One of the most amazing and cost effective cab service in Bengaluru, If not availed yet, I recommend please do.

Used RideAlly for airport transfers. Drivers are always prompt and arrive early and well behaved. On the most recent trip back home from airport, the driver Basavaraj was also prompt in arriving at the arrivals right on time as well as co-ordinating for the actual pickup very well. The car was decent and he drove safely. Would recommend RideAlly.

The driver is very well behaved came on time, picked me up. Helped me with the luggage with asking as I was having 3 bags. Made a stop to give me great cup of tea.

Most important part is he explained all the services given by rideally. Usually drivers don't tend to tell all this and also seems he is very happy with rideally which usually drivers are not with facilitators.

Will definitely go for rideally always

Rideally is a great cab service in Bangalore! They provide guaranteed rides if booked in advance which is a boon because of unavailability of ola and uber. The drivers are polite and well behaved as well.

Utter waste App. Without taking any ride they deducted money from my Paytm Wallet. How Ridiculous is that.
Moreover they are super expensive as if they have a fleet of Mercedes and BMW. Uber Ola are far better. Just Uninstalled it and also made all my friends Uninstall this waste app.
It should be Banned.

Worst and irresponsible cab service. Single woman or woman in particular should avoid them if they don't want to get stranded. Guaranteed cabs claim is just a hoax. I sincerely suggest woman who opt for this service to think twice or to opt any local vendors who are sincere at their work.

I was never worried whether cab will reach my place or not. I just book the cab with RideAlly 3hrs in advance to airport and the cab arrives on time. Kudos! Please maintain the same.

I have been using ride ally for over 2 years. I referred their service to a relative and we booked a cab for 8 hours yesterday. The driver was very unprofessional, continuously was on phone and that too on speaker. The driver almost hit 2 cars and a bike - one on hebbal flyover, one at Race course road and one at katriguppe. We were very lucky that we were not hurt. I am very guilty now that I referred Rideally. I seriously doubt whether the driver even knew how to drive. I will not use their service nor recommend them to anybody in the future. A word of caution. Book at your own risk! Lucky that we were not hurt!

Overcharged while taking airport ride. From my place to airport there are two ways one via toll gate and the other via non toll road. I went via non toll road but still charged the additional toll fee. I was overcharged with 1127. Actual fee should be 870 around but I ended up paying 1127. After raising this issue they told that they cannot do anything now. Please see the actual fare is 870 from my place added in screenshot via non toll road. But I was overcharged with 1127. Pathetic experience! Beware of such fraudsters!

We booked car rental for 8 hrs, we reached back before 8 hrs, we booked for 2100 rs, but they told us few kms are extra and took 3050 rs from us. They are worse than any other car service, better ones are uber and ola.

Rideally has been a life saver for our corporate needs of trustworthy drivers and rideally drivers; as well as my personal travelling requirements.
I have been using their cab service for almost 6-7 months now. All my office colleagues and I really appreciate all the help and support they offer whenever we have needed their services.

I had a very unpleasant experience with RideAlly lately. We have been regular travellers with RideAlly and found it to be a reasonable option. The owner is my father in law’s ex-colleague and hence we got introduced to this company and started using their service. Recently, during our ride from Airport to home our suitcase broke because of continuous hitting of a rod (the driver mentioned that it was kept in the car trunk) against it. I raised a complaint right after i reached home and after multiple follow ups, what we hear from the Customer Care Manager, Prashanth was that they are only responsible for pick and drop & not responsible for our belongings. Isn’t this unreasonable when the damage happened because of something (that did not belong to the travellers) in your cab!?
The iron rod was continuously hitting our suitcase and also we travelled for 2 hrs bearing that screeching sound. Driver stopped the car twice to adjust it but nothing changed. As a result, my suitcase broke and then we get such an unreasonable response from the Customer Care Manager. Forget compensation, he didn’t even take any responsibility for that. Highly disappointing.we won’t avail their service from here on.

RideAlly is the best cab service. I'm using from quite some time. No cancellation, no surge charge, well trained drivers, on or before time arrival with spacious Sedan cars. Peace of mind.
