I got my Phillipines visa done from here and their service was overall good. The agent that had helped me was named Imran and I found him quite professional and well versed with his job. I generally prefer to do things myself instead of going via an agent but for Phillipines visa the overall process felt quite cumbersome and couldn't have been done from Bangalore and hence I decided to go with an agent and I am happy that I chose Riya travels.

The only thing to improve is the list of required documents which was sent to me by Riya travels was not exhaustive and Imran asked me for more documents (which indeed were needed). This made me make multiple trips to their office which wasn't close to my home.

Mary Nancy is a true professional and she is very pro-active to get my Japan and Hong Kong Visa processed in swift manner. End to End coordination and proper guidance given definitely its a customer delight experience for me. Definitely recommend Mary Nancy and Riya Travels and they deserve 5 stars:)

We have submitted for Singapore Visa on 9th April, 2023 with all documents and travel date is 8th May, 2023. We have been calling and checking the status regularly and getting the response saying we will get our visa near to our travel date as they are in too much pressure and overloaded with backlog. Is this the answer? Why this not told to us earlier then we would look for someone else.

We have spoken to almost 7/8 people till now like Dilip, Nancy, Prasad, Zakir Etc.
From today Dilip has stopped answering our calls and Nancy is never available on her seat. Today we are on 3rd May, 2023 and just 4 days away from our travel date and yet no visa in hand.

I am a travel agent from Mumbai who organise group tour to Singapore in my entire experience I have never seen any agent taking 25 plus days for Singapore visa for 5 people. In Mumbai we get visa in 2/3 working days. This time I have 15 people group travelling from Mumbai and 5 from Bangalore thus their visa was submitted to Riya as per Singapore consulate list of authorised agents.

The reason I am writing this review is to put this on record and take this forward to other social platforms to highlight the response of Riya Travel Bangalore and go legal and claim reimbursement for the flight, hotel and sightseeing cost if the visa doesn’t arrive by tomorrow EOD I will be forced to cancel my guest booking as more delay in cancellation of flight and other booking will lead to more financial loss.

You call them for enquiry. They cut the call. They dont even bother to call back. May be they dont need any new business. Thankfully, I am not stuck with them as it happened in the initial stage itself.

I applied for Singapore visa for me and my family via them. As per SG consulate website they are one of the authorized agent in Bangalore. They thoroughly check your application and all the documents before they send it for VISA. Riya travels Processing is quick for singapore visa. We received the visa in two days after document submissions. Only area of improvement would be their call center service.

The so called 'experts' are not worth your time, money or patience.

I interacted with Manu Sunil - Team Lead, Visa. He waited for the opportune time after I had paid to tell me that "single ladies should not travel by themselves. " This sexist display of utter ignorance was disappointing to say the least. He kept enforcing his power by reiterating that he would not submit my application without my male cousin's visa. He not only spreads false information but is highly unorganized. We looked over all of my documents together and he approved it. Then he came back a week later and told me to fill out a new form because the form that he had looked over and approved was outdated.

I saw all of the positive reviews and thought this process would go smoothly but it was the complete opposite experience. No one deserves to be treated this way. A seamless visa process became laborious and was prolonged all because a man's ego was bruised.

Our recent holy land trip from 27th November to 7th December 2019 organised by Riya travels was a wonderful one and always cherishes the mind spiritually. The ' Solace Resort' is very good, lot of greenery and open space for games and activities. We had been there, a group of 223 students from St. Joseph's Boys high school, Bangalore on 1 0 th of January, 2020 for our class picnic. First thanks to Mr. Franklin for getting the Singapore visa done in just half a day. The service of the visa processing team is very good. The only negative I felt the way how the front office staffs behaves with client, its really bad as they never care someone is sitting in the front office for quite a long time. The management should train them more as the client faces them first. As it is travel agency the more you impress the client with proper care they will tend to come back again.

Friends please don’t book any holiday package tour with Riya tours and travels Bangalore. They will cheat and loot your money. We had booked for Israel tour package through light of hope tours and travels (3rd class travels) Madurai. Unfortunately myself and my husband visa got rejected and our son got visa just 3 1/2 yr old. We need to struggle for flight cancellation. Confirmed with Oman airways that they had deducted Rs 6000 per head for ticket cancellation. For Israel visa they are charging rs 8500 per head. Since It’s a group visa, definitely the visa fee will be less. Again they are deducting Rs 35,000 for my son’ s flight ticket. Finally trying to loot Rs 73,500 from us. And they are very much reluctant to produce the receipt. Pls share with everybody and be aware. There are so many good reliable travels in the Market. Once again pls don’t approach Riya travels Bangalore.

My ongoing experience with Riya Bangalore is getting worse day by day, the agent working on my case wants everything to be done by me and he will only courier the documents to mumbai office as a mediator or a courier office guy. I dont know if he will process also, The guy is making my 60yr old mother run to nook and corners for print outs and signature for not doing the right job at first. Mumbai office clearly says the online application needs to be filled by the agent and here my agent charges me for doing nothing and asking me to do everything.

Good travel agency within the city. Everything is taken care in systematic way and not showing any flexibility. Adherence to the process in VISA related stuffs. Can get good pricing on the tour and ground support provided by them. Could get better when you give specific iteneraries. Over all a good experience.
