Very good experience living in this PG.food is also good. I would recommend you to stay in this PG and enjoyy the other amenities like gym and food taste.

Here is my experience.
This is the best affordable and spacious and best PG. The owner is really nice, treats you like a one among the family. Any issues, problems or any help you need, one call krishna bhaiya will take care and make sure it's resolved in earliest and you are satisfied with the solution. Nature wise he is really nice, he will clean your room in every alternate day.so really nice environment here, reg food its much better then other PG, s there will be an option for both veg and non-veg and the food is decent can't complain, gym is definitely there in their other building which is in front of deluxe building, facilities are nice like automatic washing machine and lift also there is enough parking space and the area is also nice. Overall fully recommended.

Nice PG. Manager is very helpful. Caretaker (krishna) is always there to help, be it cleaning or fixing anything. Food is ok better than most of the PG i have stayed in.

Stayed here for around 3 months. It was a very nice experience. The food was good and cleaning was regular. The location is also very good, especially for IT professionals as there are many companies nearby.

Comfortable, convenient, good food, amazing staff and maintenance. Recommended for anyone new to Bangalore and looking for a place to stay.

Very Near to office. Very near to maratahalli and easy commute to Byappanahalli metro.

I just visited the pg for checking it out. Omg the horror! Ground floor hall is very small and not well lit. Its dirty too.
I was looking for a single room, and as soon as I entered the room, it smelt like socks (or rats dying). I just couldnt breathe and promptly went out without even discussing terms.

It's a online fraud, They asked me for 2000 as deposit to book then never gave the receipt. Asked to pay further amount of 5000 for verification (which they will return in 2 mins. Never Do that it's a trap)

PG with good food compared to other PG in Marathahalli. Rooms are neet, clean and well maintained. Highly suggested.

To be honest, I stayed only a month in this PG. The best thing about this PG is maintenance and how the respond and react to the complaint. The only concern is lift is very slow and didn’t work most of the times during my stay hear. Coming to food, breakfast is complete South Indian and the taste is good the curries prepared are of North Indian style and you would get rotis as well in the dinner.

Amazing place and very nice people. Owner, the manager, other staffs are very prompt to complaints. They are always be there to help you. Regular cleaning and maintenance. Food and other services are also good. One of the best PGs. Thank you.

Okay so here is my experience.
If you don't have an budget issues this can be the best PG for you PG owner is really nice and response within a sec regarding any query, takecare staff specially krishna bhaiya is really nice he will clean your room in every alternate day and he will make sure to solve all your issues so really nice environment here, reg food its much better then other PG, s there will ne an option for both veg and non-veg and the food is decent can't complain, i have never used GYM but gym is definitely there in their other building which is in front of deluxe building, facilities are nice like automatic washing machine and lift also there is enough parking space and the area is also nicr. Better than other pgs in this area, but dont expect perfect clean like hotel rooms. Food is also better than other pgs, kitchen is clean.

Food is not good makes you constipation. It's my personal experience dont stay those who looking for pg in kadubesanhali there are other good option near by

This Pg is very hygienic Pg. In this followed covid rules perfectly like everyday cleaning and sanitisation. Food is very taste and rooms are very large.

They are providing GYM also.

1. Gym is very good.
2. Rooms are cleaned regularly
3. Food is BAD (same in other PGs)
4. Mobile network is VERY POOR (Airtel is little better other networks you can't even dail a voice call)
5. WiFi was also a problem but thankfully owner rectified that issue.
6. Friendly owner. But the coordinator is little rude.
7. PG is in dead end of the road. (So no traffic noise)

Owner has very bad attitude towards the guests. Please don't believe the positive reviews, the owner asks his friends and the tenants to leave good reviews on G maps.
Network connectivity is NON EXISTENT. You will never be able to have even a single proper phone call. Washing machines are mostly out of service. You'll have to wear either unwashed clothes, or wash them in your bathroom.
Clothes go missing when you leave them for drying. I missed a lot of articles in my 2 months stay. Owner is VERY UNHELPFUL attitude when you try to get his help trying to find your things.
Food is below average, nothing worse than the other PGs. But the Pg takes money from you for all 3 meals, but they don't prepare lunch in the morning. All other PGs prepare lunch in the morning itself, but these guys prepare at noon. Do they expect office goers to come back from office for a meal? Very clever way of making extra money.

Good PG. Clean rooms and toilet. Very good maintenance. Food is very good. Friendly people. Good internet speed.
