Revv Self Drive Car Rental

Pathetic!
Just concluded my 1st Revv Experience:
1) They took money for 2023 Car and then delivered a 2019 banged up Car
2) Confirmed that they would adjust the rental price accordingly and then reduced Rs. 1000 in the Final Bill
3) My data (Phone Number, Email ID) got leaked and i got a lot of other marketing calls/sms/whatsapp from other service providers.
4) Sent them a detailed email on this, but i dont think they are bothered. Some call center executive called me.did her job and logged in her report. End of the Story.
Investors - just be prepared, this kind of business ethics wont run long enough.
Looking for other alternatives for my next booking.
Just surprised, why in India they cannot scale up the business consistently and create a good reputation - is it always about just making money, money and more money?

Pathetic and inconsiderate. I get a car that’s being smoked in so I request for a deep clean to be done. The team tells me we can reimburse up to 500 and you need to take the car yourself. It’s a 1 month rental. Why should the customer be running around esp when you are charging a premium.

Don’t recommend Revv

Like many people, the only reason I used Rev was to avoid the hassle of owning a car. These hassles include, the purchasing, sale, maintenance issues, etc. I was told by Rev that I would not need to worry about these issues.

Let's be clear, this is the ONLY reason to use this company. The prices are absurd for the run down cars they send you, so the only reason to use them is convenience. However, they do not deliver on this promise.

I've used Rev twice. The first time I was disappointed at the state of the car, but at least they did what was advertised. So I decided to use them one more time. They sent me an old Honda Amaze, with a dent in the windshield scratches all across the body and the door rubber had fallen off and was lying on the seat.

I then used the car and when I was out in Bangalore an Innova brushed my car and drove off. I tried to call the Revv number, but there was no response. When I returned the car, there was a small scratch on the side of this old car that already had at least 20 scratches. They charged me 3500 for this! Will never use again. And I encourage you not to as well. The accident was one I had no control over - no insurance company will charge for that, but they didn't listen.

Very pathetic experience and seriously disappointed with the service of revv customer representative. They are expert in looting common man money doing fraud by showing repair cost for no damage done by the customer.

Great experience with subscription. Car was in good condition. Car delivered to home and pick up arranged from airport, as requested. Prompt and on-time service.

Pathetic experience with this Revv car service even for their mistake also they will ask you to pay. They will deliver you car late and then for their mistake also they will ask you to pay additional. Initially, they will say that its hourly basis car rental service but then later they will charge you for kms wise lots of hidden policy they have kindly do not book any cars from Revv and for all my experience I have the screenshot which I am going to submit to the consumer form for their fraudulent.

Revv car provides faulty cars.
Firstly, the car battery was dead. After calling to customer service centre a mechanic came, that too after 1.5hrs to our location to check the car.
But still the problem wasn't resolved.
Then the mechanic came again. After that we started again and the car started jerking all of the sudden after a while and then smoke starting coming out of the AC vents.
We demanded a replacement of car but they denied.
Due to which we had to wait and we got late and our plan got cancelled.
Poor and late services.
Won't recommend anybody to use this revv car app.

Realllyyy worstt app ever. Worst service as well. Booked a car. First of call it came late. Then someone who used the car before us kept the light open and battery got totally drained. Worst customer support.mechanic came one hour late. Started the car after repairing it. Car got broken down again and it kept jerking again and again. Again we called mechanic he came after half hour. Had to cancel our trip due to this nonsense and totally poor attitude of the company. We had to cancel all our plans and they did not geive us a refund. Trust me and do not book from this app again. Sharing the picture of my broken vehicle.

Frauds, no ethics in doing business. Booked subscription for 2 month given full month amount +5000 +2000. Total 31000. Gaveback car with good condition after 15days. Now asking 2nd month amount as cancellation charge.

Just bad experience. From the moment of pick-up the only thing that came to my mind was "Why the hell? "
1. Booked a "premium car" Creta (as they were saying) some 15hrs before the pick-up time. Just 10mins to pick-up and I get a call from their customer support saying car is not available at the moment and there's a Beeeza which is ready for pick-up. WOW!
2.8: 30 AM official pick-up time. 9: 30 AM delivery.
2. Booked for a 100% fueled car. Delivery guy comes with 30% fuel.
3. Car condition? Well what can you expect from a rented/self drive car which is running for 90k kms.
P. S- Highly NOT recommended.

Frauds. 15 days used, not refunded rest of the 15 days money and refundable amount, joke is asking for one more month's entire charge as cancellation charge. Call cabs.no rental cars.

I recently had an excellent experience with REVV, a car self-driving rental service. I booked a Hyundai Creta for two days, and the entire process was seamless. The car was in great condition and very well-maintained, which was evident as soon as I got behind the wheel.

What made my experience even better was the exceptional customer service provided by Mr. Shanthling. He delivered the car before the expected delivery time, and I was able to start my trip earlier than anticipated. He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of.

Overall, I highly recommend REVV for anyone in need of a car rental service. The convenience of self-driving combined with the excellent maintenance and customer service made my trip hassle-free and enjoyable. I look forward to booking with them again in the future.

I booked my car for today (1/03/23) morning 7 yesterday through the app for 121 km with fuel. The driver calls me at 11 in (mid) night for me in my sleep to confirm address. And doesn't reach the pick up spot at pick time. Reaches some other complex nearby and on chking no fuel in car. He asks me fill it up myself and take a reimbursement. My nearest petrol bunk is 2.5 kms away and i have to be in queue to fill in the morning I cancelled the ride as in all this I lost the precious non traffic time and my entire schedule went haywire. Their apologies cost me a lot,
a hell lot. Lesson learnt

Cars condition is very poor and always break down i have used revvs two times but both the times the car has broke down which led me to understand the fact they their cars are very worst condition cars the delivery persons always try to make up some money out of you come late cut corners to come over to the drop location

One of the worst company the management should be sent jail. They delivered a car which was not fit to drive and said all is good. Tyres were about to burst lucky me and my small kids survived. Plus the back up tyre was torn and unusable. Had to manage everything with kids was night mare. Due to repair 4 hours approx lost and accordingly had to drive in night and reached my destination at 11pm and lost our temple appointment. Company has no feeling and doesn’t care. Jus don’t take it or if u take it inspect fully. I’m filing a CONSUMER COURT CASE shortly and if anyone interested jus let me know we can do group filing.

We booked the car at 1: 30 pm we recieved no call, we were waiting at the airport for 2 hours and we recieved the car at 3: 30 pm. Moreover the customer care wouldn't let us contact their manager for 3 hours when we wanted to drop the car back at the airport.
Extremely ill managed service.

I would highly NOT recommend Revv to people, had a very bad experience.
- Booked mahindra 7 seater car
- got a very old car with battery loose wire connection issue (the person who dropped the car only told me about the problem)
- the car stopped twice in the middle of the road due to above issue, had to open bonet and shake the battery connection wire to get it back working amidst the traffic
- when told the customer cre representative, he said our technician is saying there is no problem in the car
- customer care representative was very unprofessional and kept on calling me 4 times back to back at 10pm in night

Never fall in the trap, my friend had booked car wid dem. The car came in Ok condition but after driving it stopped after so many calls one person comes wid another car. That car also had similar problems while returning the car they check the car to find out the problem desperately to pull some karcha Pani

The only platform that had 1 month subscription option. I was quite apprehensive as there were a lot of negative reviews about customer service and getting a refund on the deposit. But I must say my experience was super smooth, great people that dealt with me to at all stages. Good quality of car, got the full refund on time and detailed photos during pickup and delivery to show any issues pre-existing and / or caused during my subscription.

Mr. Khan was assigned for my pick up, he arrived 2 hours late while I called him 2 hours ahead of my pick up time regarding my arrival. He shows up at 11: 30 PM disturbs me in my sleep and when I called him the next day regarding my payment invoice, he snapped at me and called me an illiterate (btw, I am a faculty at IISc Bangalore) and told me not to disturb him.

I urge Revv to take serious action and prevent this from happening in the future. Nevertheless, worst experience ever, I would not recommend this to anyone.

DON’T use Revv, and save yourself from some humiliation.

These guys are frauds - No courtesy, no professionalism & faulty vehicles (risky).
We'd booked a car for a day in Bangalore & it started throwing heavy smoke after 20km.
We were panicked & came back half way. Contacted support, they confirmed mechanical problem in car. When asked for refund, they said they can refund only from the time we contacted them - we did it early but they play department game saying you called subscription department & redirect you to different numbers.
When we told customer support that we won't book you now onwards, answer was it's your choice I am not concerned - they don't care about customers and risk our lives by providing faulty vehicles.
Dont book them.

Rented a Creta for 3 days. Pros. Very polite customer service
Cons.documentation not clarified for delivery of vehicle leading to an unnecessary delay. Car in terrible condition (unwashed, forget sanitization, Tyres in terrible shape, car delivered with an empty tank!). Final settlement of accont takes 48 hours!
I have rented cars several times in the past internationally. Revv has miles to go.

Used car for 2 months! Car was in terrible condition and would grunt every time you start the car and the it’s a rip off to charge extra if you drive beyond 2000 kms.

I have hired a swift petrol automatic car for one month.

The experience was super smooth and right from the time of booking, delivery, usage and returning the car the entire process was hassle free.

The car is in a decent condition, propely cleaned and well maintained one with 67K kms on the display.

The deposit amount was promtply returned in 2 working days after deducting the toll charges.

It was a decent experience, i would recommend revv car subscriptions for shorter periods.

Only because I can't give 0. I have just renewed by license after my license expired and they refused to give me the car based on "license less than 1 year old". Spoke to customer care, wasted a bunch of time and lost the entire amount paid as advance. Never faced this kind of problem with any other car rental company.

Unreliable, unsafe cars with the worst possible services and support. These guys really know how to spoil the mood.

They do not perform basic checks before delivering the car and then keep it with them for 4-5 days under the guise of maintenance and won't even compensate for the loss of time. Exploitative policies and practices.

Revv Was the great rental cars in Bangalore trending right now. Executive was very friendly when he delivery the car and pick up. Well sanitised and maintained and you do have grip on clutch and break. I love to ride manual cars as it gives best experience to me. No others words as of now REVV is the best car rental when compared to other companies!

Anupam Agarwal and Karan Jain return my money immediately. Bad company, MCA must shut down this firm. Employees are awful, they are lying all the time.

Don't opt the service or REVV, Reasons:
1. Very old vehicles which are not fit for driving. The mechanical condition is very poor
2. Violation of rules: as per Karnataka state RTO any vehicle driven 90k kms is not fit for self drive. If you are injured in an accident then you may not even get the claim.
3. Worst behaviour of staff.
4. Refunds will not be processed

So I booked an Innova with these useless and incompetent people, not aware of what a useless company these guys are. Below was what happened:
I was supposed to go for a trip today morning across TN border. But due to the useless vehicle they gave I could not start my trip.

1. I faced 2 punctures before starting the vehicle, which I had to fix by myself early in the morning, both the front tyre and the stepney tyres were punctured. Even after fixing the punctures, there is no air in the tyre and I had to somehow nurse the vehicle back to my apartment from the highway

2. The braking does not work at all and the Vehicle shakes massively when I apply the brakes, which puts the life of my passengers and myself at risk while driving in the highway.

So I couldn't even use the vehicle and had to cancel my trip to my native, which also made me miss my connecting flight. And these guys have the audacity to say that they have done a proper QC before handing over the vehicle. One of the people were even so "smart" enough to tell me to continue the trip with a puncture in the tyre.

They still have not given any refund for any of this.

The vehicle booked was an INNOVA CRYSTA - KA 03 AG 0850

I would like to give negative rating, such a waste app, it's a scam of looting money from customers. Booked a car in Bangalore, as I didn't carry my original driving licence, they have cancelled my booking and took all the booking amount and didn't refund anything. I have not even used the car and I have not cancelled from end and they have taken all the amount of Rs. 3600.
This is a scam of customers money. Please don't book car from this app. Don't ever pay full amount of booking fees. Don't book cars at all with this Revv cars. Never ever recommend. Please be aware and carefully of this fraud company.
