RK'S Rahul Residency--- (Service Apartment, homestay)

Our stay at RKs Rahuls residency was a pleasant experience. Good infrastructure. Good hospitality. Personal care from the management is a highlight. Above all the place is very safely and neatly kept.

Stayed in this place for 6 nights and I must say it was a wonderful stay.

The owner fondly known as RK is a wonderful host and always checks on his guests to see if they are comfortable.

Ideal for families. The apartments are clean and spacious with air conditioners in all bedrooms.

This is my second stay at this place and will go back again if the need arises.

Priced well and public transport available with just a 2 minute walk to the main road.

I had booked room for my parents stay for two days. The owner is very cordial and supportive. He is always ready to help incase of any immediate service required. Hotel and hospitality is great. Thank you RK sir for managing everything properly.

Last week by 3-6 Sept, we had been at RK Rahul Residency. When we rejected at a hotel book priorly, Mr. Shenoy came himself & drove us to his resdency by night 10pm. Excellent room & toilet, very clean, gorgeous! He arranged every possible amenities we needed. Very humble & warm exchanges. My only request to Mr. Shenoy to relocate the TV terminals so that it doesn't hit someone's head. I wish Mr. RK Shenoy be glorified in all his ventures. Regards, Dr. Rupnarayan Sett. One of the best stays I have added.
Clean and Tidy. The location is placed close to alot of restaurants. So finding good restaurants is not a tough job.
The best part is the host Mr Shenoy, who treats the guests with his friendly nature. He'll take care of all our needs once we are there.

It is a great place to stay. The room and toilets were clean and tidy. The owner of the property Mr. RK was friendly and good person. It is a safe and secure place. And other advantage is its in the center of city so all the places are nearby.

Mr Shenoy’s presence and his service makes the stay more comfortable. Nothing to crib but a nice place to stay in mangalore.

As we were planned for a pilgrim trip in Dakshina Karnataka with my family, all are very keen about the staying in Mangalore.

Stay all along in a single cottage in a affordable price for 3 days - Rahul Residency provided a good quote. We felt it as our home itself. Spacious rooms, good room services, fine amenities, good hospitality. And importantly affordable price.

Mr. Shenoy is a owner for this hotel. His approach will be like a family member. He is very nice person. I rank this hotel infinity stars.

Good place to stay, but the bedsheets and towel were not clean so bring your own bathing set if u want to stay for more than 2 days

Loved the stay in Rahul Residency and would be back! The owner Rakesh genuinely cares for the customers and he and his team provide any support needed to make the stay comfortable. Specially would recommend the hotel if traveling with children or elders. Located at the prime area of Mangalore, top restaurants such as Janatha Deluxe / Taj Mahal / Pabba's are within 2km as well as KSRTC Mangalore bus stand. If you are driving, it is a short drive to Udupi highway or Kerala highway from the location.

We were taking our first vacation after the pandemic, that too with a small child and were apprehensive but all that was sorted out. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Mangalore.

Walkable distance from Empire mall. Never got to stay here.but had checked out the rooms.quite clean, fresh and neat.had AC too.we had once booked a room for a relative and had to cancel because of some circumstances at the last minute.the owner was very kind enough and even gave us a refund, which we didn't expect.thank you so much

Stayed in this hotel for 6 nights with all my friends must say it was a great experience. Especially the hospitality which RK bhai and Rakesh bhai gave is outstanding. They also serve the welcome Refreshing juices. They guide us thoroughly to visit the city arranged vehicles for us. Lastly they treated us like a family not guest. A must stay in RAHUL RESIDENCY MANGALORE.

Centrally located. Ideal for shopping, near to Pabbas.a very famous (a never to be missed place), close to the beach and the most famous kadri temple. I booked a serviced 2 bedroom apartment as we were on a vacation with family. It felt like another cosy home. They have rooms too. Mr. R. K.as he is popularly known, is a very friendly person, a pet lover and a person who goes out of the way to help senior citizens. I have simply loved the place and would surely be visiting this place every time I go to Mangalore.

The Best place for any kind stay, location wise its most comfortable, walkable distance to almost anywhere be it a restaurant, cafe, bus stop, etc.
Clean rooms with almost all required facilities which includes a microwave.

I have stayed in this place recently and I must say that the hospitality of the staff and owner is beyond compare. The rooms are very clean and the property is well maintained. This is a centrally located property with good connectivity of buses, rickshaws and cabs and all other amenities a typical tourists looks out for.

It was a amazing stay loved it. This is my best stay in manglore. There was full safety and well maintained place loved it. All can come and enjoy the place ️️

The stay was excellent due to its location in center but at serene quite location and close to supermarket, ATM, various shops nearby.

Superb value! This is an awesome place for a short or long stay, service is great, very clean, and also walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and also a bus stop. The bed was comfortable and hot water was available in the room. The apartments felt like home and also felt safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing hospitality, kamath uncle is so down to earth, amazing rooms with artisan and unique themes, wonderful experience, will highly recommend.

Our stay at the Rahul Residency was a superb one. First I need to mention about the Hotel management, especially about the Manager Mr. Rakesh, who happens to be a damn good friendly guy, always at the doorsteps to help the guests in all possible manner. The Hotel Owner, Mr. Ramakrishna was also very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel as well as the alloted room was very beautiful and well maintained. The location is also great as all the major tourist destinations were quite nearby. I would definitely recommend Rahul Residency to every tourist in Mangalore.
