Overall very good experience. Friendly service by Sanjay and Ranjita. Food was yummy as homemade.

With reference to your response to the below review, while we don't intend to revert to each and every aspect of Service or No service rendered, I am glad that you have acknowledged some of the concerns stated and hopefully would make a difference to customers visiting your place in future.

OUR PREVIOUS REVIEW:
The place and ambience is very good. BUT THE STAFF HERE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MANAGER SANJAY IS VERY RUDE IN HIS BEHAVIOR. HE ALSO MISBEHAVED WITH LADIES. WHEN WE ASKED SANJAY TO ALLOW US TO BOIL MILK FOR INFANT CHILDREN, HE BLUNTLY REFUSED, SAYING THAT WE DON'T ALLOW THIS. WE HAD NO OPTION BUT TO GIVE COLD MILK TO OUR CHILDREN AS THEY WERE RESTLESS AND HUNGRY. This SANJAY is a very ill tempered person, and creates uncalled for arguments for everything.spoiling our enjoyment. We have come down to this place with our families and children, but due to this Manager sanjay, our whole programme is spoiled.
The owner of the resort is a nice and sensible lady, but for this unprofessional person SANJAY.our whole enjoyment was not only spoiled, but also our children faced a very bad experience during the festive season.
WE HAD TRAVELED BY ROAD ALL THE WAY FROM HYDERABAD TO THIS PLACE, COVERING A DISTANCE OF ABOUT (900) kms, only to end up with a very bad experience, ONLY because of this One Person whose name is SANJAY, the manager of this resort.

Stay experience was great. Sanjay welcomed us nicely with welcome drinks and food was delicious. The resort had a great ambience with camp fire, coffee plantation, etc.

Place is so well placed and maintained.
Food was great and resort is also greatly laid out. Have their own plantation which provides ample opportunities to enjoy nature
Manager Sanjay and his assitans Rajitha helped us alor and we're supportive through out.
We had a great bon fire and karaoke session!

It's a great place for weekend getaway. The place is beautiful with plantation and scenaries.

We absolutely loved our time spent here. We were a group of 8 adults, 2 kids and 4 dogs and all of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very relaxing trip. Would definitely recommend.

The entire team is very support especially Manager Sanjay and Service team Rajitha. Food quality is very good. Very peaceful place that ever I have seen.

Robusta valley is 15 minutes from Mudigere Town. The resort has good amenities and activities from kids to adults. Devaramane is nearby to the resort. Overall awesome experience!

This place was great. Beautiful, quiet and serene and really captures the essence of chickmanglur rural living on a coffee estate. Lots of fun activities to do around here. Robusta valley stay inn is very good place to visit in Mudigere. Great ambience. Food was also very good. Nice place to hang out with family n friends.kids enjoys a lot. Great stay! Reasonable prices, service provided was excellent! The homestay is well kept! In a big coffee estate and has a very friendly dog! The manager and employees out good effort to make you feel at home! Never in our stay they denied us any service whether we needed potatoes for our bonfire or late evening snacks. Very cooperative!

Loses out on a star because they should work on their menu. They can try to offer local cuisine.

I went here for my anniversary and I'm glad I did. The place is amazing amidst nature and there were light drizzles when we went which made the place even better. There are so many activities in the property, it is perfect for everyone. We loved their overlooking deck where they had organised a cake and candle light dinner for us. The best part is that this place is pet friendly and it was the first vacation for our pet shitzu and even she had an amazing time. The food is also amazing. They asked about our preference and made delicious meals for us. We wanted to stay for longer but couldn't due to my work schedule. I will definitely visit again soon. We had a great experience at Robusta valley. Stay was extremely good as the Manager Sanjay and service executive Rejith made us comfortable every day with good hospitality. Will hope to visit soon.

I had a great experience staying in Robusta valley. Rooms are extremely pleasant and staff is very cordial. Go ahead with the booking without a second thought.

Stayed at Robusta recently with our dog. It is a wonderful place that is well maintained. It is a large enough property that you can go for a good walk. It is small enough that the staff can provide good service and you can interact with other guests.

The food was good. The Manager Sanjay, Rishit and the other staff made our stay very enjoyable. We would love to visit again!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The location of the property is mesmerizing. Staff was very friendly. Cook prepared my favourite food and it was yummy. They have thrilling high rope activities

1. Management and staff are good and helpful.
2. The food served was delicious and hot.
3. Rooms are well maintained.
4. Well maintained coffee plantation to visit.
5. Having a separate kitchen station to prepare baby food.

Cons:
1. No room service available, they need to hire more people to provide basic room services.

We visited this place and absolutely enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very well maintained. The view surrounding the property is amazing. The hospitality was great! And not to forget- the yummy food! Enjoyed a lot, Pet friendly.

Lovely stay! Visited this place about a week ago with friends. Well suited for group stays. Location is perfect, surrounded by coffee plantations. The rooms were clean and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were greeted by Sanjay and rajith who ensured that our stay over the weekend is smooth and comfortable. Food was great with a local touch. Don't look for WiFi and just enjoy the peace and quiet. And thank you Anushree for accommodating us!

Amazing property with great spacious outdoors area with multiple activities. Sanjay and Rajitha's warmth and hospitality is top notch and the food is delicious. They will help you with everything, and arrange bonfire, music food without you even asking. Ask Sanjay for the speciality green chilly item.

Robusta valley is a beautiful resort located 5 kms away from mudigere. The hill station and the greenery adds the beauty to it. Good for family as well as friends. Even the hospitality was too good. Management ppl are very nice. Mr. Sanju Gowda is the manager who looks over the guests and the chef cooks a great malnad style food. Overall a great experience.

Situated in a very picturesque location, the resort is wide spread across 35 acres. This place is beautiful & serene with good road connectivity. We stayed with family group of 10, property is well suited for friends group too.
The rooms are well designed with a taste and are Air-conditioned with good cleanliness - 5
Adults and Kids can enjoy various fun activities, property especially has kids play area - 5
We fell in love with the Malnad cuisine and the barbecue snacks - 5
The service was outstanding - The Manager (Sanjay) & Staffs will ensure utmost customer service - 5

No market nearby, no support from the staff to procure things.

Very limited options in a la carte.

Mismanagement from the team. Owner was not reachable. (Please carry your snacks, mixers)

It's a perfect getaway with lot of activities within the estate and food was really good too.

Made my second visit to this awesome property. Don’t have any new words to say. So repeating my previous comments.
The property is one that anyone should checkout for.
Great ambience, hygiene accommodation, ample playing area for everyone, friendly staff, tasty food which keeps your tummy happy all the time and lastly BEERA the most adorable Labrador.

We have visited this homestay with group of 5 people and enjoyed the stay. Overall the hospitality was excellent. Ranjith and manager Sanjai hospitality was good. Food was excellent. Robusta valley is the place to stay in calm and beautiful plantation stay. Rooms and outside very well maintained. Outdoors activities (Rope) also well maintained. Very satisfied.

I visited Robusta with my Kid and In law's it was a family trip. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received, our stay was so relaxing.
