I bought a Lenovo laptop in March for 64k, and had worst experience when contacted for support/assistance.i don't trust this place as they give false promises to sell products.they are poor in technical knowledge and push extra price on every product compared to other outlets/online.try couple of other shops before visiting this one.

I came here to check my laptop as it was not getting switched on. They checked and it got powered on. They didn’t charge anything as they didn’t have to spend much time. So giving 5 stars. Thanks.

I gave service my laptop keep it for few days it's not working and one of my ram lost they are not taking responsibility on this

The service was really good. I had made an advance payment to block the model i had planned to purchase and went to the store the next day and made the remaining payment to get my first exclusive gaming laptop
The laptop is also a good buy and the staff helped configure the laptop within minutes and also offered extended warranty on the laptop

Service is pathetic, thought to co-operate for bulk order of laptop, payment has been transferred to them, already informed need the laptop urgently but there is no confirmation from their end, expected it was Lenovo authorised store but very pathetic customer experience better to go with croma and reliance!

My laptop's keyboard wasn't working and I brought my laptop here. Mr Ranjan was the one attending this situation. He was very helpful and he resolved my issue within a few minutes and was very efficient in his working. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the services provided by him.

Don't purchase laptop here.we had very bad experience.we select the laptop and billing also done we paid 38k. While packing lap suddenly owner called and told laptop cost was 40k and asked them to cancel billing. They will not give value for customers. Total time wasted for us and waited till one week to get mny refund.

I purchased Lenovo S540 laptop from this shop on 18th June 2020, The young owner of the shop is really very kind and humble, and answers all your query very patiently. They have the latest stock of laptops and accessories like bags. I would sure recommend this store to buy a lenovo laptop.

The sales guy talks on the phone while we are trying to ask him about the products absolutely waste of time and energy.such a bad experience. The sales boy is such a bad Ill mannered person, I hope they throw him from his job. Totally bad overrated stores never buy a Lenovo product from here and never even visit this place. Absolutely absolutely horrible experience. I hope the owner also gets some sense in him to remove the sales boy who sits at the front desk. God help you if you get any problems in the future with these Lenovo products. Instead buy a Dell. I hope this explains how this place is. Please don't go by the ratings. I'm giving it 1/5.

Extremely bad experience overall. Very indifferent response from sales executives. I cancelled my purchase after selecting the model and reaching the bling desk No proper information was given about the specifications about the product. Not only this store but i have already decided not to go for any lenovo model after this experience.

Purchased a laptop from this store good service with competitive price Mr Abdul help to pick a right product according to requirement

I purchased a laptop from Managed Data Systems. Abdul helped a lot in selecting the right model. The laptop is working great. I could also upgrade the warranty at a reasonable cost.

I was also thinking about upgrading an older laptop (in addition to buying a second laptop). Abdul rightly advised me that this will not boost performance, which shows customer orientation. This was in stark contrast to another Lenovo store, where seemed to lack technical depth.

Very good experience. Explained all the features of the laptop in detail which made it easier for us to understand and come to a decision. Very patient and friendly service by Abdul.

Had a real bad experience buying IdeaPad s340. I asked then to upgrade the laptop with 16gb ram and they used an old ram which we couldn't see at the time of install. Later on, the laptop started restarting when playing songs on youtube. I called the center and he informed it's a ram issue right away. This time again I drove from Whitefield to Koramangala to fix this and went into the service room and noticed the ram fixed was an old one upon visually examining. Also the laptop was priced 5k higher than actual price and gave accessories which were below par than what is actually bond to give. Now the point is, there is a sales guy who is very crooked and cunning and beware of him. If he is trying to sell something pls think he has an agenda behind.

I went to this store to get my laptop repaired which just had a minimal issue of power button not working properly very few times. I visited the store twice. On my first visit, they said my laptop does not have any issue as the power button was working fine. On my second visit they asked me to leave the laptop with them for investigation. I got a call from them the next day saying that the power circuit has blown away and will cost Rs 4000 for repair. But I didn't want to change the power circuit so I asked them to keep as is. I was asked to come the next day and when I went there, I waited for 3 hours just to meet the executive dealing with my laptop. After a wait time of three hours my laptop was brought from some other place and I was told that they tried to put a new chip in place of the old one even after I asked them not to. As a result they couldn't fit in my old chip back and my laptop is completely damaged now. It is just a black box which cannot be operated now.
A complete disappointed.

My laptop's back panel was broken so I contact other service centres they told me it will take few days to change it, but when I contact this service centre they told within few hours they will replace it with reasonable price but others saying more than that. Hence I visited last Sunday around 2 noon they made it ready by 5clock. There are good working people especially Abdul working as engineer they will put their best efforts to make ur work done. Then I found problem in my laptop touch pad was not working after replacing because my laptop was bought from abroad so next day again Monday I visited here they very kindly sorted my problem by trying in different ways, hence the problem was solved. Best working people will solve any kind laptop problems. Atlast I can say Hard working people working there, good service

Great store with very helpful executives. Purchased laptop from here, took time to explain every single detail, Charan (the guy who explained everything) was very polite and good. If you feel like buying or visiting any offline store then this is the place you should try out.
