the patients, since it is a hospital accredited with NABH

This hosp doesn’t even deserve a single star. Staff are very very slow and they are also very rude In behaviour. Even after taking appointment had to wait for 4 hours and they keep saying docs are anytime expected and made me wait for 4 hours both the times, then why are you giving appointments if we have to come n wait for so long and when we ask about arrival of the doctors each n every staff is rude at the reception. Receptionist rekha and few in ground floor reception. They should remember one thing that they are not doing any free service. We are paying for each n everything at the hosp. Will never go back n will also spread the word to others so that they don’t have bad experience like me.

Our experience has been extraordinarily good. I got my Victreoctomy done there. Surgery went on very smoothly and I got by full vision within four weeks as promised by them. Kudos to Dr. N. S. Muralidhar and his team. Let them continue their good services to humanity. I strongly recommend this hospital for all your eye problems.

My mother underwent surgery, place was very professional and our doctor dr Muralidhar was great.

Cancelled pre-booked appointment several times the patient is 1 month baby. This behaviour is unacceptable and the staff is unapologetic and they don't even inform earlier about the cancellation. Dr. Kavitha & Dr. Sumanth please note this incident and bring to right personal attention to maintain the good reputation this hospital has built.

Dependable clinic to solve your eye troubles. Unfortunately patients are facing too many much too many procedures & formalities that could be easily reduced to 50%. Staff are a bit lethargic who doesn't understand the hurdles/obstacles once the patients get out of clinic to reach their destination. Sadly last time being a first timer I reported at 11: am but came out after 3 pm. Dr. Muralidar is intelligent, co operative & helpful. Unfortunately none of his assistants equally matches his high calibre at least to dispose the swelling crowd of patients!
