The collection of the store is good but found the staff behaviour somewhat unfriendly. Note that I had visited the store for an exchange that I had purchased at Phoenix market City Mall where to the contrary the staffs were quite polite and helpful.

The staffs of the Ritu Kumar Lavelle road store are really rude. Although the closing time is 8.30 pm but at 8 pm only they told me that we are closing.
After that none of the staffs assisted in finding the right piece. And on asking for a size of the dress they simply said that we don't have clothes of your size. Without trying how they know that what is the size that I wear. And they are like all discounted items are displayed in these 2 racks so no point of checking the fresh arrival. As if I will not be able to afford.

Really disappointed with the customer service.

Store have very beautiful/indian outfits as well as western collection and very beautiful hand crafted /embroidery lehengas.
You must visit Ritu Kumar.

You must visit Lavelle Road store, they have very nice Indian cum western collection.and the customer service was awesome.

Best collection you will find in Bangalore store, very good service and atmosphere is excellent
