I boarded the bus in thanjavur at 11.15 am, my bus was supposed to be a direct thanjavur to bangalore bus, but whereas that bus dropped us in trichy and i had to lift all the luggage and shifted to a different bus. No information was given as to the bus wont stop for lunch. As the bus proceeded at 2.30 pm i approached the bus driver asking him about the lunch stop, he replied “ I will not stop anywhere there is only one stop in salem. I requested him saying that i wasnt informed about it, as i am hungry at least stop somewhere by a roadside shop so i will buy a biscuit packet. He arrogantly refused. Such bad behaviour, this is my first travel in the day bus. I request people to think twice will choosing this bus or pack your lunch or travel hungry, being a diabetic, its hurts to think why i chose RKT TRAVELS

Very very bad experience I had waste of money booking RKT travels today bus got break down and they moved passenger to the government bus one of my relative is traveling in the bus I gave a drop location at silk board that government bus guy didn't stop the bus, From RKT travels they are telling to go to another bus depo and receive your relative it really far from my place.
Not at safe for family please don't choose this bus

I don’t know from where to start, I have business meeting tomorrow to attend and the bus comes late by 1hr plus. No apologies instead the driver said bega banni it was traffic not my fault. I lost all my confidence now I don’t know how will I present myself in the meeting tomorrow. I had such high expectations from this bus but it all parish in no time. Sleeper seats are not comfortable at all I have headache.
No water bottle was provided. I don’t have confidence in the driver also they he is driving. The colour of the bus is also not appealing to eyes.

Horrible experience! Tempo traveller came to pick us up from our actual pick-up point and had to wait for the actual bus at Madiwala for an hour! Terrible!

Chennai to Pudukkottai travelled in RKT today, before their service was good, now but it's not right i think, dirty blankets, driver rudu behaviours.you can earn but keep some humanity with old age people's.nothing more then to talk.

Very worst travelling agency I have seen. The bus got break down all in the middle and there were no other buses arranged by the travels. We made arrangements by ourselves and got the the destination. They didn't even provide the refund for this issue additional I spend my own money again to reach the destination.

Enjoyed the journey from Bangalore to Pondicherry. Didn't know so many days about this service. Looking forward for future journey.

My personal experience was not as bad as it is portrayed in some of the reviews here (I am not saying they are not correct maybe RKT has improved their service) Buses can be bit more cleaner (again it is not as bad as it is told in other review comments). It is worth the price and there was no delay in the schedule.

Outright hell if we book with this travel agency. Driver numbers are always switched off. They keep changing bus timings as per their convenience. Dirty old buses. Red bus sucks of late in terms of their BPO service. The tour operator does not want to help. Terrible and horrendous service. Avoid for your own good.

Such a pathetic service. Drivers are rude. And the bus will be delayed by 1.5hrs to 2 hrs easily. Bus worst condition.

AC bus where the Air conditioner wasn’t working.when enquired the say they are aware but unable to fix it! Pathetic experience

My route is non frequency so full up the request and get comfortable travel but other travels invite the customer with warm and cool water sweet and one mixture as an invitation take this note for your future tips

Bus is not clean and they dont stick on time ; They carry goods pick up and drop, so they delay the drop time for passengers; i never recommend

I took the bus from Chennai to Trichy and the A/C does not work in the ac bus. Extremely poor maintenance. Do not recommend.

Decent and budget travels. Depending on your luck the bus experience will vary. I have had both.

The waiting office is maintained well and spacious, staff response is good, washroom is maintained well
Staff Mr. Ashwin Raj treat passengers well, good staff.

Had the worst experience traveling from bangalore to trichy today. I had to change the bus in the middle of the trip where the other bus had a breakdown and they filled our bus and we were told to change the bus and not allotted proper seats.

TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! Very unsafe buses. Poor maintenance! Bus broke down enroute salem -namakkal highway. Issue fixed after 4 hours. My family was suffocating inside the bus. Usually the drivers turn off the AC after some distance to save fuel. None of the charging ports work. Staff attitude is very rude and arrogant. Cleanliness is not a matter to them. Overall worst bus transporter. Better to avoid!

The worst bus RKT Travels. It is meant only for luggages. Not for General Travellers. No maintenance, no Air Conditioner totally worst bus ever seen

Its very worst. Please don't prefer this one. Which I took a bus from this travels, driver was drunken and behaved very badly. He gave the seat to some one else in the middle. And he is argued very badly with me like how you can book at last minute like that. Very worst day for me. And also for night travel girls, it's not suite. Because you have to wait for 2hrs in the road to get the bus. They won't follow the timings also.
