We requested Riya travels for booking accomodation in Kathmandu from 14th February to 20th February with the pick up and drop facility from airport. We were really happy about the selection of the hotel and with complimentary breakfast, very good rooms, tasty and quality food and the hospitality was so good. Riya Travels assisted us in organizing our seven-day trip to Rajasthan which covered Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Its really a GOD gift to these two humble and polite souls to be so patient and keeping their cool while dealing with a group of people posing several questions and sometimes silly too.
A special mention of Mr Uday Singh who was our local driver from n back to Indore Airport who has lot of knowledge of local temples. He was not a driver alone but a guide and sometimes he was serving food to us in restaurants - a good caretaker he was. Thank you Uday ji.

Vishnu coordinated well and was in touch through out. Our Driver Mr. Amith was excellent. Accommodation as promised were of 3 star/4 star. Food was amazing. However, few more details about the local activities could be shared with clients, details about local attractions and information related to them. When we explored ourselves, we found we could get the local activities (Paragliding, river rafting, etc) at much better prices. Such warnings or information should be given as we will be travelling for the first time to these destinations.

I had to make a very quick change in travel plans and Jaya was fantastic in making that happen. From getting me a direct flight two days away, to setting up the necessary testing, to sending me all the necessary documentation requirements, and then following up to make sure everything had been completed smoothly. I would highly recommend Jaya for providing great support for a hassle-free travel experience.

Her expertise in minor (below 14) travel arrangements is commendable since she has incredible travel industry knowledge and expertise. Riya travels was gracious enough to pick up a challenging travel request for me during the pandemic i.e, to Australia which has shut international borders since 18 months and has constant flight cancellations and limit on number of travellers allowed, hence making it impossible to find a flight on one's own.
Jaya, from Riya travels was constantly looking for all itineraries and providing wait-listed and confirmed flights between August '21 to Jan '22. I was finally able to travel on a comfortable itinerary in October to join my family. This only seems possible due to Jaya constantly being in conversation with multiple airlines at unusual hours and holidays.

I also appreciated the professionalism and the advice that the agency provided for the other options I was exploring which included chartered flights and multiple-country visits. They were very accommodating to my budget requirements - and were in-touch almost everyday over 2.5 months to find a booking.
