revv - Self Drive Car Rentals

Terrible experience. These guys steal money from you. They never made anything clear about the refund policy and when we had to cancel the trip just because they couldn't accept our soft copy driving licence and Aadhar card, they refunded 1000rs back from a 5500rs trip. Extortion. Simple.

Being an active user of Zoomcar, reluctantly switched to Revv when Zoomcar had availability issues. Having rented twice over the last month, I can say experience has been better than Zoomcar. Both times the team was able to drop/pick up on time & the vehicle was in a decent share. No hassles - only opportunity for the team is to process deposit refund faster.

Had booked Swift, santro was delivered. Lots of noise coming from steering and bearing and car was full of scratches. Fuel tank was almost empty with range of just 21 km barely enough to reach the petrol station (it was midnight) so most stations were closed. Executives were very sweet, full marks to them.

We availed their service from Mangalore International Airport, Bajpe in the first week of June. Their executive handed over the keys promptly of a fully sanitized, thoroughly inspected, fasttag fitted Mahindra Scorpio in the Airport and collected the same at the departure gate. All super smooth in a matter of few minutes. Please remember to carry aadhar or passport originals, DL card original and 180/- cash (airport charges 90/- for non-private registered vehicles each for arrival & departure). Now coming to the vehicle, the engine, manual gearbox, brakes, suspension and tires were well serviced. The ergonomics, storage space in the front seats and infotainment system is a big miss. It would be nice, if Revv can equip apple, android charging USB cables and charging points, nice music system and GPS system as options. Please add more automatic variants and luxury lineup. Rest all is great! Kudos to Nishant, Rajatha for smooth and efficient transactions!

This is the second time i have been given a car which had mechanical failure the car doesn't start until and unless you fidget with the battery lights are off tail light gone pathetic cars pathetic service be on hold with customer care for hours but no resolution

We had travelled to India from abroad, had plans of roaming in Karnataka, my brother helped me do the booking with the Revv company, hired a Scorpio for almost a month, roamed more than 2300 km, very well maintained car, no problems as such, i would again use their services whenever I would be visiting India, I also recommend Revv rental self driving cars for those who want to use self driven rental car services, no doubt in that. Great work Revv team.

Pathetic service by Revv. Guys be aware, If you are having old license like booklet etc, even though it is valid, the Revv guys will not accept and you will end up in losing money.

Enjoyed the revv experience. Very happy with service and maintenance of the car. The car was sanitised infront of me before handing over the delivery of the car. The staff were very kind, responsive and helpful during my revv experience.

Cars are hygienic and well maintained. All Staff members are friendly, polite and punctual. Doorstep car delivery and pickup is a very good option available with revv.

Cars wasn’t in a good condition, I had it for 1 month and had to jump start for 3-4 times, Revv car should at least look into basic mechanical condition of car before delivery

Booked revv for a 3 day trip. At the time of delivery I showed my license and digilocker soft copy. My license was slightly damaged in one corner and therefore i showed the digilocker soft copy. Both original license and digilocker had the license number visible. I even offered to get the soft copy attested by the police. But revv team refused saying they will not help. Digilocker documents are government approved. Because of this I had to cancel the trip and they refunded only 50% of my booking because they are too incompetent. I then booked zoomcar who accepted my documents. Got an excellent car and carried on. In short Revv is filled with mechanical mindless representatives who cant think of helping customers.

Right at the entry point of mangalore.loved the car which i had hired as it was cleaned and well maintained.

I had a 3 months Subscription with Revv from 18th of October to 18th of January. Paid more than INR 3000 for Maintenance and not for a single time the car was picked for even a wash. The car was taken on 18th of January and till now I have done more than 11 Phone Calls and numerous emails and they keep telling the NEFT will be done but it has not been done as yet.

Horrible horrible experience. We booked a car for over 24 hrs. The booking was done by us at the office with the executives help since we were unaware as to how to use the app. Due to an internal error from the company's side they ended the booking at 8am (12 hours earlier). We were on a holiday and recieved 15 plus Calls from the company and the executive falsely accused us of lying. This has nothing to do with money but as to how the company has horrible ethics and standards
